Mars activates and accelerates the pace of events in our lives. People currently going through dynamic activity, a hectic fast-paced period, or having the hardest time the last half of November are Geminis, Virgos, Sagittarians, and Pisceans born the end of May, August, November, and February. From December 1-27 this applies to the same signs born in June, September, December, and March. The last 4 days of 2008 this applies to Aries, Cancers, Libras, and Capricorns born the fourth weeks of March, June, September, and December. If you were born in these zones, focus on what constitutes responsible action, given these birth periods show more highly agitated energy than usual.
Mars tests us to get a grip on our energy and shows us how well we are demonstrating self-control or not. Mars is our "fight or flight" principle, and symbolizes what aggravates us, so if you are affected by its transit, beware of hasty action, argumentativeness, or impulsiveness.
A way to use what I post here is that if you know your chart, examine the Mars effect in light of planets you have in the signs that are conjunct, square, or opposed to/by Mars. Because this month and next it moves forward through all of Sagittarius and the first 3 degrees of Capricorn, that span is specifically activated.
For instance, if you have Mercury in a Mutable sign (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces) or early in a Cardinal sign (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn), examine the challenges relative to your mind, interpretations, or thinking patterns, as well as other planets influenced by Mercury. If you have Venus in a Mutable or early Cardinal sign, examine what is said in light of your likes and dislikes and other Venus-influenced areas in your chart.
If you have a Mutable or early Cardinal sign Mars, regard what is stated in the context of Mars-ruled affairs and activities. This shows an important shift in your Mars cycle, so heads up! You can also apply what follows regarding this month if you have an Ascendant (Rising sign) in a Mutable or the first few degrees of a Cardinal sign.
The last half of November, Virgos born in August are seeing the first emergence of something begun the first half of July 2008. The first half of December this applies to Virgos born the first half of September relative to something begun the last half of July or early August 2008. During the third and fourth weeks of December, to Virgos born the third week of September relative to what was begun around mid-August. This month shows a new life direction or the beginnings of new ways of expressing yourself, so get grounded, and remember that "as the roots, so the flowers." This applies the end of December to Libra people born in late September.
Effort now affects future success. Don't allow hassles or aggravations around the home or with family to put you off, and be a good communicator. You'll get new insights into how you view your early life and family situation. Just try not to get aggravated by neighbors and expect intense activity around the home.
Virgos need to be less abrupt in communicating, less aggressive or hassled by neighbors, being more balanced, fair, diplomatic and sincere. Avoid impulsive or blunt responses. Be open to alternative ways of understanding and communicating, as well as compassionate and far-sighted in your interactions. This affects Virgo's way of viewing their siblings, environment, neighbors, shared values and resources, and ways of dealing with loss and regeneration.
In the last half of November, Sagittarians born in November confront the end of a 2-year cycle, so begin anew with an eye to what culminated the first half of July of the cycle that began December 2006. The first half of December this applies to Sagittarians born the first two weeks of December relative to what began late December 2006 or early January 2007. During the third and fourth weeks of December, to Sagittarius people born the third week of December relative to what began January 2007.
This month speeds things up, so apply new skills and strengths, and face a future that's already underway. Quickly finish what you need to, realize an old way of life is over, and there is a need for new effort and directions. The last few days of December this applies to Capricorns born around the Winter Solstice (December 21-22), and they finish a cycle begun mid-January 2007. Since it continues to be a time of endings and beginnings, embrace the new, get ready for the pace to quicken, and try not to be too blunt, impulsive, abrasive, or leap before you look. (I know these are not Capricorn traits, but with Mars in your sign.....) Above all, stay organized in your actions, and find the right discipline to do whatever you have to.
This primarily affects all Sagittarians in the areas of children, creativity, self-expression, motive, and how to achieve closure from old self-undoing behaviors. It affects Capricorns in the areas of home, family, early life memories, goals, ambitions, friends, and group work. These are ending somehow, and a new two year pulse is opening up. Sag should take the initiative in ways that are optimistic, future oriented, showing humor and a wide vision of what's possible. Capricorns should show maturity, deliberation, and long range foresight. Both signs should let go of old futures and ways of doing things that don't work any more.
The last half of November fulfills an old cycle for Pisces born in late February. The first half of December this applies to Pisces born the first half of March, and the third and fourth weeks of December it applies to Pisces born the third week of March. This period is one of following through on what's culminating in your public or professional affairs. This cycle began for February Pisceans the first half of April 2007. For early March Pisces, this cycle began the last half of April 2007. For Pisces born in mid-March, this began the first half of May 2007.
Learn as much as you can, prepare, then be willing to take responsibility, since this is a very high profile time for you. In the last few days of December, it applies to Aries born the fourth week of March. For all Pisces and early Aries, it begins a phase of harvesting past labors preparing them for a new beginning between mid-March and the end of April 2009.
All Pisces and early Aries should follow through on what is culminating in their public and professional sector, take responsibility, do their duties, and remember others are observing them. Pisces should learn how to be more adaptable, communicative, discriminating, detail oriented, and take care of health matters. This primarily affects Pisces in the areas of money and other resources, values and how they use what they have, as well as their philosophy, higher mind, view of the future, and long journeys.
At the end of December 2008 and into January 2009, March Aries should learn how to be more balanced, fair, just, idealistic, sensitive, caring, and home and family oriented. This will primarily affect Aries in the areas of self image, their bodies, their magnetism, and how they deal with shared values and resources, loss and opportunities to regenerate, and their legacy.
During the last half of November, Geminis born in late May are tested not to get aggravated, sidestep oppositional people, and decrease agitation or impulsiveness. This period is an opportunity to correct things that began August 2007. The first half of December 2008, this applies to Geminis born the first half of June, and they can correct things begun late August or early September 2007.
The third and fourth weeks of December this applies to Geminis born the third week of June, and applies to the cycle begun September 2007 that got put on hold, revised, reworked, or just slowed down from mid-November 2007 through late January 2008, when the cycle again moved forward. The last few days of December, this applies to Cancers born in late June, whose cycle began October 2007, reversed course in November 2007, and finally resumed forward motion in March 2008.
Geminis (and early Cancers in late December) are moving through a period of tensions in relationships, and have had to shift in how they regard their health, work, or how to serve your world. If this applies to you, detach from relationship dramas that scatter you. Avoid unnecessary confrontations and don’t get hassled by impulsive, abrasive, aggressive or argumentative people.
For Geminis and Cancers in a relationship, it's an intense time for your partner. This is opening new doors of perceiving and acting with others where you are an equal rather than a follower or reactor to them. For Geminis, areas coming to surface include new ways of relating to goals, ambitions, friendships, work, health, and service, as well as those in your service. The end of December, areas coming to surface for Cancers include new ways of relating to profession, public standing, self expression, children, and creativity.
Geminis and Cancers should embrace new ways of relating to others, since this time is a breakthrough in your way of being in relationships, and allow others to take the initiative in new ways of expressing themselves. Geminis need discrimination, practicality, attention to details, compassion, and closure rituals that show your willingness to take responsibility for what is surfacing that will fulfill itself between mid-March and late April 2009. Cancers born in late June need balance, grace, fairness, idealism, self-reliance and self-sufficiency, and taking the initiative in late December and early January. What surfaces then will fulfill itself in late April and early May 2009
The quincunx effect significantly influences 1-11 degrees of Taurus and Cancer the last half of November 2008, 12-16 degrees of Taurus and Cancer the first week of December, 17-21 degrees of Taurus and Cancer the second week of December, 22-27 degrees of Taurus and Cancer the third week of December, 28-30 degrees of Taurus and Cancer the fourth week of December, and 1-4 degrees of Gemini and Leo the last few days of December. Quincunxes are associated with physical, emotional, or mental health issues requiring sacrifices and adjustments.
Thus the last half of November most impacts Taurus born the end of April and beginning of May, and Cancers born the end of June and first days of July. The first half of December most affects Tauruses born the first two weeks of May and Cancers born the first two weeks of July. The third and fourth weeks of December 2008 most impacts Tauruses born the third week of May and Cancers born the third week of July. The end of December most impacts Geminis born in late May and Leos born in late July.
Through the quincunxes, Tauruses and Geminis will have sacrifices and adjustments in the areas of loss, regeneration, shared values and wealth. This will help Taurus learn balanced adjustment, multiple ways of viewing what is and is not fair, and a new view of how society views ideals. They will also learn what they do and do not care about, and who or what is or is not providing the nurture they need.
Geminis will have sacrifices in the same areas, helping them learn what to eliminate from their lives on every level, as well as a more noble and heartfelt way of viewing and communicating in their lives. Both signs will learn how to get their magnetism and desires straightened out and eliminate that which cannot be carried into a future already taking shape.
Cancers and Leos will have sacrifices and adjustments in the areas of work, health, and those they do service for or who do service for them. This will prepare them to deal with those who serve them, or those they serve in the realm of what needs to be done, from a balanced perspective. A new work rhythm is indicated.
Cancers will learn a greater vision of larger service, a more dispassionate way of relating to friends, and a greater stability and ability to enjoy life's simple pleasures. Leos will learn a greater discrimination and attention to specifics, a more effective work ethic, as well as adaptability and ways of holding paradox without getting frustrated.
The last half of November, Libras born the second and third weeks of October, as well as Capricorns born the second and third weeks of January, are extraordinarily affected by the Mars semisquare to their Suns. The first half of December 2008 the semisquare primarily affects Libras born the third week of October and Scorpios born in late October as well as Capricorns born the third week of January and Aquarians born January 20-25. The last half of December 2008 the semisquare primarily affects Scorpios born in late October and the first 10 days of November, as well as Aquarians born the last week of January and the first week of February.
The semisquare is a 45 degree aspect indicating internal crises of direction, or a sense that something is beginning to open (or close) with decisions to be made. They show important factors regarding things that are emerging or ending, and offer information about hidden or unconscious influences at work.
For Libra and Scorpio birthdays mentioned above, new developments and challenges in the cycle that began mid-September through late October 2008 don't have to be a problem if you become more open, optimistic, and take a future oriented larger view of your values and relationship to things and money.
Capricorn and Aquarius people with birthdays mentioned above need to end some things they began in February or March 2007, so capture the harvest and close out what you need to without getting aggravated at friends or the goals that you couldn't fulfill. If this applies to you, you're entering a fallow period where you'll need to do closure rituals, preparing for a new cycle to come starting mid-January through mid-February 2009. This period is directly related to the process of ending some activities and seeing them in the broader context of your life story as a "hero's journey."
For Libras, lessons you're learning concern your partnerships, opportunities, resources, and values. For Scorpios, they concern your self image, way of relating to your physical body and sense of distinctiveness, as well as ways of adjusting to work and health circumstances, as well as those in your employ.
For Capricorns, lessons you're learning put a spotlight on your home and family, friendships, goals and ambitions. For Aquarians, the focus is on your communication style, environment, siblings, short journeys, public standing, and profession.
As I've explained in the past, sometimes Mars' influence extends far beyond whatever is going on in the sky. Notably, the Mars article from November 2006 offers an insight into why things have changed as they have these past 2 years. Mars played a major part in the eclipses of 2006-2007, and triggered many events leading us all to opportunities where we "escaped from a narrow destiny" and are STILL going through experiences related to that. It recently completed an entire cycle set into motion since then. As I wrote a while ago:
Since the Mars degree of the recent September 2006 Lunar Eclipse is highly active and was also the exact degree of the Solar Eclipse take note of what is liberating you from a previously "narrow destiny" and hear the call that can help you joyously rise to some larger occasion. Here's an article about the September 2006 Solar Eclipse in terms of its general meaning and effect, while in this article you can find out what it means for each sign specifically. December 2006 and January 2007 mark turning points in the liberation process.
Signposts of future developments connected with 30 Virgo presented themselves in late March-early April 2007, with important points occurring the second and last weeks of May 2007 and September 2007. Even more definitive developments happened between December 2007 and early April 2008.
June through November 2008 we've been experiencing Pluto exactly square the Mars eclipse degree, Saturn conjuncts the point April 2009 and April through July 2010 opposed by Uranus April 2010 through March 2011, setting up some fairly volatile developments. Escaping from a "narrow destiny" may be destabilizing, but it's also guaranteed to put you and your Dharma on track and remind you that life on Earth is one of endless change.
More from the 2006 Eclipse article:
In December, Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter all conjuncted... Wherever we have Aries, Gemini, Virgo, Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Pisces energies, they were fused and renewed in whatever house we have early Sagittarius... a very important area of major focus and attention in the next two years for us. I hope you enjoyed December and January since the wild ride accelerated toward a more amazing vision, freedom, and group involvement than we've known in a long time. Welcome to February through June 2007, the edge of dynamic change!
Mars conjuncted Saturn in early Virgo in July 2008, setting into motion a whole new 2+ year cycle of responsibilities, duties, limitations, and Dharma related actions in our lives. We'll all get to learn discernment and precision in action, and now are challenged to practice a new ideal of expression. Since then we found a new "perfect form" of self expression, with opportunities to move many things forward with grace, style, and balance helping us achieve focus from mid-October through mid-November when Mars occupied Scorpio. It's now in Sag, opening new possibilities and preparing us for multiple transits through the Sagittarius sector of the Grand Irrationality beginning mid-December.
Points of recent importance fell in late July when Mars entered the Virgo zone of The Grand Irrationality, setting that major configuration into action and bringing us all to another set of "forks in the road of destiny." This activated the long term lessons we began to learn and responsibilities we began to embrace when Saturn entered that same Virgo zone beginning late September where it will be for many months to come. The next point the Grand Irrationality was activated by Mars was when it moved through the Scorpio zone in mid-October, again triggering choices as we all confronted an "intersection of fate and free will" at a "fork in the road of destiny."
I'll be writing more about that in December, but if you want to know more about The Grand Irrationality, please go to Spiritual Astrology in November-December 2008 Pt. 2 - The Grand Irrationality and When It Will Be Set Into Motion.
So in November and December, be clear about the new possible futures appearing in your life, find a more open way to embrace life's adventure, and go for the hope that what's coming will be more freeing than what's bound us in the past. We're now launched into a new world that is fairly irrational, with major obsessive-compulsive behaviors dominating affairs. Things won't make much sense, but they don't have to.
The larger tensions and polarizations are shown by the on-going Saturn opposition Uranus, so try to find the highest way to deal with the polarizations this indicates. There are great promises that will be set into motion by late December, offering greater possibilities of effective action that we'll have to implement in January 2009.
Keep enjoying the final manifestations of the major Earth trine dominating this period, since we're now launched into a process of self-transcendence that will lead us into new responsibilities, new work, new service, and new long term standards we'll be upholding for those who follow. Remember also that where the Mars conjunct Saturn at 6 Virgo fell in your chart revealed where important parts of your life got fused by your willingness to take on a greater responsibility and maturity in taking care of needed business to fulfill your higher destiny.

Dear Robert,
Thank you again for all of this wisdom. I was so busy with work (and you surely have predicted it for me, when nothing was happening) that time flew by so fast. I just wanted to tell you how right you were when you wrote those lines for me in june 2007. I am surely living differently these days, working hard and thanking the above for it. I hope now that some of my feelings of loneliness will dissipate a little, as I making new friends along the way.
I wish you all the best for the year to come. Thank you again for being there for us Robert; you are a ray of light.

Like Alessandra, I'm a grateful beneficiary of Robert's sage observations of the movement of the universe, and have his chart interpretation for the period just approaching that will hopefully be life changing for me, too, though I see that the greater forces will be this mars transit over my 12th and first houses as discussed in the above report. I'm geared up to ACT on this opportunity, and can't wait to prove Robert right for the nth time :)

Wondering about Scorpios born mid-November (the 13th)?
Posted by: Alexandra | November 21, 2008 at 04:51 AM
Robert,
Help!!! Im also wondering about mid-Novemebr scorps.....Im in a storm, and Im not sure
Im moving forward or backward....my birthday on the 15th was the square to the August
Eclipse...at 24 Aquarius which was conjuct my kiron....in the 5th...wounds of speaking..
boy have I been dealing with past passive-aggressive issues, but I seem to be inflaming
those around me, who are still that way...and it is very tense. In my home environment
and work...I seem to have taken the bull by the horns...but IM questioning myself
once again,...I realized last night that I have in the past "spoke my truth", but
that inner struggle ensues...and the people pleaser, comes out and apologizes...or
I am either to abrupt when I do speak....I have Pluto/conjunct Venus in the 4th
house in my solar return this year...so I know there are foundational (finally)
shifts going on....Im fighting old tendencies tho, to want to keep the peace..
and new communication tedencies that won,t let me, and Im trying to shed that skin
before my deadline of a roof over my head runs out...end of the year.
Inner turmoil...maybe I should be grateful, as "Warrior I am, from the battle I
emerge triumphant".....my sensitivities are becoming much stronger, my intuition,
inner voice....etc...still having issues with talking too much, argueing with others...
deeply ingrained...
I hope this ends soon...

Dear Robert,
Lots of good advice for me but I gotta tell you, as a June 29 Cancer, much of what you told me to expect a little later has been happening to me for afew weeks already. Maybe it's because of my natal Mars in 0 deg. 56 min. Cap(Rx)... as well as my progressed Mars conjoining his natal place, double whammy Mars return! And Pluto too! Aaack! I won't even begin to tell you the stress I'm having, from all directions. (except my love life. I don't have a love life right now. Bummer.) Talk about getting a grip.
I'm a big girl and I tell myself, seen it all before. I want to meditate but can't make the time somehow. It was bumpy last Dec. too, probably because of Pluto. Just thought I'd tell you I'm a perfect example of the Mars transit. I usually welcome Mars returns. I'm excited and full of energy. This time, well, it's a bit much. Hopefully good things will come of it all.
Sit loose in the saddle of fate, as Grant Lewi said once... :)

Robert,
Well I got through yesterday...and I realized somthing...I have had many, many expierences
lately about saying No, and holding a boundary, and at the same time learning to express
my feelings, truthfully. 3-4 of those were going on yesterday, and the end result
I found amazing. I said No, expressed myself truthfully, and it feels like "walls"
are breaking down. It feels like, since I have not held good boundaries, I have been
"closed" and unable to feel, be nice etc. Yesterday after the crisis, I was amazed
as I felt "free", I was warm, kind, charasmatic....and I understand that you cannot
be nice, kind etc...when you are protecting yourself from others, because you are not
strong enough to face them. Dream last night showed me now I have to work on presentation
of truth/expression.....
...and the journey continues...

Robert,
the semi-square you mention above doesn,t cover my birthday, but does my acsendent, at 14 Libra, and
after the last 2 days,of intense inner emotional conflict, that caused me to bring up those
behaviors that have been hidden, playing them out with others, helping me to see/feel them
and be able to conciously decide to "delete/control" them....
...and the battle continues...
Posted by: Wild Horse Running | November 23, 2008 at 08:07 AM
yeah, the battle continues... on top of everything until now, I broke a tooth on Sun. Now I have to get a crown. $$$. Hooboy, Mars. I feel like the biblical Job. Keep smiling and have faith.... :)

Hi alessandra - Thanks for checking in and confirming what I offered you. Your feelings of loneliness will end as you move into greeting the future and staying open and alert to allies and potential friends, as well as those stable relationships of the past that are sustaining you. And of course, you're welcome, and your good wishes for the future are most welcome. Light is my life angel.
Hi Pleiades - With what's happening, I wouldn't be surprised if quite a few who are ready, willing, and able to embrace a new life using new skills are catapulted into much more exciting times. May you find yourself acting in ways that bring you freedom, safety, love, peace, abundance, health, and community.
Hi Alexandra - You already had Mars transit your Sun not long ago, which is when you began a new cycle. Of some importance is when Mars crossed or will cross your Mercury and Venus. Your life takes a fairly large turn in early March preparing you for new ways of life beginning late April.
Hi WHR - So your Light is the anchor to the eclipse energies, and you need to display positive Taurus qualities. Perhaps there is a way to speak softly but firmly, with simple practicality that doesn't allow for challenge. Venus/Pluto in SR 4th definitely shows purifications of old Venusian related natal stuff in circumstances that involve family issues. Sometimes the only way to keep the peace is a measure of inner or outer distance between us and disputatious individuals. I'm sure you will find a shelter from the storm given the transits through your Solar 2nd. Practice willing detachment from sensations that create disturbance. Self control is good for Being at peace with the process, since no one ever became a true Master without learning how to transcend outer irritations. Your second post seems to indicate that you know how to demonstrate the Taurus quality of saying no, smiling, and just not going where you don't need to go. The presentation refines itself in circumstances showing us what we like, and how to expressing that "liking-ness." Your Asc shows that you're here to find the moderate balance in all self-image challenges, and learn how and when to pull back to smooth things out in your physical vehicle. You're now able to use what you have more effectively, and the sextiles and quintiles should be very good for you.
Hi Valerie - Sorry to hear about the tooth. As one who has been dealing with teeth issues my entire life, sometimes genetics trumps circumstances, other times we are forced to deal with things we don't want to but have to. It's not random, and it's fair to say that while we didn't "create" the situation per se we must learn how to respond as best we can. Different planets serve as different triggers, so some of what is promised down the road by one planet is activated "before the beginning" by other planetary transits. Yes, you may consider your Mars officially stimulated! As the inner planets roll over the Mars, you'll definitely be thrown into a swirl of future oriented activity. Perhaps you're learning a different form of meditation that the sitting still type. I suspect very good things are on the way, and you're a bit like a race horse who anticipates the starting bell while waiting in the gate.
Posted by: Robert | November 29, 2008 at 08:55 AM
Gee thank you very much, that is encouraging. And I do feel a bit like the racehorse- funny you should say it, I was born in the year of the Horse (wood).
Namaste............ :)
Posted by: Valerie | November 29, 2008 at 03:29 PM
Robert,
Thank you, much has transpired since I last wrote...the ability to speak in measured ways
is manifesting, and not let outer irritations "instigate"/affect my ability to determine
my behavior. Im "noticing-observing" the tones in peoples voices, their possible objective's..
I must be getting out of my own way...and tapping into others energies? Whatever is happening
it is very nice, I feel much more in control of myself.
I noticed that the Feb Lunar eclipse, falls ontop of my Uranus at 21 Leo/in my 11th house.....I have had
dreams of major/sudden quick changes...I have been feeling/observing changes going on within
since my birthday on the 15th Nov...Full Moon return, Im getting new insights almost daily, and new
strengths/abilities are appearing.
....others have commented, and dreams have
shown a 30 day "transistion period"....(dream that- "I was "getting out of the Marine Corp, but might have to
extend 30 days untill I have enough money to go "Home"...does the Full Moon of Gemini hold any "outer changes" or
is it the Eclipse, that is going to launch major changes....dreams keep showing me on a bus
(groups) which is the 11th where my uranus sits. And also that date of 30 April that keeps popping up
in dreams, of a new "teaching job".....
namaste...

Hi Robert. Once again, I am left in awe of your beautiful, insightful writings. Thank you for sharing them.
A third-week Libran, I've recently gone through a couple of major transitions. First, I married a warm-hearted Virgo (!!!). :: Smile :: Second, my income has increased to a very comfortable level (quite unexpectedly, too). And third, I think that I am on my way to finalizing a couple of major creative projects.
Everything you've indicated above about Librans in the second-half of November rings quite true. All I can say is... it's about time!
Please keep the good news coming... Blessings to you and yours!

Hola Amigo,
Your response from my last couple of letters brought much to the surface. Much
of what you described is happening...I am distancing from my family,or they have walked
away, as they can,t comprehend my path of the last 3 years, but in the distancing if
I do talk to them, I am seeing more and more of old patterns. I had a healer work on
me when I lived in the Southwest (Sedona- in dreams,it is "home") and she told me, I
had incarnated in this life as a female, to balance...as I had "mastered" male in past
incarnations,....hence the Libra ascendent? My numerology "hearts desire" mumber is 22...
"the Master-builder". Last nights dream indicated self-worth issues, how I have pushed
away good things, relationships, help, abundance etc...and it seemed to be showing me I was in fear of
being "controlled"...is this another of that independent Aries SN 6th house(past) archtype I must
"balance"....and adopt the "feminine"?
I also asked yesterday about April...last night also showed a tremendous new opportunity to
begin in April..and I almost turned it down...again about control...and even deeper "do I deserve
it"...somewhere deep within are issues of "lack", associated with my father....
Thanks, your responses "open up" locked doors...
Still truckin....

Hi Valerie - You are very high spirited and definitely ungovernable! ;-) (At least according to the Chinese tradition) Enjoy the benefits of Saturn and Jupiter doing good things for your Saturn. Namaskarams to you as well.
Hi WHR - Glad what I say can unlock doors, since you're definitely on a major life passage. As you learn detachment and dispassion, you'll do better and better. Self control definitely feels great once we recognize just how much power we have NOT to allow externals to bug us. As an ex and present warrior, perhaps teaching involves helping the thousands of troubled ones returning from senseless combat, senseless rapes and violence done by us to us and others, and the insanity of modern warfare. Very troubling to a Soul, and many got in thinking they were going to get a college education when all they got was the meatgrinder. While they might not listen to many, they'll listen to you. And if not that population, then another who needs your strength, clarity, courage, dedication, and willingness to persevere to do whatever it takes to kill ghosts of the past that only haunt the mind while offering nothing to the Soul.
Hi Warrior Lady - Sounds like your transitions are great! May it also be so for all sentient beings. It seems as though that those who have prepared, trained, and have been willing to do whatever was needed now find themselves on the threshold of a dream. Truly blessings to us all. There are very good things in motion.
Posted by: Robert | December 02, 2008 at 03:25 PM
well...once again your response brings up "clues" from dreams...
about "expectations of how things are suppossed to be"....
and the expierences I have had to go through to break through
the "attachment to past mindsets"..."you can,t always get what you
want...but you get what you need"

Thanks Robert! Just got this. Things feel kind of trepidatious right now but still weirdly positive, so while my intuition is saying, it's going to be okay, I'm not sure right now if its best to trust it. Lots of uncertainties and potentials, but no answers forthcoming.
