As of now, it's exactly as I have stated here and elsewhere it would turn out.
8 pm MST - Except for the House, which looks to break a few more seats Republicans than I thought, everything else looks exactly as I suspected. Florida is too close to call, as expected, but almost every other "swing state" will break O except VA.
It was just announced that Warren is called to win the MA Senate seat, and they just gave NH to O. It's spot on track. The Senate looks exactly as stated in this column. Without being overly optimistic, Dems could get more EVs than I offered. Still, there are vote tallying shenanigans but the public sentiment may be so overwhelmingly Dem that even Rove cannot steal this election.

The Dems took every swing state except North Carolina. Perhaps the Mercury retrograde to some extent was that the Romney camp actually thought that they really were going to win it. Consequently they were stunned and in disarray when Ohio and the election were suddenly called for Obama. Hence the hour and 15 minutes when they declined to concede after all the networks had called it. The win by Warren is truly historic. As for the shenanigans I must admit that I got nervous when the Romney camp declined to concede Ohio and the election and leaks came out that they planned to file legal challenges to the Ohio results. Perhaps they realized that it would just be too obvious this time if they tried to go to the well one more time and steal the election again. In the end I am happy that our nation and world has taken a small step forward into the Aquarian Age.

I'm not sure what specific date the GOP decided that "moderate" equated "evil mongering", but they would do themselves a mondo favor re-learning all the stuff they learned in Kindergarten about inclusion, getting along, not stealing, telling the truth and being OK with having an opinion even if it's not something the teacher wanted to hear (ie individuality). They are on a slippery slope - not a bad thing if that slope is one that blows the 2-party system apart so that more choices are available to the masses.
But well called, Robert! I never cease to be impressed with how spot on you are. While getting directly involved politics again might not be such a good idea, maybe a 42nd career in political news broadcasting might be kinda fun, huh?
Blessings to all. Let the silence of the landlines begin.
