September 4th kicks the week off with Pluto going stationary direct, definitely shifting power in ways that helps seeds planted before now to begin to sprout. The week begins with Moon shifting from Capricorn to Aquarius 11:15 am PDT, so catch a breath, enjoy yourself, and strive to see a bigger picture and a greater way of serving the greatest good for the greatest number any way that’s right for you.
The beginning of the week shows the Sun tracking the path of Mercury as it has moved through the Virgo span of The Grand Irrationality spoken of in the linked article. If things seem weird on September 3-5, well, they are. It’s a time of choices, forks in the road, and crucial decisions in the middle of a great craziness. Just watch out for others’ weirdness even if your own head is on straight. The energies are unpredictable, so expect the unexpected.
The Moon in Aquarius lasts until 11:56 am September 6, showing the Moon is really fast right now. September 5 releases a ton of energy with the ever-volatile Sun opposed Uranus shedding light on the developments of early August. This will illuminate whatever was set into motion when Mars opposed Uranus, and there is a challenge to use tension and originality in ways perfect for your unique purpose. Take nothing for granted, don’t go off on tangents, and be clear who has the leverage if you’re involved in a power struggle.
Tuesday the Moon triggers the Fixed T-square I’ve covered in other articles, and with the Moon conjunct Neptune don’t get too far out, but balance out any tendency to take things too personally or heavily. Lighten up, and look back over the past few weeks to see if you haven’t been rewarded by Spirit. Keep it simple, sweet, stable, and pleasant despite the general tension, and when Venus slips into Virgo that night, you’ll start sensing that there’s work to be done.
September 6 is as productive as the 5th is high strung. The Sun sextile Jupiter culminates several days of building and stabilizing integration, and the perceptive will see “the world of the 5 senses and the mind as the playground of God and Soul.” This will be a day where we can glimpse a cultural excellence, if we have a wide enough view of our eternal interrelatedness.
The Lunar Eclipse spoken of in this article occurs on September 7 at 11:42 am PDT, just after the Moon in Pisces “occults” Uranus (a conjunction that functions like an eclipse, but of a planet rather than one of the Lights) and trines Jupiter. So the Eclipse will show Moon conjunction Uranus both separating trine to Jupiter. Jupiter will of course move forward to trine them in the next few days, so it’s still active and harmonious.
The other big news on Thursday is that Mars enters Libra that night just as Venus cruises over the degree of guardian angels who bring relief. Given that the Moon is in late Pisces until 11:23 am PDT September 8, the dream decan could bring us glimpses of our most perfect archetype, given Mars’ occupation of the first degree of Libra. Over the next two weeks, we will be released from old, lesser tasks, and concentrating on getting the message that helps us “escape from a narrow destiny.”
The Moon quickly moves through Aries Friday, Saturday, entering Taurus September 10th at 11:30 am PDT. The Moon in Aries is said to be another sign good for dealing with pests and vermin, so if your garden needs organic treatment, that’s the time to do it. Mercury square Pluto on the 9th is a great time to bust lies, erroneous misconceptions, and keep your vision of what is possible despite the limiting conditions and other people conceptions that only serve to distract you or throw you off your balance. Turn the corner on old perceptions, interpretations and ways of expressing yourself on the 9th, and the Moon sextile Neptune and trine Saturn should help you put a lot of things together in pleasing ways.
The harmony continues through September 10th, and the favorable Taurus, Virgo, Scorpio, and Pisces energies through Monday should help us all understand what’s up on the practical and emotional levels. Any confusion on September 11th comes from the Grand Fixed Cross, but the trine to the Sun should allow truth to come forth, despite the generic confusion, fear, illusions, and excessive tendencies the Grand Fixed Cross indicates.
On the whole, productivity through Taurus, release and friction through Taurus, so do the work cheerfully, simplify, and overall it should be a week of moving forward despite tensions, occasional distractions, and the shifting of mental directions.

Funny you should mention a "power struggle." I am in a power struggle at work. It would better if I could just win the lottery, quit and let my Sagittarian wanderlust loose.....

Hello Robert,
Once again let me say a big THANK YOU for this service you are providing!
It has been a tremendous help in several areas for me (and based on the responses, for many others as well) since I "came upon" your site about two weeks ago, and began reading the material, including some of the archives.
May you be blessed many times over for this.
Sincerely,
Juliet
PS. Have a great holiday weekend!

Hi carrie ann - Well, hopefully you'll win "the lottery" by fnding another position that suits you better than the one vexing you. Think big, Sag, and go for whatever adventure seems most able to be fulfilled.
Hi Juliet - Thanks for your praise of the work. Glad the articles have been helpful, and I certainly accept your blessings! And I'm having a great holiday. I hope we ALL start being able to enjoy life, and holidays, and all the good this beautiful Earth has to offer when the other nonsense isn't shortcircuiting the natural process.

Will you be discussing the current administration again soon? They seem to be about to implode....

Hi carrie ann - Of course, you remind me of a true dilemma. The last time I tried to dedicate a portion of this site to political matters, it was met with a resounding yawn from my metaphysical readers, and I found that political junkies for the most part HATE astrology. That said, I will do a series of occasional political commentaries to see if the atmosphere's changed.

I am wondering what this would mean seeing how I was affected by the last eclipse in a way that forced me to speak out to someone whom I had had difficulty expressing myself to as well as ending it with a toxic individual who was out to keep me down now on the 26 of last month I came to the realization that I had learned to stand on my own and being a Gemini with pisces rising with a moon and saturn in Capricorn with many planets in Cancer I am not like most Geminis and expressing myself is a new experience especially in close relationships what could I expect from this eclipse regarding this relationship where I feel eclipsed and often misunderstood (even lied about)

Hi Colleen - Each eclipse affects us differently. Some bring challenging circumstances, while other shut down old patterns we are better off leaving behind. I suspect Saturn in Cancer 2003-2005 helped you to go deeper and redefine who you are and what you cannot live with. Mercury square Pluto right now is bringing an old power to fulfillment, giving the opportunity to purify and turn away from old lies and misunderstandings.

" If things seem weird on September 3-5" ....what a weird period of time! I felt like I was in an alternate universe. couldnt get grounded. then the animal naturalist, steve irwin had that very unusual death, that is the ultimate of the unexpected weirdness you mention here. I couldnt help sensing that something very unusual was going on with his death. very sad to see him go... I sense him in the other realms, that he's not that happy with leaving so soon, in the middle of his mission, leaving his wife and two babies....
things started to seem a little more normal once we came out of that period, but now we're into full moon eclipse heightened-emotions period! sigh!
meanwhile, I have so much going on in my careers that I'm starting to go on overwhelm /overload with all I must attend to...but am getting more organized in order to be ready for November and all I can feel is coming...
I assume the 18degrees Taurus plus Uranus conjunct is still being affected by that big T square / opposition.....
thanks....

Hi cd - You're not the only one who felt Sept 3-5 was very strange! You can bet that whatever did happen was "karmic" in the most specific sense of the word, and that the multiple forks in the road of that period threw many into a course somewhat out of their control. The odds of getting killed by a stingray are astronomical - it's more likely to be hit by lightning. I also feel badly for his wife and children. And yes, 18 Taurus is still hot due to Neptune at 18 Aquarius being squared by Jupiter for a while.

robert... I have my own theories about what may have happened with steve irwin. but its a bit out of the normal conversational tone here....
multiple forks in the road.... choices, intentions.... what one chooses what one intends ... these ultimately determine where you end up...
plus, there are multiple timelines one can walk down, including the timelines for the planet, (which can be interfered with...) much food for thought these days....
my solution which works almost all the time:
HIGH CREATIVE FOCUS AND CONCENTRATION. high creative focus is the BEST protection! reason: when you are focused on your PASSION, that is like a protective aura around you. it's akin to negativity and weirdness dropping off you, like water dropping off a ducks back -- precisely because of the focus, which creates a frequency around you, and this is a frequency based planet. ... (although during the weird time, all bets were off!...)
always fun conversing with you robert...
now, back to work-play-focus...!
