We have had several important eclipses in the recent past, all of which will have an influence on our lives, as well as the world at large, over the next few months and years. In this age of short attention spans, let's take a new look at what's up.
We've had very important Lunar and Solar Eclipses in recent months. In fact, we had three within the past few weeks, said to portend major events in our world. The fact that the Lunar Eclipse in Cancer-Capricorn in July was weak may or may not be of import, but the recent Cancer Solar Eclipse was the longest one in centuries, and the Lunar Eclipse of Leo-Aquarius will be very strong the next 3 months.
So I thought I'd give you a one stop shop to review the Lunar eclipses of 2009 that are still in maximum effect for the next few months, as well as the very powerful Solar Eclipses that will manifest different effects along parallel time lines for the next 3+ years.
If you're interested in knowing more (or remembering what you've already read) about the multiple major influences occurring right now, please revisit

An eclipse is an astronomical event that occurs when one celestial object moves into the shadow of another. When an eclipse occurs within a stellar system, such as the Solar System, it forms a type of syzygy—the alignment of three or more celestial bodies in the same gravitational system along a straight line.

Hi Micheline - I hear we can run but can't hide.... so I suppose that we say goodbye to what is already fading into the rear view mirror while hanging out in eternity with our sangha.
Hi Vedic Astrology - You should have checked before posting stuff on multiple comment streams, some of which was irrelevant. I kept this one since at least it's marginally informative.
