Mars triggers whatever happens of note in our charts. In April 2007, Mars moves from 26 degrees of Aquarius to 19 Pisces, with two Grand Fire Trines supported by major Air trines followed by volatility toward the end of the month as Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Uranus make a Mutable T-square, as well as a Grand Cross on April 27-28. The first week of April Mars crosses the Transfiguration span made active by the recent Aquarian New Moon, so this will set those promises into active motion, or quicken them if they've already begun in your life.
The end of March marked an important point due to Mars conjunction with Neptune septile Pluto, beginning a new 2 year Neptune cycle and triggering the waxing septile of The Grand Irrationality. March 22-23 and 26-27 were the points where the Moon filled in a 3rd point in the 7 pointed Star, portentious since these same points will be heavily activated at the end of May. In fact, during a 9 day span all 7 points of this heavy configuration will be triggered, so get ready for major forks in the road to present themselves then based in what's been happening recently.
We are now about 1/3 of the way into the new Sun_Mars cycle that began October 23 at 30 Libra, a degree of philosophical completion and a New Moon which sextiled Pluto at the Galactic Center. We'll see important developments related to what began then, and was furthered in January when Mars conjuncted Pluto, in mid-May when Mars makes the lower (waxing) square to Pluto, marking a turning point in that cycle.
As noted in prior articles, another important cycle began in December 2006 with the conjunction of Mars and Jupiter at 4 degrees of Sagittarius, marking the end of the last Mars-Jupiter cycle that began at 1 Libra in late September 2004. The cycle that began in December kicked a new period of expanded activity into motion through February 2009, when they will next conjunct at 10 Aquarius. These larger cycle conjunction points are important in showing us where our outreach will occur in the future. This cycle will shift direction and form in mid-April, when Mars lower squares the conjunction point.
In late Aquarius, Mars keywords through April 6 are "Management" and "Perspective." Since mid-March, we're being shown ways to manipulate energy with ingenuity and dedication to a greater ideal or vision. These terms will be seen working most clearly in the Aries and Scorpio houses in our charts, as well as wherever we have Aquarius by house. We move this month through seeing how to apply our energies toward a greater ideal, dream, or larger vision of how we can act in ways that make a greater contribution to the future. This span is about an ingenious ability to manipulate energy in specialized ways.
On April 6, Mars enters Pisces, and through April 25 the keywords are "Federation" and "Innocence." The first half of Pisces is said to be Sustaining, Practical, Universal, and Specializing. After April 25 through May 15, Mars passes through the second half of Pisces, said to be Sustaining, Practical, Universal, and Generalizing. We're now past the halfway point in the important Mars-Saturn cycle. As noted in past articles, their last conjunction in June 2006 at 9 Leo indicated
...this 2 year cycle is about authenticity, creativity, play, and reconnecting with our enthusiasm in mature and measured ways wherever we have early Leo in our charts... simplify, stabilize, and see a bigger picture to move into a broader cooperative group purpose. Be a gentle angel, cut back on extravagances as well as pessimism, and find ways to enjoy life without overdoing it... For nine months, Mars has developed the promise of whatever that conjunction portended for us. The growth process quickened in December... January 2007 showing a natural self-expression of the truth of this cycle... This stabilized the turning point in the larger “destiny cycle” in late November at the biseptile, where important decisions were made and meaningful actions were taken.
February helped us adjust to prepare for whatever will surface in the second week of March when Mars opposes the original conjunction point. This will also provide us a sense of what needs to change, what's coming to importance, and what we can expect for some months to come, relative to the lessons that have been presenting themselves since June 2006 in the early Leo area of our charts.
In March, things cut loose in ways that began to bring Spirit to matter, and challenged us to be eager in learning a greater way to live and not take anything for granted. Appreciation was the big keyword, and that theme will continue to be important in June and July 2007 as the gifts continue to come from Spirit. September through December 2007 will be a big time for those who are open to the blessings we've been promised, and followed through on the Neptunian lessons.
The blessing of the first part of April is the Mars quintile Jupiter as it sextiles Pluto, helping us all toward greater efficiency and ability to move intuitively toward the greater life and adventure promised by Jupiter at 20 Sagittarius. This is the time to follow through on special circumstances and gifts that have come forth as a result of it activating the Saturn opposition Neptune. This helped us to get clear of diversions, be sensitive to consequences, and awaken self and others to some urgency showing itself. This was a challenge to disregard lesser considerations when greater things were at stake, and be good jugglers as we contacted seed knowledge and assimilated diverse contents.
There are many important aspects formed to and from Mars this month. The first half of April, Mars is relatively unafflicted. The skies heat up bigtime the last half of the month, and take some interesting and strange turns. Especially the last 10 days of the month into the first half of May, we have a Sun septile Mars and Uranus, promising some very weird times and events. The end of April shows a Venus in Gemini square Mars conjunct Uranus, a Mars square Jupiter quincunx Saturn, and a Mercury semisquare from early Taurus.
The Venus square Mars will most impact planets between 10-16 degrees of Pisces, Gemini, Virgo and Sagittarius, thus impacting the lives of those born the first week of March, June, September, and December, already in revolutionary conditions thanks to transiting Uranus. It shows a turning point, or conflict, between the Taurus and Libra sectors of our lives and the Aries and Scorpio sectors.
The subsequent frictional aspects with Jupiter throw more conflict into the mix involving Sag and Pisces sectors, putting the span from 18-21 degrees of the Mutable signs as hot zones. When the Moon is in Virgo on April 27-28, expect some things to come to a head, due to the Grand Mutable Cross.
There will be fracturing, scattering, and some very peculiar misunderstandings, so plan accordingly, and play to the favorable Venus trine Neptune sextile Saturn harmonizing a new rhythm or perspective. With Venus moving from 20-22 Gemini, Saturn at 19 Leo, Jupiter at 20 Sagittarius, and Neptune at 22 Aquarius, we have a Rectangle, offering multiple productive understandings and opportunities built on multiple awarenesses.
People currently going through dynamic activity, a hectic fast-paced period, or those having the hardest time in the first week of April are Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius born the third weeks of February, May, August, and November. For the rest of April, this applies to Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces born late May and early June, late August and early September, late November and early December, and late February and early March. If you were born in these zones, focus on what constitutes responsible action, given these birth periods show more highly agitated energy than usual.
Mars tests us to get a grip on our energy and shows us how well we are demonstrating self-control or not. Mars is our "fight or flight" principle, and symbolizes what aggravates us, so beware of hasty action, argumentativeness, or impulsiveness. A way to use what I post here is that if you know your chart, examine the effect for the signs in light of planets you have in these signs.
For instance, if you have Mercury between 26 and 30 degrees of a Fixed sign (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius), or between 1 and 19 of a Mutable sign ((Pisces, Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius), examine the challenges relative to your mind, interpretations, or thinking patterns, as well as other planets influenced by Mercury. If you have Venus in those degrees of Fixed or Mutable signs, examine what is said in light of your likes and dislikes and other Venus-influenced areas in your chart.
If you have a Fixed or Mutable sign Mars between those degrees, regard what is stated in the context of Mars-ruled affairs and activities. This shows an important shift in your Mars cycle, so heads up! You can also apply what follows regarding this month if you have an Ascendant (Rising sign) between 26 and 30 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius, or the first 19 degrees of Gemini, Virgo, Sag, or Pisces.
The first half of the month, Scorpio people born the third week in November or Sagittarians born in November are seeing the first emergence of something begun in December 2006. This month shows a new life direction or the beginnings of new ways of expressing yourself, so get grounded, and remember that "as the roots, so the flowers."
Effort now affects future success. Don't allow hassles or aggravations around the home or with family to put you off, and be a good communicator. You'll get new insights into how you view your early life and family situation. Just try not to get aggravated by neighbors and expect intense activity around the home.
The first half of April Scorpios should try not to be too sharp in their dealings with family members, and be more gentle, friendly, creative, pleasant, loving, and playful. This primarily affects Scorpio's self-image, physical body, work, health, and people in their service.
November Sagittarians also need to be less abrupt with family, and be more adaptable, discriminating, detail oriented, and organized. This affects Sagittarius' self-expression, children creativity, movitation, and ability to get closure on old stuck feelings. The second half of April this primarily affects Sagittarians born the first 12 days of December.
The first half of April, Aquarians born the third week of February as well as Pisces born in February confront the end of a 2-year cycle, so begin anew with an eye to what culminated in December 2006 of the cycle that began April 2005. This month speeds things up, so apply new skills and strengths, and face a future that's already underway. Quickly finish what you need to, realize an old way of life is over, and there is a need for new effort and directions.
Since it continues to be a time of endings and beginnings, embrace the new, get ready for the pace to quicken, and try not to be too blunt, impulsive, abrasive, or leap before you look. This primarily affects Aquarius ideas, communications, siblings, environment, profession, and public standing. February Pisceans are mainly affected in the areas of truth, education, philosophy, money, values, and how they use what they have. All of these are ending somehow, and a new two year pulse is opening up. The last half of April, this applies to Pisces born the first two weeks of March, and finishes a cycle they started in May 2005.
The first half of April fulfills an old cycle for Tauruses born the third week of May, as well as Geminis born in May. This period is one of following through on what's culminating in your public or professional affairs in the cycle that began February 2006. Learn as much as you can, prepare, then be willing to take responsibility, since this is a very high profile time for you.
Tauruses are primarily affected in the areas of partnerships, motives, and ways of experiencing the past. They need to be more playful, creative, loving, spontaneous, and concentrate on eliminating everything they no longer want or need. If you're a Taurus these are coming to fulfillment, so move into higher recognition without agitation, impulsiveness, or excessive intensity. You've glimpsed the future up to now, and this is the time to push your flowers of accomplishment up and out so the world can admire and appreciate their beauty.
Geminis are also culminating a process, and primarily affected in the areas of friends, goals, ambitions, group work, health and work. People of this sign need to take care of details, get a bigger picture and a sense of humor, and show generosity toward their world. The last half of April this applies to Geminis born the first two weeks of June, and finishes a cycle they started March 2006.
During the first half of April, Leo people born the third week of August and August Virgos are tested not to get aggravated, sidestep oppositional people, and decrease agitation or impulsiveness while correcting things that began July 2006. The last half of April this applies to Virgos born the first two weeks of September, and is a shift in the cycle they began in August 2006.
People with these birthdays are moving through a period of tensions in relationships, and have had to shift in how they regard their health, work, or how to serve your world. If this applies to you, detach from relationship dramas that scatter you. Avoid unnecessary confrontations and don’t get hassled by impulsive, abrasive, aggressive or argumentative people.
For Leos in a relationship, it's an intense time for your partner. Areas coming to surface for Leo include new truths, futures, travel, home, family relations, and ways of viewing their past and early childhood. All Leos should embrace new ways of relating to others, since this time is a breakthrough in your way of being in relationships, and allow others to take the initiative in new ways of expressing themselves.
For Virgos, also an intense time in relationships. Areas surfacing include new ideas, perceptions, interpretations, neighbors, as well as losses leading the way to regeneration. As with Leo, embrace new ways of being with others, since you're getting new ways of communicating and adjusting to mutally shared resources or social values.
The quincunx effect significantly influences 26 to 30 degrees of Cancer and Virgo the first 6 days of April, 1 through 5 degrees of Leo and Libra from April 6-12, 6-10 degrees of Leo and Libra from April 12-18, 10-14 degrees of Leo and Libra from April 18-24, and 14-19 degrees of those signs from April 24-30. Quincunxes are associated with physical, emotional, or mental health issues requiring sacrifices and adjustments.
Thus the first week of the month most impacts Cancers born the third week of July and Virgos born the third week of September. The second week of April most impacts Leos born in late July and Libras born late September. The third week of the month most affects Leos and Libras born the last couple of days of July and September, and the first few days of August and October. The last 10 days of the month primarily affects those people of these signs born the first weeks of August and October.
Through the quincunxes, Cancers and Leos will have sacrifices and adjustments in the areas of loss, regeneration, shared values that will help them learn focus, discrimination, attention to details and procedure. They will learn how to get their magnetism and desires straightened out and eliminate that which cannot be carried into a future already taking shape. Virgos and Libras will also have sacrifices and adjustments in the areas of work, health, and those they do service for or who do service for them that will help them learn how to take the initiative, be completely themselves, and act more quickly on whatever needs to be done.
The first week of April, Capricorns born the first few days of January and Aries born the first few days of April are extraordinarily affected by the Mars semisquare to their Suns. The second week of April primarily affects these signs born between the 4th and 10th of January and April, and the third week of April affects Capricorns and Aries born between the 11th and 16th of January and April. The last 10 days of April the semisquare affects Capricorns and Aquarians born between January 15-24, and Aries and Tauruses born between April 15-24.
The semisquare is a 45 degree aspect indicating internal crises of direction, or a sense that something is beginning to open (or close) with decisions to be made. They show important factors regarding things that are emerging or ending, and offer information about hidden or unconscious influences at work.
For Capricorns, new developments and challenges in the cycle that began in February 2007 don't have to be a problem if you become more visionary, adaptable, future oriented, organized and mature in your values and relationship to things and money. For early Aquarians confronted with these challenges, this cycle began in early March 2007.
Aries people need to end some things they began in late June or July 2005, so capture the harvest and close out what you need to without getting aggravated at friends or the goals that you couldn't fulfill. You're about to enter a fallow period where you'll need to do closure rituals, preparing for a new cycle to come late May or June 2007. For early Tauruses, this cycle began in August 2005. You need to do the same actions as Aries, preparing for a new cycle to come late June or early July 2007.
As I've explained the past two months, sometimes Mars' influence extends far beyond whatever is going on in the sky. Notably, the Mars article from November 2006 offers an insight into why things are changing the way they are:
Since the Mars degree of the recent September 2006 Lunar Eclipse is highly active and was also the exact degree of the Solar Eclipse take note of what is liberating you from a previously "narrow destiny" and hear the call that can help you joyously rise to some larger occasion. Here's an article about the September 2006 Solar Eclipse in terms of its general meaning and effect, while in this article you can find out what it means for each sign specifically. December 2006 and January 2007 mark turning points in the liberation process.
Future signposts connected with 30 Virgo will present themselves in late March-early April 2007 and the second and last weeks of May 2007, with definitive developments in September 2007 and December 2007 through early April 2008. June through November 2008 shows Pluto exactly square the degree, Saturn conjunct the point in October 2009 and April through July 2010 opposed by Uranus April 2010 through March 2011, setting up some fairly volatile developments. Escaping from a "narrow destiny" may be destabilizing, but it's also guaranteed to put you and your dharma on track and remind you that life on Earth is one of endless change.
In December, Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter all conjuncted... Wherever we have Aries, Gemini, Virgo, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Pisces energies, they were fused and renewed in whatever house we have early Sagittarius... a very important area of major focus and attention in the next two years for us. I hope you enjoyed December and January since the wild ride accelerated toward a more amazing vision, freedom, and group involvement than we've known in a long time. Welcome to February through June 2007, the edge of dynamic change!
On a final note, Mars will activate the March Lunar Eclipse Sun conjunct North Node position around April 21-22 when it conjuncts that point. This will launch the next phase of that eclipse, and the simultaneous triseptile to Saturn should show as important forks in the road helping us dump old social rigidities and find joy in fellowship despite the general tension of the Mutable T-square. The T-square will certainly impact people born in the mid-60s due to impacting their natal Uranus and Pluto, as well as those born between 1976-1979 (Neptune) and the mid-1980s (Uranus).
Mars quincunx to Saturn in the last days of April will open voids in 19 Libra and Capricorn, promising the formation of groups to protest disharmonic social privilege, and a sense of having accomplished something ahead of time and thus waiting for conditions to catch up to what we're already able to do. It's a time of accelerated growth, and learning techniques to balance and organize our Saturn function.

It sounds like this time will bring new hopes. I am desperately looking for new job which matches what i want , my qualifications & financial needs but it seems almost hopeless. Can you tell if there is any hope on this front in the next month? my dob is 17 May 1977 time 2.30pm Jaipur India.
Thanks & regards

Hi Diana - Yes, from one point of view we at this site are "Riders on the Storm." That analogy fits in ways I've never discussed before, but as you know, once you're tuned into the world of symbols, omens, and totems, there are all kinds of signs that verify what is going on near and far. And the storm is upon us. It's an exciting time to be alive, sometimes terrifying to many, sometimes thrilling to others, but all serves to let us know we're ALIVE!
Hi asingh - Welcome to the site. Do not be desperate. Be clear about what is true for you, what could be true for you, and send the message that you are willing to do what it takes to move out of being desperate and almost hopeless into the calm confidence that once you're alert and ready to do whatever it takes, Spirit (Atman) will surely send you the right things, and/or move you into the right place to do what is perfect for you at this time.
What you've done is less important than what you're learning at any given time in existence. And of course, you're going through your Saturn return, never easy per se, but always a beneficial teacher about what you can and cannot live with, and what you must learn to be the fulness of your Dharma. I suspect by this time next year you'll be in a very excellent work, and as happy as a Taurus can be. Eliminate all negative memories of the past that perpetuate discontent, and meditate on being receptive to the perfect situation, however impermanent, that is just right for you to join a greater group and live and work more effectively. Namaskarams.

Greetings Robert and all those who visit this wonderful site.
Although I visit aquariuspapers.com several times daily, I don't always participate in the comment streams. However, I do have to admit it's akin to my daily cup of cafe, which I fondly call the “spiritual blend”.
Since I met Robert about 25 years ago, I've been deeply inspired by his teachings; his profound wisdom that encourages us to seek the light within; his uncanny astrological interpretations that compel us to meet our true dharma; his selfless and tireless efforts to prolifically share, day after day, diverse facets of the ancient wisdom; and his gratitude and respect to all who participate in aquariuspapers.com comment streams by faithfully answering everyone's question, comment or inquiry.
These inspirations lead me to make an appeal to all past, current and future visitors of this site. I've chosen to honor Robert, and the spiritual work that he represents, by making a personal commitment to financially support aquariuspapers.com. (You've sent a secure payment of $100.00 USD to Aquarius Papers through PayPal. You'll receive an email receipt shortly)
As many of you may already know, Robert's birthday is on April 1st, just a few days away. I wholeheartedly invite everyone visiting this site to make a donation to aquariuspapers.com to support Robert and his unequivocal spiritual work which he contributes to this planet. The amount doesn’t matter, whether large or small, what matters is your benevolent gratitude to our dear friend and teacher Robert. Happy Birthday Dear Brother - Que Dios le Bendiga!
As Robert revealed yesterday, there's a dream of having “a comprehensive media center more real, where astrology will be but one of several gateways to things outside of mainstream thinking. Sort of a one stop shop for those seeking info and connections into everything from meditation to holistic health, as well as other media in such areas as stop nukes and pro-peace efforts". Our support can make this dream a reality.
Working together we can manifest this dream by combining our decisive commitment and unabashed generosity to support aquariuspapers.com. We can even apply the natural law of "tithing": Tithing is the ancient practice of invoking Divine Abundance through giving a portion of your income to a place that spiritually inspires you. Tithing is a channel to demonstrate your confidence in Divine Abundance, your birth rite as a spiritual being. It begets the promise of security, protection, and guidance through a high form of philanthropy. Certainly aquariuspapers.com deserves this consideration.
So dear brothers and sisters, I leave you with my inspiration to give back to Robert, as he’s so generously given to us. Please help make this a birthday he’ll never forget!
In ending my appeal I’d like to share with you a timeless message for you to ponder: “All wealth belongs to the Divine and those who hold it are trustees, not possessors. It is with them today, tomorrow it may be elsewhere. All depends on the way they discharge their trust while it is with them, in what spirit, with what consciousness in their use of it, to what purpose”.

Robert,
Fantastic site......thanks for all the information you have provided.
My sun is at 20deg Sag. I take it what I have been working on and focusing on will most likely bare fruit here in the near term? It definitely has everything to do with who I am and what I love to think about on a daily basis.
Thanks Robert,

Hi all - Wow, Felipe. All I can say is thanks. May the work of Divine Mother be fulfilled! Aum Namah Shivaya!
Hi Miguela - Welcome to the site. With what little info you've provided, I can only say yes, though it may take more weeks than "near term." But time is on your side.

Dear Robert
thank you for your encouragement. I hope some good things start happening soon and dont wait till next year! you are right i keep thinking of what a struggle past few years have been and get tired I will try lift myself from that & give thanks for what i have.
Posted by: asingh | March 28, 2007 at 02:27 AM
Hi asingh - Good things usually start when we rid ourselves of pessimism and open to the "magic that makes everything new," even if it may come in strange forms. All truth seeking Souls have been put through a rigor these past couple of years, due to astrological factors. Though tiring at times, it has shown us what we are willing to learn, what we are willing to do, and gotten us in shape for what I believe will be one of the most radical periods in human evolution these next dozen years. And like a surfer, it is important to begin paddling before the wave hits, rather than wait until it hits. That way we get a good ride rather than swamped by overwhelming force.

Diana, love the Joni Mitchell reference.
My birthday's coming up, April 3rd. The Mars semisquare my Sun has already manifested a big decision I have to make in mid-April to open or close an opportunity. In the meantime, I've been feeling the bombarding energies of the eclipse and equinox, but after some new and amazing revelations in my life, including a deepening of my relationship with my mother, my energy has been soaring.
Amazing times, to be sure. I hope you're all riding the waves joyously.
Peace,

Hi Robert,
Whenever I visit aquarius papers, I'm just blown away at how prolific and interesting your posts are. Also a big thanks again for the reading you did for me and my wife Faith, last fall in Sag Harbor. As this year has unfolded, you just nailed some things with exact specificity. WOW !!
Anyway, all the best and hope to see you next time you are back in the Hamptons.
one love,

Robert,
Real quick favor-Would you list the periods of Mercury Retrograde, the dates for the rest of the eclipses for 2007 with the signs and degrees? This useful information would help us future planners.
Peace,
Helen

Hi ann - Thanks for the b'day wishes, and of course, may your b'day also be filled with friends, abundance, and joy. It probably means that you're as much of a pioneer as I am, and willing to do a phenomenal amount of work to help this world move forward. You bring the electricity to wherever you go, so never compromise the core, and do your own thing, since it really does not matter what others think or don't think about you. Enjoy the blessings (and work!) of the year to come, since your solar return chart will be similar to mine.
Hi Aries - Welcome to the site. There are probably more Aries who visit this site than all the others put together, if the sheer numbers who check in are any indicator! Of course, happy birthday to you; by June, Mars on your Sun will have you in high gear, so take that into consideration. Glad your energy is already soaring, since it's a great indicator of things on the move. And yes, am joyously riding the wave.
Hi David - Thanks for your praise of the work. And of course, you're welcome for the reading, since they're usually helpful for people in navigating our very peculiar reality. Yes, I'll see you when I'm next in the Hamptons. Must figure that out.
Hi Helen - Mercury goes RX June 15 2007 4:40 pm PDT at 12 Cancer, and goes Direct July 9 2007 7:16 pm PDT at 3 Cancer. The next time it goes RX is October 11 2007 9 pm PDT at 10 Scorpio, and goes Direct November 1 2007 3:59 pm PDT at 24 Libra. The Lunar Eclipse is August 28 2007 3:35 am PDT at 5 Virgo-Pisces, and the Solar Eclipse is September 11 2007 5:44 am PDT at 19 Virgo.

Dear Robert,
Hello and Happy Birthday! (I know it isn't here yet but I wanted to wish you one before it was too late) I really enjoy reading your articles. They help to give some wonderful insight on things!
My husband isn't happy with his job and will start job searching again very soon (after finishing taxes). It's been a very trying time for him. We also want to move, hopefully a new job isn't far away. Do you think things will changes for him soon? (bd is 11/15/63 at 7:57 a.m.)
Thanks for any advice!

Robert,
I have a yod in my chart, moon in cancer 15, mars in taurus 16, both incunjunct to my mercury in sagg 12, in the 4th house. Besides Uranus transiting this mess you say now that Mars is triggering all this too?
How can I make sense of this?

Hello Robert,
Your writings are fascinating, I have been searching for months for a site exactly like this. My husband and I have had a rough past couple of months (financial and healthwise), now everything seems back on track and everything is looking up again.
I just have this very strong intuitive feeling that something BIG is about to happen, everyday the feeling gets stronger. Is there something in our charts that implies something like this? I am nervous that I don't know if it will be bad or good, or if I am just really emotional right now. Should we prepare for anything? My dob is Jun. 24, 1978 at 3:03pm CST, his is Jan.16 1980 4:34 MST.
Thanks Robert, I hope you have a fabulous birthday!

Hi chloe - Many are not happy with what they're doing right now. Things change as we prepare for them. In general, Scorpios need to be positive about things rather than discontent. Saturn opposed Saturn is a good time for reconsidering one's purpose, and with Jupiter on his Venus and Mars, he should be doing very well by Summer.
Hi Tamara - Actually, you have a Mercury triseptile Mars. Go back and re-read the article on the septile series aspects. Generally speaking, Mars (and the Moon) are the triggers for EVERYTHING that happens in all charts. You're learning wise use of energy with Saturn square your Mars, and how to transmute anger or irritation into dispassion, genuine friendliness, and purification exercises. Jupiter on your Mercury shows you should be studying and opening to larger ideas and views as much as possible. Your Yod zone is 15-16 Sag, and you'll experience that "expansion through sacrifice" energy as Jupiter RX's back through those degrees, ultimately to go through them again direct later this Summer. Still, go with what I've said about it conjuncting your Mercury, since that's fusing your Mutable sign houses.
Hi Crystal - Your intuition is shared by many. Something big is happening, but it's not personal per se, though many will be affected personally. Definitely learn to "think in the future" so you won't be caught unprepared when the coming economic and environmental wreckage already happening finally passes the fail safe point. Over the next 4000 days our world will go through changes like we haven't seen in over 10,000 years.

And here I thought I was so original! :)
Thank you for the well wishes, Robert, and a BIG thanks for this terrific web site. I'm still a tender newbie when it comes to astrology, but I'm learning what I can.

Thanks Your Highness,
That void that should open at 19 libra sits right on my Mars! Today is my Father's birthday. He left us on 7/17/04 but continues to raise hell through my Leo sun and Aries ascendent. Cheers to you and your bday!

Hi Aries - We're ALL original! Superstars too, if we but let our light shine, self-generated compustion bringing life to countless worlds and planes of existence. Glad to have you aboard the spaceship.
Hi chickie - Well, your Mars should go through adjustments so it can balance out whatever it needs to. Otherwise how would it know how much, when, and so forth? It's been a trip to have Saturn in Leo, but Jupiter should be showing you the way to a greater play, self-expression, and future. Gotta love the Fire, given you/we ARE Fire Beings (like a lot of others who visit here!)
It should be a great birthday, and year to come, even with the Venus square Saturn. Jupiter trine Saturn will release through Venus, itself harmonized by Mercury/Uranus. And of course, the Grand Irrationality continues to move forward and is now upon my Sun, so I'm sure there will be BIG forks in the road for me this year. So far it's definitely shaping up that way!

Robert, what BIG forks in the road for Aries are we talking for this year? Should I be prepared? Does it apply to all Aries? I am actually ready to start a new initiative, so is a BIG fork unavoidable? And Venus square Saturn - what to expect here? Thank you.
