I'll post on the coming week soon, but first a brief note on something many are experiencing. This time is one of a "floating" sensation, appropriate since the Sun is in Pisces. The edge is due to the recent conjunction with Uranus, which has a greater intensity due to the recent Lunar Eclipse. This lunation is challenging the Virgo forms and structures in our lives while shining the light on the floating, vast universal oceanic feelings associated with Pisces. Remember that "will power" is everything, and must be focused to serve a greater good or purpose despite the generalized weirdness. Get clear about what motivates you in any given direction, and get ready to set sail on a Fiery adventure when Pisces gives way to the Grand Fire Trines of Aries.
Perhaps this is calling us all to embrace the passages, moving with the universal currents that are the expression of Divine Mind. There is always a sense of sorrow at the passage of things we liked that once held us tight. I try to remember that I cannot hold on to what is no longer true, even if I throw mental chains around it, as whatever is ending slips through the hands like grains of sand. The tighter you clutch, the more you squeeze it out. And of course, what's done is done, and there's no point in feeling too badly about what is past, since "the moving finger writes, and having writ, moves on...."
Pisces challenges us to take the long view, see the end game, and embrace the feeling-experience common to all humanity through all time. It is where our separateness fades into a vast feeling experience. Compassion is an attribute of Pisces. Compassion means "fellow feeling." Pisces is where we can empathize with others, and feel things beyond our ability to describe in so many words. Much of the human experience is like that.
In this time of floating on the vast sea of the collective consciousness it may be helpful to move beyond judging the distinctions, and bless and forgive much as we prepare to embrace new actions, thoughts, and feelings. What you feel, what you envision, what you affirm, what you dream as a future, is encoded in Universal Consciousness, I suspect dreams and thoughtforms may be more powerful when Pisces is active, since the waking state and the dream state are one for this sign. At this time, subtleties may be more powerful and/or significant than what is obvious.
So go with the flow during this time of no Earth planets, and move into a vaster perspective that you knew before. Everything will quicken soon, and this atmosphere will pass into something a lot more exciting. Just dream your highest dream, and wait for the time to strike the spark that could ignite a great warming fire.

Once again, Robert, you are so RIGHT ON! Dang! You remind me why I so deeply love my Piscean nature -- and why I so often bump up against the more concretized aspects of living on Earth. Like many other sensitives, I am now experiencing such an odd assortment of physical symptoms -- the racing heart, the shortened breath, the trembling hands, the more-than-usual desire to check out of everything while checking into THE ALL! Whether we choose to label it No Earth SIgns or Spiritual Ascension Syndrome or Adjusting to Never-Before-Seen Levels of Light Vibration or Stress or Seasonal Change or past trauma-related PTSD or the Coming of the Easter Season & The Christ Consciousness -- it's truly all some manifestation of the 3D physical body grappling with the energetic shifts that are available for us now to download, embrace, embody. Those of us who have been letting go for eons, are still shaken, yet Know at the deepest of levels, that this time, our containers have been sufficiently tempered and refined to roll with the waves. No more crucifixions, no more stake-burnings, no more hangings, thank you very much. My birthday is on March 18 -- and with the Solar Eclipse on the way, I simultaneously want to hole up naked in a cave somewhere, produce some dazzling creative work (of staggering genius!) and present it to the world, or just slip out of my bag of bones and go off-planet for a while. So predictably fishy, eh? Thanks again, Robert, for tossing out your wonderful tether lines when everything else is floating about! 3/18/53, 6:10am EST, Washington, DC

Hi rachel - Pisces is where we feel everything all the time, and so it can become somewhat disorienting if we try to lean on apparently fixed references. And you're right about "the quickening." Call it whatever we like, there's something much bigger happening, and we really don't know what it is, since the new era's descriptors may be somewhat different than previous ones. 20-20 hindsight is like that. Maybe you should hole up somewhere and create brilliant works of genius AND do a lot of meditation on the boundless energies of spaciousness and luminosity. Even 20 minutes of laying on one's back and staring into the sky (but not the Sun!) without our eyes or minds getting distracted by anything peripheral can help us remember the infinitude of existence. Concentration with mental detachment can lead to one-pointedness in the ocean of space. And when we come back, it makes most of what this world holds important irrelevant within the vaster experience.

Hi Robert -- Just read your post and Rachel's reply, so here's a viewpoint from the other side of the wheel! I just found your blog a couple of weeks ago and I cannot praise it highly enough! I have a 19 Virgo Sun, 3 Scorpio Moon, and a 28 Cancer Ascendant, and I am a cataloger in an academic library. I was especially happy to read today's post, as I experienced a free-floating sensation nearly all day on Friday, which as a Virgo was very disconcerting! For some time now, actually since sometime in 2001, I have had a lot of difficulty with anxiety and not being able to get or stay anchored, and while I am aware of the need to balance my Virgo-ness with Pisces, it has been difficult--and now it's all Pisces, all the time, it seems! But I thank you for your amazing insights and I am recommending your blog to all of my astrologically-minded friends (a few of whom are Pisces Suns!). 9/12/53, 1:20am PST, Portland, Oregon.

Hi Dennis - Welcome to the site. It may be that you have something Neptunian going on by progression since 2001, and that this time of Pisces is just exacerbating that subtle energy. Thanks for spreading the word on the blog, and definitely check out past articles, since there are dozens that still have relevance! 53 should be a better year for you than 52, very illuminating, and by this time next year you will recognize some very important things you need to do as Saturn approaches your Sun.
Hi diana - Thanks.

Hi Robert -- you have mentioned that Will Power is everything. This is so true. But... sometimes it betrays me and unexpected laziness crowls up when motivation is missing. Maybe it is my Leo ascendant? I also have noticed that satisfaction or dissatisfaction in my personal life affects everything else in my life. I could be so active and lightning fast productive at work, or I could just sit there like a defeated dragon. This is the worst feeling. I see Leo in my first and second house of my natal chart. Why in the second? Thank you.

Hi Larissa - Leo rising shows that if our hearts are not into something, we don't have the motive to do that. Sometimes "laziness" is that, but also since we are magnetic units, from time to time we must rest and recharge however we are able, regardless of internal or external expectations and assumptions. Often we have priorities that don't look like what we feel we should expect.
The Moon in Scorpio gets intensely dissatisfied with things which absorbs the emotional nature. It's a test of learning a gentle self-control to become as for things as against other things (the Taurus-Scorpio balance). Leo is on two houses because you were born far from the equator, and so have intercepted signs in your houses. It shows your 1st and 7th houses are fairly narrow, while the houses of your intercepted signs are very wide and diverse.
