As I recently noted, when most speak of 2012 and the supposed coming “ascension,” they think of it as a “lifting up” or the transmutation of the physical into a “light body.” However, we are already both of these and more, since in fact we are experiencing 7 “frequency zones,” or “bodies” simultaneously all the time.
