The Full Moon happens today, March 10, at 10:38 pm EDT, occurring at 21 degrees of Virgo and Pisces. This is the last Full Moon of the old year cycle, and clearly indicates a revolutionary two weeks is ahead of us, with unexpected or unusual developments mirroring the Sun conjunct Uranus opposed by Moon conjunct Saturn.

From news sources we find that China is "tightening security" in Tibet to muzzle free speech and gatherings marking the 50th anniversary of the original resistance to the brutal Chinese invasion that forced the Dalai Lama to flee Tibet. His Holiness has made some very frank remarks lately, given his compassion and restraint over the decades. It seems that he really is annoyed, (even if it is an impermanent condition.)
