Mars activates and accelerates the pace of events in our lives. People currently going through dynamic activity, a hectic fast-paced period, or having the hardest time the first half of December are Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorns born the first few days of April, July, October, and January. The second half of Dec. this applies to March Aries, June Cancers, September Libras, and December Capricorns. If you were born in these zones, focus on what constitutes responsible action, given these birth periods show more highly agitated energy than usual.

In the spirit of the writer's strike crippling America's access to fake news, irony and satire, today we do a rewritten rerun of a birthday look at the horoscope of "the most trusted name in fake news," host of The Daily Show, Mr. Jon Stewart. This comedic genius was born on November 28, 1962, in New York City. Many bios list him as born in New Jersey, "the Garden State," also known as the toxic dump capital of the US. While he did live there when young, he never grew up there, and now that I think of it, nowhere else either.

These occur in an unending sequence, each unique and yet exerting a powerful effect on present and future New and Full Moons, depending on what aspects are made, which points are stimulated, and how they relate to others sharing these points and aspects. There's really nothing I could say to add to the legend that is Jimi Hendrix. Today he would have been 65 years old, as impossible as that seems. A star for only 4 years, he changed the face of music forever, not just in terms of guitar sonics, but also through his pioneering use of the studio to create effects that have been studied in countless advanced music engineering and production courses in colleges around the world over the decades since the debut of "Electric Ladyland." Today I've found a few videos to remind you of this extraordinary Sagittarian Fire god and musical genius.

This is a meditation I wrote 15 years ago under the name of "Aquarius," back when I published a column called "The Halls of Wisdom." I find it as powerful now as it was then. Please feel free to meditate upon its principles as frequently as you like, since I believe it has merit. For your consideration, "Remember."

The star Sirius is said to be the most important star in our galaxy. It resides near 14 degrees of Cancer, very close to where Mars went stationary retrograde. That would imply that we stand on the threshold of receiving the awesome galactic wisdom residing in this star, and that we've reached a point where we can act differently than we have before now on the basis of that wisdom. So let's find out more about this powerful influence, the "Sun of our Sun."
