That's what my wife, cat, and I are after 10 days on the road! We made it in and out of Lalaland safely, got an amazing amount of clearing out done while connecting with loved ones, took one last look back and got to say goodbye, which of course is the theme of today's Full Moon ChristFest. Ah, sweet freedom!
It's truly the end of an era for me (and many others, if trends are to be extrapolated), and now it's what I call "the in betweens." The "in betweens" are where we get to reflect on endings that have just occurred, creating psychic space that will be filled sooner or later by the future-in-the-becoming, as Rudhyar put it.
In my case, and you may find it also true for you if the above describes your process, I also now must deal with a major confrontation with what's been happening in the present that determines some future trajectories. It seems to me that much is being set into motion by this Full Moon, for the near future as well as the next year, which portends many releases and liberations for all of us.
I'll close with letting you know I have a brother of 3 million years coming to town, am trying to catch up on everything that accumulated while I was letting go of the penultimate chapter of my SoCal life, and must now weed my garden. I also have a closet or two to clean out since I now also confront accumulations not dealt with in many year.
So I suppose this is to say that I may still be somewhat out of touch for the next few days while I sort out the complex feelings still resonating from saying goodbye as I took one last look back. Many of us are seeing such things, so take a little time, take a deep breath, step back from the white noise of echoes rapidly dying, and hold the emptiness so it may be filled appropriately, whether in a New York minute or a season.
Namaste, ya'll, on this truly momentous Christ Fest.

Robert, this post was spot on. I am in my office clearing out the old, even shredding old documents from my "former life", and all the while excitedly sensing new opportunities on the horizon. I wish you and your family all the best with your endeavors. Thank you for sharing all your insights. Blessings, Pepper

Hello Robert. We are so happy that you completed your karma with SOCAL and are back safely home. We had 13 people at our ceremony at Bear Butte tonight. It was very beautiful and sweet. Imagine if you will....the Planetary Elders gifting the human race with the incredible gift of wiping our slate clean for us. All the past karma, all the stupid mistakes, all the killings, hatreds, resentments, etc. The bankruptcy is finalized. The debt is forgiven. The weight has been lifted.
What a beautiful day tommorrow will bring. So full of promises. We can create our own future. Here locally all the bitterness between the red and white races begins to thaw. Bear Butte is recognized by everyone as a very sacred and special place, as are the entire Black Hills. No more beer cans will be thrown on it. We begin to build our bridges to the future. What beautiful aesthetics. Light, Love, and Power begins to restore the Plan on Earth. Mercury turns direct. The Solstice is upon us. The Blessing is poured forth.
"Namaste, ya'll, on this truly momentous Christ Fest."
Say hello to the man in the pith helmet.

As one kindred spirit to another, thanks for sharing. In the midst of letting go of a very full past, it is so helpful to hear that so many of us are doing the same thing. Clearing out, letting go and moving on. Jai Bhagwan to us all.

Robert, I had a an emotional breakthrough. Yup. I did it, I am finally taken it back, I took a crowbar to my heart and I am prying it open, I don't care anymore, I am not afraid of losing people anymore, I am not going to keep my heart shut so I can feel a bit of security. Its not worth it. I need to experience even if it might be getting some pain in exhange or making a sacrifice. It it time to let love in and open my heart up wide.
thats all for now that was my full moon emotional breakthrough

Robert, your wisdom and words lift me up, the wisdom you received and passing it on to us. It helps to have a glance on life from above. I am crying, I don't know why. You are my best friend in the whole world, because you take my hand and often corrected my imbalances with kind words. I am not unwise, but yet often off road and naive due to my extreme emotions at times. Just bought a piano and learning how to play. My teachers said I am a natural. want to play Chopin's Prelude 4. So beautiful. If you ever need anything, please let me know. I am your friend.

the angels seemed to have stopped
and so have our words
but we heave a sigh
to let it all out
oh sweet empty space
how i missed you
if it wasnt for you
I would never feel love
again...
we have been washed and rinsed
now its just the sun
who needs
to soak us dry

Diana, why did you say Scorpio eyes? Robert is Aries, Leo rising and Venus in Taurus! All like me! Maybe something I don't know?

Namaste everyone,
Thanks Robert so much for sharing this post. It is indeed how I feel at the moment. MOMENTOUS closings
with vistas of new space for new things, people, places and viewpoints. The last two years has been sort of purging via untangling via unveiling via personal facing of demons and so much more but on a recent visit with a holy woman from India .. I found my center again and I am able to see the vista of the coming days in a new light and I can breath I think for the first in a long time. Been put in the fire and made stronger and cooled through tears and the compassion of higher beings like a steel blade being forged in flame and water is how I feel.
I think its important at shifts like this to honor the cycles but not to move backwards in anyway ... the truth is you can never go home again. If you try then you maybe recreate the same issues for yourself in a superficial way but the next turning of the cycle will be infinately harder to navigate if you haven't done the growth, letting go and moving FORWARD now in this cycle. You said something in a previous article about this juncture finding some facing the abyss or something ?
And I believe your absolutely correct in your views
positive and negative of these current cycles.
It's nice to get affirmation from others that your riding a cycle of change in a positive way. I hope that everyone is doing the same.
Blessings to one and all
Namaste

I found the quote from your article that I was referring too ...
1) Mercury going stationary direct at 13 Gemini on June 19-20 shows that through September 24, 2008, we will have opportunities to reach a "climax of selfhood," an elevation of our social standing, and become a potential source of inspiration for others. Many will find fulfillment in performing some social function which generates prestige, mobilizing emotions in ways that challenge all to become greater than they were. Others will find a "ghastly sense of emptiness at the end of the quest."
Upon rereading this again I am blown away robert by this insight .. I realize now how really DEAD ON this is ..because I was with the Holy woman Sri Karunamayi during this exact time frame and INDEED
suddenly culminate and CHANGE EVERYTHING for me and mobilized my emotions in a much more fulfilling and
healthy viewpoint and direction saving me from the
overwhelming feeling of the ... * "ghastly sense of emptiness at the end of the quest." *
And further stepping into .....
"Rudhyar says it's a point of moving into new realms and successfully challenging fears and insecurities of the past "engraved upon the unconscious." From his "Astrological Mandala": Having achieved this liberation, one can bring to the environment the power generated by self-discipline, skill, and self confidence. One has become an at least potential SOURCE OF INSPIRATION.
So at the end of this retrograde period, we'll wind up with new forms of our individual artistry, refined skills and talents, and an expanded dimension of personal self-expression. It marks a time of achievements, unique to who we are and the talents we have cultivated. At best we can demonstrate a "creative assurance which contributes enduring overtones to human understanding."
W*O*W*!! ;)
2) With Saturn on the "Two Guardian Angels" degree, we should see physical and non-physical "angels" coming to our assistance, as well as inner powers manifest we may not have suspected we have. We should see the supply of all of our needs, one way or another, and the security resulting from our ability to find an effective fulfillment of our dreams.
This too .. caught my attention upon rereading it because it is the exact degree of my second house .. :)
I love it when you explain stuff !! LOL :)
Both quotes were from your article of
Mercury Retrograde in Gemini in May-June 2008, Part 1 - Integrating Our Intuitions Releasing Our Genius Adjusting Our Possibilities

THANKS SO MUCH

Hi Larissa..... Yes, Robert has a very interesting chart and I've been looking for it back in the archives... the 'Scorpio eyes' must be his Plutonian influence? Hope he's back with us before too long..... wonder how he will address the two million questions he's got waiting,lol.....

Hi Diana - I know. We are all waiting for our answers. I am so used to have him respond to all my concerns. It is really a magic, how he does it. Yes, must be that Pluto in his chart, I don't know. It is very interesting that he is Aries/sun, Leo/rising and Taurus/venus like me. Only my moon is in Scorpio.... Yep. what sign are you?
:-)

Diana and Larissa - maybe it's that Robert was born with Pluto in his first house?
