The Full Moon of Sun in Gemini and Moon in Sagittarius is a very important point in the year cycle, as it releases the energies of renewal and rebirth of the Full Moon in Aries-Libra that were concentrated in the Wesak Festival Full Moon of Taurus-Scorpio. This Full Moon occurs on Sunday, June 11, 2006, at 11:03 am PDT, and falls at 21 Gemini-Sagittarius. Until then, we have several very powerful aspects that will assist many, and freak out a few. After then, more of the same.
The coming week begins with Sun square Uranus today, no doubt heightening tensions among those who think tomorrow, 06-06-06, will yield manifestations of the “Beast of Revelations.” This is the time to work with foresight, anticipating what’s coming down the road, and cultivate sensitivity to larger rhythms of change. Another huge influence is the Venus square Saturn opposition Jupiter, which overall should be a pleasant influence yielding larger vision, a heightened friendly detachment, and for many, signs of things to come in preparation of launching a newer, wider vision. As long as you break pessimistic or exaggerated thinking and feeling, you’ll do just fine, and probably come up with a widened perspective.
Other aspects preceding the Full Moon are Mercury trine Jupiter on June 9, resolving oppositions in the areas of Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces in our charts. This is followed by Sun trine Neptune and Venus sextile Uranus on June 10, these indicating a productive, intuitive, inventive time in human relations and potential visions of larger effectiveness and compassion.
These will be separating aspects in the Full Moon chart, showing influences that are established but waning. The Full Moon will have Moon conjunct Pluto and a very powerful Mercury trine Uranus, offering us the chance to get beyond obsolete forms and see the world of the 5 senses and the mind as “the playground of God and Soul.”
This Mercury Water Trine influence again triggers a Grand Water Trine, good for emotional movement, understanding, and harmonization. We should get Mercurial insights and information regarding the emotional and experiential movement we began when Mars triggered the Grand Water Trine not that long ago. And like then, Venus anchors the Taurus energies that ground the water trine, just as the Sun did a few weeks ago. Since Venus captures and substantiates forms, we should receive rewards for our movement and understanding set into motion back then.
This will most impact those who are willing to embrace an expanded emotional intelligence, and who are open to intuitive inventiveness. We can all be led to a higher integrated vision and experience in the next few weeks which will be vitalized late this month and early July when the Sun recreates the Grand Water Trine.
Use the next two weeks wisely, since we are approaching the Mars conjunct Saturn with both square Jupiter the third week of this month. That period will be one of great upheaval, due to the accompanying Sun opposition Pluto and Uranus going stationary retrograde, always indicating major changes and shifts on the world stage.

Robert,
The nation's housing market seems "on hold." The market in SW Florida was hot before a second season of hurricane activity. Now houses and condos just sit. The same holds trues for homes in Minnepolis, Kansas City and many West coast cities. Sellers have their lives on utter hold because of a home surplus. Is this part of Grand Irrationality? When can we expect to see a shift in this stalemate energy? I am guessing Jupiter square Saturn will just add fire to the mix? -- Pepper

No, I think it's part of the Bush economic shell game that is going to screw Americans while the connected move their investments off shore. The housing bubble is showing signs of bursting, in a BIG way. Speculators and those not on fixed interest rates are going to suffer. Here's an article I did over at Political Physics, one of several over the past years outlining the economic problems to come. Yes, Jupiter square Saturn and Saturn opposed Neptune will contribute to the confusion and misdirection.

Does the moon have effects on animals and their behaviour? Is June 2006 a major watch the next big change on the planet?
Thanks,

Hi Bobby - Yes, the Moon has especial influence over plants and animals, due to them being more connected with the Earth and therefore its reflected light. The Moon deals with all growth throughout all realms, and being instinctive, would have a strong influence on creatures.
As for the next big change on the planet, it's happening as we speak. We're in a long term transitional period, so it would be useful to take the long view, and realize a lot of things will be contributing to the huge change we're going through, and will be going through, for years to come. Learn to think in the future, and you won't be blindsided by things to come. You can also find out more by checking in on another blog I post on called Political Physics. Thanks for stopping by. See you on the front page!
