I got a crazy notion to come to LA for two nights of concerts. On Saturday night, friend of the site Constance Demby is doing a rare show with her Sonic Space Bass in Sierra Madre. If you've never caught the wave, you may want to check it out. Sunday it's John Gorka at McCabes. While I'm in and out of LA quickly, if you show up at either event I'll be there and we can hang for a brief while. As the hipsters used to say, be there or be square!

Feels like my viscera has been shaken up like a 'snow globe' and the particles have settled down into my lower chakra's and feet. A simultaniously unsettled yet grounded experience. Fantastic.
