We have now entered several weeks where Mars will be the nozzle for two triseptiles to Neptune and Pluto. This is the point of focus we've all been waiting for since October 2009, and promises that the next few weeks will mark a major fork in the road of destiny for millions.
Pluto is 5 and 6 Capricorn during this period, Neptune is 27 and 28 Aquarius, and Mars will occupy 1, 2, or 3 degrees of Leo between now and the beginning of April. Thus Mars focuses the Neptune septile Pluto energies through the combustion of early Leo, promising a breakout for many wherever early Leo falls in our birth chart.
The other sensitive zones when this will be triggered are 18-19 Aries, 9-10 Gemini, 23-24 Virgo, and 14-15 Scorpio. I elaborated on this time period in two articles you will want to visit when you're done here. The first, Spiritual Astrology in December 2009 and January-February 2010 part 1 - The Grand Irrationality and Forks in the Road for All Signs - An Overview, offers a look at the qualities of the Grand Irrationality (along with links to other articles on this years-long phenomenon), and how this period was set up at various critical points in 2009.
The second, Spiritual Astrology in December 2009 and January-February 2010 part 2 - The Grand Irrationality and When It Will Be Set Into Motion For Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, and Pisces, addresses the specific times when the Moon will be triggering this configuration, setting choices and changes into motion as we hit various "forks in the road of destiny" wherever this configuration is being set off. I'll be composing the Spiritual Astrology articles for March and April in the near future.
So those with birthdays in late December, mid-February, the second week of April, the end of May, the fourth week of July, mid-September, and the end of the first week of November are most affected on a constant basis the next few weeks.
Others who are sure to find "destiny in motion" are those born between mid-1937 and mid-1940, 2/41-7/41, 7-8/42, 11-12/42, 3-4/43, 5/44-7/44, 12/44-4/45, 9/50, 11/54, 6/55-8/56, 3-4/57, 2-6/59, 11-12/59, 12/61-3/62, 10/62-10/63, 2-3/64, 6-12/64, 10/66-9/69, 5-6/72, 9/75-1/76, 5-7/76, 11/77-10/78, 10-11/79, 2-3/80, 7-8/80, 12/83-5/84, 9-10/84, 2-5/85, 11/85-1/87, 7/87-4/88, 12/88-6/89, 11/89-1/90, and 5-11/90. All these groups have their natal Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and/or Pluto in a hot zone.
So it would seem that the entire world is on the edge of change the next few weeks, with the future in our hands. Some things are about to explode, and the roll of the dice of destiny is about to show its unpredictable nature.
If things seem strange, crazy, out of control, or fraught with possibilities, they are. The next few weeks are a cosmic moment of decision for millions. Choose wisely.

I've just read your last article about Pisces and was struck by how relevent that was for me. The death of my mum last month has led to a lot of the grief caused by our difficult relationship in my childhood being healed. Through a change of perception I'm now able to be grateful, really grateful, for what we did have, not angry or disappointed about what we didn't.
Now just as I'm feeling as though I've been freed from old perspectives, feeing new and ready for something new, you tell me that due to my birth date I'm going to find my 'destiny in motion'in the next few weeks. That is so good to hear.
I've worked hard for a long time to gain more conscious awareness and your articles have often helped me gain new understanding and perspectives, and I loved your line in the last article about how as long as we continue to want to grow we can always find new potential in ourselves. It's what makes life such an adventure.
Thank you.

Hi Robert, Thanks for this article. Gives light on the future as usual. "Some things are about to explode, and the roll of the dice of destiny is about to show its unpredictable nature" -- this statement raises lots of thoughts. Would be nice, if the outcome is good. Already going through enough and am waiting for a good breakthrough. Besides, I have Saturn around 1'25" Leo and it remotely conjuncts my MC. Does this have any significance on Mars going direct around that degree ?
Sharing in this forum makes me feel lighter and thanks for that!!

Hi Robert...and cantina patrons...
a thought today.....as above so below...as within, so without...
or whatever tape unconcoiusly spins over and over in my head...is what I put out too others.
the inner critic...if I am critical of myself...I find fault with others...
...if I am kind and positive with myself...then I am kind and positive with others...
and at this fork in the road, it is necessary for me to fly this plane...
and take it off of auto-pilot...
Posted by: wild horse running | February 23, 2010 at 06:49 AM
yeah, with me, all of the above, especially inside my head. I feel like i'm nuts. i'm on automatic pilot but for the most part, enjoying the ride. :)

Hi Robert, Yes, thank you for everything. Well, what else did we expect? Life is hard and it always has been. I find it surprising when so many folks expect otherwise. Count your blessings folks, believe me, you've got 'em... and if you didn't know that you do, and you truly feel that life is all suffering, well, welcome to the world, where everyone feels unloved. This is it, this is our world, and we need to make this world a better place! Stop expecting something, and give something real to the world. Visit an old peoples home, get a foster kid, become a big brother, volunteer at a children's hospice; you'll get what you give. It's time for all of us to wake up! Good luck everyone!

I love a good fork in the destination path and am glad to see Mars entering my 4th, and the potential breakout of selling my home. Against all odds in the economny. Neptune trines m'Uranus so I am tuned-in and responsive to change. As usual, I adore you for your research and wisdom! Abrazos...

Dear Robert,
I love your good work. Being in this time and place is wild and wooly for us all. And for those of us who seek illumination and conscious awareness in the midst of chaos, your words are like guide posts...pointing towards the direction of higher understanding.
Much Love and Light to you, kind teacher.

The articles on Pisces-Ending Memories and now this one on the Triseptile energy together certainly give us much food for thought. I am focused on participating in the intention that good things will come in the end for all humanity after this period of intense transition. No doubt it is difficult to stay centered right now. It is helping me to remember that there are Wise Ones behind the scenes that are doing everything they can to steer humanity in the right direction. Still, as Col. Olcott wrote over 100 years ago, the Masters will never interfere directly in our lives and "reduce us to puppets." It truly is up to each of us to choose wisely. That is our karma and our dharma. But if we sit quietly and ask for their guidance, they are always ready to assist. Thanks again, Robert, for your consistency and steadfastness in this sea of change. Aum Tat Sat.

Realignments in each moment, seeming 'losses' after every breath, and developments that leave even those of us that are well accustomed to the ever changing nature of our existence scrambling to maintain our grace and center..and still, we hold as steady as is possible and put one foot in front of the other and continue to move toward the hope(promise?)of a way of Being and doing beyond anything we ever previously conceived.
Such courage and strength witnessed in many while others move even more deeply into victim and survival consciousness. Yet to categorize any 'one' as being of either category now more than ever seems unwise for we now see how great and small things can shift in the blink of an eye.
Many thanks to you Robert and All within this remarkable community. I am ever thankful to have this space to visit to affirm that indeed what I experience and see is not SO unique as to place me into a category of 'crazy'. :)
Blessings to All, Kachina

Good post Robert. I see this Mars in Leo Triseptile Neptune and Pluto as a prelude to the inclinations of this years Cardinal Crisis transits.
The choices being made from now to early July 2010 will determine in large part how people react to the strong transits of July, August, and September this year.
We know that those transits are unfavorable, and the trends at this time lead into reactionary responses to the energies that are now building up.
Because the transits are involve transpersonal planets, the larger-scale forces impacting on the lives of people will be released powerfully this year and call for great amounts of tolerance, patience, and calm; however, I am not expecting that to be seen for the most part for much of the globe.
Those who will make the most significant progress are those people who are focused on the future, and inclined by the use of their own transits to make change within themselves to counter the unfavorable inclinations of Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.
By cultivating cheerfulness, a realistic, but also proactive attitude, and taking care not to fall under the influences of impulse and reactionary sentiments, much progress can be made in the transitional year of 2010.

10-11/79's in the "destiny in motion" category, huh?
Super. I'll get the champagne chilled and ready :).

Cap Sun at 6 and Cap Moon at 29. I think I'll eat my Wheaties...
Thank you Robert!

I do think it is worth considering that transiting Pluto was in Capricorn the last time when the United States was created as a political entity.
Also, check out what was going on the last time Uranus was in Pisces....talk about 'wacko agendas!'
An interesting integration for the current "Grand Irrationality".

Jan, you made me laugh. My natal Mars is in my natal 4th and I am always struggling to hang onto my home. Moon in Cancer you know. If I go solar house, Mars would be my 5th, never was good at hanging onto my heart.
Many years ago, I had one of those 36 page astro reports generated. It told me to stay out of real estate. So natal Mars retro in 4th Pisces. What does the realtor think?

Thank you Robert for making it clear that I am not losing my mind. You always help to illuminate my darkness. I appreciate everyone's articulate comments on this page, but Kachina you hit it on the nose for me. Glad you could find the words that eluded me. I sure hope whatever impulses I choose to act on are wise ones that make me grow and get on with it. (My Life)"great and small things can shift in the blink of an eye". Never have I felt so terrified and filled with hope at the same time. I don't know how much my Pisces sun conjunct natal mercury in my 7th house can take anymore what with Jupiter and Uranus cavorting there too.Mars travelling through my 12th house has not been a day at the beach, yet I choose to remain positive as much as possible. I have generally tended toward pessimism and cynicism, but I am not into it anymore. I will have faith(?) that this is a wise choice. Love always to everyone!()

Hi Fran - Have been feeling past and present losses myself. Processing the movie of my life in new ways, getting ready for Aries! Glad you find helpful material in my articles. There's a lot to comment on, and not enough time....
Hi Mary - Yes, Mars SD on your Saturn initiates an entirely new way for your Saturn to express itself. Go for whatever higher visibility or authority you can, with special attention whenever a planet moves across early Fixed sign spans. Glad you feel lighter here at the cosmic Cantina!
Hi wild horse running - The other side of your insight is that we must develop critical thinking skills if we are to learn Divine Discrimination needed to pierce through illusions. Still, you're right in that kindness should be cultivated regardless of whatever critical thinking skills are challenged. Driving one's own vehicle is always a good thing...
Hi Valerie - Autopilot is useful for multitasking when we don't need to pay specific attention to taking off or landing! Enjoying the ride is the only way to travel through this 4 dimensional reality.
Hi Starbright - Life is about pain and suffering, but it's our job to break the link between the two. This site is about people finding their voice and Truth despite the din of material existence, and I suspect many here are doing wonderful things in their part of the world.
Hi Jan - People will always be buying and selling their homes as long as there are homes to be lived in. I trust your process moves smoothly...
Hi Alix - Please do let me know what's up. I believe 2010 will be very satisfactory for you in quite a few ways, since Jupiter is quintiling your Sun in May, and again throughout the Autumn. Many blessings to you as well.
Hi Laura - Glad the work helps to elucidate what you need to help your world. I suspect there are many who visit this site who also are "guide posts" for others in their world. That's the advantage of all of us together sharing what we are and know. Thanks for the love, light, and kindness.
Hi dcu - We all serve one energy or another, and the Masters of the Wisdom assist all who serve humanity in their unique way. Glad you're holding the energy field in your neck of the woods. Please "kneel and kiss the Earth" for me.
Hi kachina - Well put. We must learn adaptability as we move through "gains and losses" with each breath. Since the balance changes each moment, then of course we'll be doing what we can to dance with that moment if we want to keep our equilibrium. Definitely not much percentage in being a victim of anything, since it's not a good way to live!
Hi Theo - Yes, by what's happening now many things will be cut loose or turned to account this Summer. Just remember that T-squares are integrative for those who know how to "balance the pairs of opposites." Then we become agents of Nature Herself in its corrective forms.
Hi WarriorLady - Yes, and if we consider other transits, such as Saturn, it'll probably be a really great ride, with endings but also major payoffs for those who have done their work.
Hi Cindy - Glad you find good things here. Saturn has helped you get into a growth groove the past two years. You'll be stabilized by this Autumn, as long as you have self-discipline and find a healthy balance between assertiveness and nuance, impulse and the right proportion.
Hi donna - You're most welcome. You can come into high visibility and influence in the near future!
Hi Demelza Costa - Well, long time readers of this site know that I suspect the US chart to be different than what is commonly accepted, since July 4 1776 did not mark the birth of our nation. That was later on, when the Constitution was ratified. That said, this is the return of revolutionary conditions!
Hi caliban - Natal Mars RX in the 4th could make you a real estate genius if you know how to read the indirect signs and don't expect a quick hit. Still, it is true that we tend to be hassled by whatever sign and house our Mars is in. That said, with my Mars in the 9th I love to travel, learn, and aspire!
Hi Anne-marie Garcia - Well, we should only lose our lower mind so that our Higher Mind can assert its clarity!;-) I would think that if you listen to your Higher Self, then whatever choices you make will lead to your higher understanding. You're always growing and "getting on with it." The trick is to know when to stick and when to go.
Jupiter on your Sun should be opening new vistas for long range growth, as well as opportunities to flower in ways that are perfect for your light/life. Learn, learn, and learn some more! Mars in my 12th hasn't been "a day at the beach," but it has been a time of closure, rewards, endings, and seeing clearly what motivates me.

"Choose wisely." Those are the words I was looking for today. It is a choice. Gracias.
