We enter an interesting zone for the next 2 weeks. We begin today with Venus entering the Gemini zone of the Grand Irrationality as it biseptiles Saturn, and there are a host of very favorable aspects showing us how to get our lives and personalities working more smoothly. Some things will be very clear by the last week of this month.

Continuing yesterday's theme, today we discuss more about Mars' influence on various signs in the weeks to come. As Mars usually brings agitation and edgy interactions, it's not really a harbinger of good things, though what it does offer can be quite exciting.

Today we celebrate a very merry 69th birthday of Ringo Starr, Beatle and drummer extraordinaire. He's still "rockin' on one time for us," and given what he's been through this lifetime, that's no small thing. Today we offer a bunch of videos of this singular talent.

Mars activates and accelerates the pace of events in our lives. People currently going through dynamic activity, a hectic fast-paced period, or having the hardest time in early July are Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius born the 3rd weeks of May, August, November, and February. Other signs are also affected.

Contrary to popular belief, July 4 is not when America was "born." If you want to know more, and what America's "true birthday" really is, read on.

In part 1 we explored some basics of the coming Lunar Eclipse. So what else can we expect from this July Full Moon Eclipse? For all, exercise, group training, and the need for more physical activity as we do personality integration practices. For some, immature impulsiveness and reverting to root patterns that should not be perpetuated, while for others, a robust enthusiasm as we figure out what's coming, what's going, what's sustaining, and what our Truth has become.

We'll have the second Lunar Eclipse of 2009 at 16 degrees of Capricorn-Cancer on July 7 at 2:21 am PDT, 10:21 am Greenwich. Since Full Moons always fulfill the energies of the previous New Moon, this Eclipse will sprout the seeds of the recent June 2009 New Moon in Cancer. This Lunar Eclipse is also prelude to the much more powerful Solar Eclipse on July 21-22 at 30 Cancer. Both eclipses are shutting some old ways of life down forever (as all eclipses do), leaving us space to embrace new mutations that are coming on strong.

There's a LOT of intense aspects going down the next few days that will shake a lot of things up all over! Taurus, Gemini, Virgo, Libra, Sagittarius, Aquarius, and Pisces people (and planets) are shifting gears at a turning point in a big way, and we all are going to experience heavy changes due to Uranus going stationary retrograde, marking a "sea change" across the visible and invisible realms.

Today I'll share a piece of autobiographical trivia about me and The Dancing Wonder. No, I never met him. But, between something I did and something MJ did to further that effort, together we helped to create the concerts called "Live Aid." If you want to know more about this strange but true story, read on.

Right now and for the next few days, Mercury is square Saturn. I've observed this influence narrows the view, and makes for somewhat pessimistic or rigid thinking and interpretations around what's happening. The antidotes for this one are humor and compassion, as well as a sense of what's ending, what's opening, and taking responsibility in communications.

The New Moon falls at 2 Cancer on June 22, 2009, 12:35 pm PDT, 8:11 pm Greenwich, 5:11 am July 23 in Melbourne, Australia. This New Moon in close opposition to Pluto marks a clear definition of the Bucket pattern shooting a massive amount of energy through Saturn's practical and discriminating focus. This begins Summer and the season of working to nurture what must be nurtured, while eliminating the weeds in the garden of personality. Many decisions and actions will be initiated that stabilize our well being for purely practical purposes.

The Summer Solstice falls on June 20 at 10:46 pm PDT, June 21 CDT and points east. It's the longest day of the year, and said to be the point at which "free will" acts more powerfully than any other time. It is a point of decision, and kicks off Summer, the season of work, play, productivity, and lots of sunshine for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere. If you're "down under," remember to have a little compassion for us up here in the north when December 21, the Winter Solstice, rolls around and we're freezing while you're enjoying the beach! What follows are some hints as to what we all can expect to experience over the next 3 months, regardless of where we live.

Astrology teaches us about the many pulses of our reality through symbols and cycles. The "7 Sacred Planets" also symbolize greater forces and things. From one view, each planet is associated with a musical tone, color, and Chakra, the bodily magnetic centers that receive and transmit Electric Fire. There are other correlations as well. If you've wondered why the number 7 is so special, please keep reading.
