Due to on-going stressful aspects in the collective field, it's important to focus on what we can do to maintain optimism and productive momentum during this time.
Today we're going to re-examine two very important articles that address issues of negative mental states, unfortunate karma or "luck," and what is available for us to use for ours and others' benefit as we navigate the tides and waves of life. You will find many gems to consider and use to make your mind, feelings, and life into more positive states of Being-ness than you may have imagined before now.

This is a great site that you have here. I've always been interested in astrology. I have a paranormal site myself and I would like to exchange links with you. Let me know if this is possible.

Hi Robert,
I recently found out that my Progressed Sun was conjunct the solar eclipse at 28 Cancer in my P 9th house and Natal 10th house. This eclipse was also in conjunction with my Composite Venus at 28 Cancer in the 1st House. Can you tell what this could mean?
Thank you! I Love your site :)

Hi Jason - Sure. Email me.
Hi Amanda - Best not to muddy the waters with prog houses. Your ongoing illumination involving something from your past you display publicly will be shut down. Within a few years you'll get a huge burst of creative self expression. As for composites, you weren't clear whether it's in the natal first or composite first.

Hi Robert, it's the Composite first.
Well, I asked this question awhile ago, so I have already experienced the aftermath of the eclipse in relation to the composite. We recently had a new beginning and I'm having new and deep feelings about this person which are just now manifesting into my psyche.
Thanks for replying darling!

How to overcome bad mental states such as bad dreams hopelessness meaninglessness. anger etc. What techniques?

Hi Paul - Well, I thought I had offered many things (through the links) that we can try as possible mental antidotes to apply over time to ease individual suffering. Some things are chemical, in which case diet and Spiritual practices can help. These also are good for emotional stability and mental equilibrium. There are many forms of meditation, dietary modification, self-awareness and self-discipline, and other practices that could prove very good for you. Definitely the "generation of Bodhichitta" or positive intention followed by disciplined and organized follow-through will yield some very beneficial effects. We can program the mind to stop bad dreams by learning about subconsciousness. We can find hope through disciplined thought forms to antidote hopelessness. Meaninglessness is an illusion, since we create meaning by our intention. I've addressed anger in many ways here. Definitely mostly useless unless directed toward a righteous cause. There are concrete antidotes for this usually useless misdirection of energy, but that's beyond this comment stream.
