In December, all signs will begin to note a significant shift in energies in every area of their lives. It will be the final cleaning up and clearing out of the old Scorpio stuff as everything moves out of that sign into Sagittarius, promising expansions. For those living their Higher Self, a blessed escape from whatever has been conflicted for a year. For villains, things are about to get wild indeed. In any case, it's a new adventure, a new future, and new energies for all!
The month features numerous squares to Uranus and biseptiles to Saturn, as well as the usual December conjunctions to Pluto, triggering The Grand Irrationality. Many things will come to a close, and the originality, and in some cases genius, we began to live earlier this year, will activate in full force. As I touched on in this article where I mentioned the Mars biseptile Saturn:
“This is a turning point in the larger ‘destiny cycle’ indicated by the Mars-Saturn dance. The exact "lower square" to the conjunction point occurs in early November, after which we will see dramatic shifts at the biseptile around the last week of November, an important point of decision.”
More on the meaning of the septile series aspects and how they work at the link.
So we actually have at various points two different sets of septile series aspects at work, showing lots of turning points for everyone in the coming 7 weeks. Also, another factor in why this period of late November through mid-December is so powerful is that Mars is biseptile the Mars-Saturn conjunction point at almost the exact time it is lower (waxing) square to transiting Saturn, showing a “point of no return” in current affairs. 26 degrees of Taurus and Aquarius symbolize the solutions to what’s happening, so be clear about what you want to see made manifest, use your imagination to compel “the appearance of the beloved,” and use the skills you’ve acquired the past year to “pick up and deliver forms of spiritual power.”
This tests our skills related to what we’ve learned from the Jupiter square Saturn in effect most of the year. If you need more explanation, there are lots of articles describing the lessons and meaning of the Jupiter square Saturn which can be found by doing a site search using the google box on the top right of the front page.
In the last half of November, Mars activated the Jupiter biseptile Saturn kicked into gear back at the Vernal Equinox. In the second and third weeks of December, Mars will activate its own biseptile with Saturn, just after one made by Mercury. And there’s another to come, this time with Jupiter in Sagittarius, in effect the entire last half of December.
Venus and then the Sun form biseptiles with Saturn the last 10 days of November heralding Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter making the aspect in December. The biseptile indicates “dramatic exteriorizations of destiny” between the planets in that aspect, as well as the areas in the chart ruled by those planets, so expect dramatic developments in December as a result of what has been promised in late November.

Hi Robert,
What do you mean when you say that 26 degrees of Aquarius and Taurus are the solutions to what is happening? Furthermore, if you have a planet near these points, what impact could that have? I have Venus at 25°15'57 Aquarius in my birth chart.

Hi Mike - I mean that those are the void zones for the square that is currently active. It also means that if you have a planet near that area, it is most subject to the square or opposition from Saturn and any planet moving through the square to Saturn from Scorpio. Thus Saturn is opposed your Venus (meaning one set of things) and Mars, Mercury, etc. all are or have been upper square your Venus (meaning another set of things). As for the possible meanings, they are too numerous for a comment stream, and dependent on which areas the planets rules, what houses they fall in and so forth.
