RIP Eartha Kitt

The elegant and classy Catwoman just died at 81. Saturn is exactly opposed and Uranus conjunct her Moon, Sun is on her Mars, and Jupiter on her PF. "Santa baby" must have given her what she wanted.... (Update on Michael Jackson rumors below the fold.)

UPDATE: Germaine Jackson's attorney sez he knows nothing about Michael's health, but my original source was NOT said attorney. However, everything in shew biz is prone to exaggeration and disinformation, so it could be that said source is a publicity plant for MJ, or has a separate agenda, not that most really care. Take the original news with a grain of proverbial salt, unless you really care about MJ...

In a bizarre coincidence, it was announced that Virgo Michael Jackson (who also has Moon in Pisces) is reported to be dying of multiple health problems. While it's still not confirmed, he has the Saturn opposition Uranus both square his Saturn at 20 Sag with Jupiter square his Jupiter and quincunx his Mercury in Leo with Neptune square his Mars in Taurus.

Wow! Michael Jackson? That wouldn't surprise me... he is a troubled soul. Well, I can say I saw it here first!

Hmmmm...This year I am strongly haunted by then ghost of christmas 6 years ago.After a fair few guinness as is tradition in the emerald isle, I went home and told my mother that I loved her, despite years of rows. Not so strange then but she decided on Christmas eve to check into hospital to sort out her ongoing depression and prescription drug abuse. These words were powerful enough to help her and boy am I glad I said them because she never made it home. She died of organ failure by February. We never know what's around the corner or rather sometimes we can see it but it's not so clear until much later.
My mum and Earths will be getting along well...what characters!!

Wow, I had no idea Eartha died until I came in here today ... Many blessings to her ..she was a WONDERFUL actress.

P.S. I have to add also .. it's interesting that you post a blurb about Saturn opposite Uranus .. I am reading a bunch of stuff by Liz Greene right now and she goes in depth about the sympatico or synchronicities of the gods and goddesses as energies in people's chart and in ego conciousness that these don't go away if thier ignored they usually rebel and erupt at various different points that it is the ego conciousnesses job to mature and learn to mediate between when necessary or one becomes an unconcious slave to thier energies not unlike psychopaths and so on and one of the strongest conflicts is Saturn opposite Uranus ( besides pluto that is )when it triggers other planets in a persons natal chart .. I have natally Uranus opposite Saturn with Hera and Pluto conjunct my Uranus. Oppositional energies are tough and even tougher when they get trigger by bigger, badder transits ... anyways just some thoughts .. hope all is well with everyone and that you all had a wonderful Holiday .. and may angels carry Eartha to her next best bigger GIG :)

Hi Valerie - Well, the MJ thang might be a PR stunt, so.... and is it a surprise that he's living a dream world, given his childhood?

Hi Marie - Now you know the true value of saying and doing what we must when it's time, so that we don't regret being "too late" in saying and doing what we know we should. A "fair few guinness" in the beautiful emerald isle sounds like some kind of enlightening experience! This is also my time of the year when I remember and honor my dead relations.

Hi Melody - All the planets represent ways we ARE of relating to that which is within us and without us. Many things erupt due to internal-external "causes" which precipitate our choices that create our character. And yes, may Eartha be doing her Thang right now in Eternity Cafe!
