We're now in the heart of a time of no planets in Earth signs, showing a general ungroundedness. After Mars left Capricorn at the end of February, we entered a three week zone all the planets in Fire and Air signs except for Sun and Uranus in Watery Pisces. I explained why this is important in Fire, Earth, Air and Water Element Balance in January, February, and March 2007 Affecting All Signs. Especially with the recent Lunar Eclipse having the Moon in Earthy Virgo, it implies that is the sole energy bringing forth practicality at present, except for what we can draw on within ourselves. Take a new look at the article, since it offers hints how best to respond to this very "immaterial" time.
This will shift substantially when Venus enters Earthy Taurus March 17-18, and after one more week in mid-April of no Earth, we'll have Sun and/or Mercury in Taurus through May 21. After May 21, we again go through a time of no planets in Earth until Mars enters Taurus June 24. From then on, except for a brief time between August 8-19, we will have at least one, and usually two or more planets in one of the three Earth signs, through August 2025. I suspect all the Fire, Water, and Air that have been in excess up to now for months will yield new material forms as the planets again transit through Earth later this year into 2008, so adapt your practicality however your inspiration, vision, and experience have shown works for you.

Hi Robert,
i have only recently stumbled across this site, and i'm gobsmacked by your articles and those of your friends. The detail, and perspective offered are extremely informative and to the point. i have no knowledge whatsoever of astrology, except for the usual weekend horoscopes! Yet i have gleaned enough information to help calm my frantic nerves and spinning head! For that i am very grateful. My heart has been stirred up for the first time in decades, but in an impossible/fantasy type way that my head just can't comprehend!!? In 6 months my personal attitude/aura went from dark/depressed, with dead-end visions of the future and myself, to being promoted, receiving a pay rise, loads of praise and suppport, socializing with people(!!), and enjoying it!!!!....and through it all this mental/insane/impossible relationship has sprung up....i'm reeling, but it's good, i think!....I don't wish to freeload, but(!)...born 5.25am sept 2 1961 - Sydney - Australia...any insights would be a shining light.! thanks for the "Aquarius Papers", i'll be a regular reader now.

Hi brett - Welcome to Professor Robert's cantina. First, thanks for the vision of hope and renewal after a grim period. You sound like living proof that if you just persevere in doing what's right for you, regardless of how it appears, eventually a way will open that will make the old era's grim memories fade in the light of new developments.
Stay focused amidst the unreality, since The Grand Irrationality is working on us all in mysterious ways. Saturn has helped you in this regard, though having it in the first myself for many months, it's sometimes more of a drag than other times. As Saturn approaches your Sun-Pluto conjunction, you'll definitely be rewarded for past perseverence even as old problems and limitations fade away. Take the long view, and through this year follow the fire into the Autumn, when you'll start seeing ways to apply long term pressure on circumstances to organize them to your purpose. Your chart has amazing potential for high effectiveness and recognition in your world, and you will see major developments in late 2008 into 2009 when transiting Jupiter conjuncts your natal Jup-Sat conjunction followed quickly by it filling in a Grand Air Trine with your Moon and Mars.

hi robert,
i've been finding your site of more and more interest these days.
On march 6 at 3:58 p.m. a friend that worked with me, was shot (numerous times) & killed. suffice to say this isn't what i was expecting to hear when i picked up the phone. nor what you would ever expect the fate to be for a boy of his persona. he was a good guy, 18 years old, a scorpio. just tryin to do his shit.
the more and more i read the information on this site the more i can make the connections.
though, life really is a mystery, no matter how many road maps you use or read from...

Hi Robyn - My most sincere condolences at the loss of your friend. I also lost too many friends in my 20s and 30s one way and another. It's all a drag, and we can only meditate to help them through the bardos and that they awaken to a greater way having burned up some difficult karma. And you're right when you say "life really is a mystery, no matter how many road maps you use or read from..." I may be able to give people a cosmic weather report, but I still have to live my life and deal with what the world's about. We're all in this mystery together, and learning that love is stronger than death.

Hey Teacher,
With all my natal planets being affected except for my Uranus in Cancer, all I can say is WOW!
Is this why I feel like I'm on the launching pad ready to blast off?
Last two weeks, I can look beyond my present to the future with so much joy
and optimism. Actually, I began to feel this way when the Chinese New Year went into the Year of the Boar.
Saturn in Leo be dammed!
Thanks for the boost.
Peace,
Helen
P.S. My coffee, meditation,Tears for Fears, and your wisdom start my day every day!

Dear Robyn,
My heart goes out to you. Right now, it is hard take in all that happened to you and your friend. Right now, remember your friend and good times. Tnank him of all the good times you had.
Just remember that even although you cannot see him. He is with you. You can call on him anytime you need to.
On page 165, in Wayne Dyer's book, Inspriation, the great teacher Ram Dass wrote a letter to parents of a young murder victim. Please read it and reread it. I hope it gives some comfort.
Peace,
Helen

Hi Helen - Perhaps you ARE about ready to "blast off?" ;-) And yes, I told everyone the atmosphere would shift dramatically when we entered the Year of the Fire Boar! Frankly, I would say "Saturn in Leo be blessed," since it's stabilizing our Fire in ways we can use for a loooong time to come. Your day starts very similar to mine, except right now I'm into Genesis, Toots and the Maytals, and George Harrison's BRILLIANT posthumous work, "Brainwashed." (And serving my cat-owner first thing in the morning, of course!)
Ram Dass is an old acquaintance of mine, an Aries with a heart as big as the Sun. When I used to promote large events in the 70s and 80s, I raised a lot of dough for his most worthy "Seva Foundation," which gives medical care for children in India. Many years ago he read my book "Love Dad" (which deals with healing from the death of a loved one) and gave me a quote for the back cover (which my publisher refused to use!) Your caring words for Robyn are well chosen, and I'm sure welcome as she deals with the upside-down sensation of an emptiness that was not there just a few moments ago. In another work, Ram Dass made the valuable point that we are here on Earth to "break the link between pain and suffering." Life on Earth can be very painful (since we tend to get attached to that which is impermanent) but we do NOT have to suffer one instant longer than we choose. Then we can do truly compassionate work with those who do suffer. Thanks for your compassionate words, always a welcome thing on my site and in our weird, wonderful world. The heart's a really great thing, isn't it?

Whoa...hot water bubbles, no earth for an earthling? This is a strange realization for me, having no water in my chart and just a little fire burning quietly in the corner. Thank you, Robert, for helping me see this steamy wind and dust will pass...(And to think I found you searching for eclipse info) I find this earthlessness far more interesting tonight, explains this odd sensation of floating (more willingness to go with d'flow)...and a very weird, un-capricorn desire to procrastinate. I'll be back, thanks again. Jan

Hi Jan - Yes, lots of hot water right now - at least the Air is somewhat cooling when it's not making convection currents! ;-) So you're getting a dose of energies that are complementary to your natal chart. Yes, the "floaty" energies are the Pisces planets, which will pass fairly soon into the "sturm und drang" of Aries. Glad you'll be back. See you on the front page.

Robert,
You are most welcome. Yesterday, as I was driving, I realized that my own father died on March 9th, four years ago. He was in Hospice for six months and died peacefully. Everyone should die the way he did! So when I gave encouragement to Robyn, I didn’t realize that I was passing on the same support that I received four years ago.
When I was driving, I thought about my father. Both of my parents were Capricorns. My father had his moon in Pisces. He had a hard shell on the outside, but soft, gooey center. It didn’t help that his Saturn in Leo was right on my Leo moon, and his sun was directly on my Chiron. I came to understand his role in my life. He was my father not to deny my dreams but to delay them. My dreams were delayed so I could gain enough wisdom and maturity so I could be comfortable in own skin to pursue them. And I thanked him for being my father.
This is part of my process of saying goodbye to my old life as I embrace the new as everyone must do now.
Peace,
Helen

Hi Helen - If the Sun is one's dad, and the Moon is one's mom, then how you were illuminated by your dad's passage is one way you will express your light to others. Funny how echoes of memories intrude at crucial times to remind us we are all living witnesses to an Unconditional Love within which we live, breathe, and have our Being. And of course, we and our parents made an incredible agreement before any of us were in the body, and though everyone's childhood had difficult elements, we learned what we needed in order to stand upright and autonomous in this bare-knuckle reality. (Interestingly, my father is a Sun in Pisces Moon in Cap with Saturn in Scorpio, so I have a sense of what you grew up with). Years ago I also realized some things about what they gave me, even via negativa, and was able to thank them for giving me the starch in my spine to go into the world on my own terms. There's a lot of power to be found by exploring the mystery of the chemistry that shows the bonds of love between us and those who brought us to the dance of physicality.
