Intense Times September 2006 - Sun Septile Jupiter, Moon Conjunct Saturn in a Fixed T-Square, and Venus Sextile Jupiter

Monday and Tuesday are important times of decision, choice, release, and promise. As the Sun crosses over the South Node, let go of all the petty worries that go nowhere and contribute nothing to your sense of well being. The septile to Jupiter offers the seed of things to come, and is a real turning point in the Sun-Jupiter cycle that will renew at the conjunction November 21-22, just before the Sun enters Sagittarius.

The Moon conjuncts Saturn in a reprise of the sequence of Fixed T-squares we've had to deal with since August 2005, and there are ample articles on this site explaining that effect, so I won't go into it here. Go to the site google on the front page if you want to research what I've said about this on-going influence testing all our patience! Right now, if in doubt show maturity and self-control, and search for what is meaningful to you personally in terms of your larger sense of why you're here on Earth and what song is yours to sing.

Overall, any oppositional energies are showing us Uranus and Neptune holding their own against Venus and Saturn, with everything harmonized by other planets. Show courage in shaping your individual will to express the "Higher Will" and keep unveiling what you need to while protecting yourself against unfair social judgments. Many will see the crash of unsustainable or ill-defined forms of self-expression, and use limitations wisely, not as a justification for inadequacy. Creatively mobilize to answer some need, without getting unnecessarily bound by externals.

In the next few days leading up to the coming Solar eclipse, see what is and is not sustainable, embrace a larger point of view, unlease your intensity of self expression based in your faith in yourself, and prepare for a zone of "transfiguration" between September 21-27. The next three days are great for many things, due to the favorable Venus sextile Jupiter, so take heart, follow through on core material and situations, and put together whatever harvest you see from the past month's labors.

I have encountered the delays and setbacks while trying to uphold a broader perspective and as you say: shape the individual will to express the "Higher Will". "Letting go" seems to be the major theme with these cosmic events. I read the new paper here in New York, and I become so disgusted with everything. The homeless situation in this city is a crime, and no one seems to care about anything...hopefully that will all change. I find myself wanting to hide sometimes. I wish I could crawl into a cave, and regenerate. I don't know if this makes any sense, but it's how I feel.There are momets when I feel so exposed. I've been feeling secretive lately also. like i'm protecting myself from something I cannot see. Weird indeed.

Though this eclipse may bring some annoying things, all in all it should affect your chart favorable due to being in harmony with your Mars, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. It's a turn in direction through the biseptile to your Jupiter which trine your Sun always brings you benefit.

Hi Nicole - NYC can indeed be difficult. I lived there years ago, and it's getting pretty tough. Try to let go of disgust, even if it's true, since it is not useful unless you can do something about it. Uranus is revolutionizing your life, and if you're feeling like you're protecting yourself, perhaps you are, since Jupiter is trine your Sun. The mass consciousness is very polluted right now. This year you're turning inward to seek and demonstrate compassion and understanding, preparing for the culmination year to begin next March. You're forming the seed for all that will happen after March 2008.
