This is a pinnacle of global culture offered with a theme of radical compassion. The young woman is extraordinary, the vibe is extraordinary (as is ever the case in any event where His Holiness is present), and watching the event and performance is extraordinarily moving. This is history in the making, and shows that humanity is witnessing the conscious manifestation of seeds of a higher ideal and a better way of living and Being.
The Seeds of Compassion Event happened on April 12, 2008, in Seattle, WA, so this video is fresh off the gathering. We live in extraordinary times, and the thoughtform of radical compassion is spreading throughout the world. Simone Porter is certainly an exemplar of an ideal of peace through culture, and I'm glad to be able to present this to you for your consideration. Meditating on this video also attunes us to the ripples already spreading from this particular energy.
Though I seldom plug events, it reminds me that His Holiness is doing a week long set of classes in Pennsylvania this Summer. For those who want intensive instruction you may want to think of attending if tickets are still available. Having taken instruction from Him in many events over the years, I can promise you will be changed in fundamentally beneficial ways for the rest of this life and those to come.
What is Compassion? What does it look like?
It looks fearless
It looks kind
It looks courageous!
Thanks, Deborah. This is extraordinary.
