I love your positivity.....Yes indeed lets 'rock on down'! From the time I was very small I always felt there would be a huge world shift in my life time.....I guess this is what I've been waiting for, and I'm really excited! At the same time I'm relieved I have no planets or angles in any of the zones mentioned, but will watch my husband carefully as he handles the grand cross touching his Mars/Uranus at 13 of libra.......
Thanks for your wonderful insights.

debbie

moon, mars, nth node, vertex through this resulting in Lunar eclipse on asc/desc axis, with mars and aries involved, the metaphoric protective headgear is in place and set to enjoy the white water rapids adventure lol!

Helen

Hi Robert,

Thanks for this, very interesting. However, I noticed that I don't have any planets (apart from my natal Pluto 17 Libra) at those angles, yet my whole life has just been totally and utterly blitzed and I have just started a whole new phase in life which has also been very painful - letting things/people go.

I have a stellum directly on my IC extending into my 4th house in Leo (ruled traditionally by Cancer) Could this be why I have been so dramatically effected by this time? As Jupiter is also sitting there? Although my pluto in the 5th has been heavily prodded these days, so perhaps an active pluto is enough to turn your whole life as you know it upside down - probably!

Hope you are well. I was very moved by your piece on your cat.

dcu

Thanks, Robert. Keep on Rocking in the Free World!

Robert

Hi all - I just noted this over at a FB post. As you know, usually the Eclipse effects happen after the event, not necessarily during the event. And I still maintain that no matter what, it cannot fracture anything unless what is fractured has no more structural integrity. In which case, let the dead bury the dead and leave life for the living!! Got to let go of the old shell of personality to embrace a new one. Speaking of leaving toxic people behind, I found this quote from Daniell Koepke thanks to friend of the site Clay -

"You don’t ever have to feel guilty about removing toxic people from your life. It doesn’t matter whether someone is a relative, romantic interest, employer, childhood friend, or a new acquaintance – you don’t have to make room for people who cause you pain or make you feel small. It’s one thing if a person owns up to their behavior and makes an effort to change. But if a person disregards your feelings, ignores your boundaries, and continues to treat you in a harmful way, they need to go."

Nic

Good post with plenty of clear information. We need to keep and eye on what happens to us, but also, as pointed at what is happening on a global scale. Lots of things changing, some of them in a crazy way and difficult to really understand deeply.
Fractures can hurt but the hope of the new can bring light to the process. In the last analysis, things are happening as they should and it is our perspective that needs to align as to achieve understanding and move with the change.
Love and light to all.

Lainie

thank you Robert, as always! I have 28 Taurus/Scorpio as my ascendant/descendant, and 25 Cancer/Capricorn as IC and MC, and several planets at 11-12 degrees. Trying to be patient and centered. Sending you best wishes for a beautiful full moon.

Lee

Hi Robert,

I am not sure if it's okay to quote Ralfee Finn here, but I am finding his advice very easy to remember and use. In his column of 4/3/14, he wrote:

"
The best way to handle this astral tightening is to refuse to take any unnecessary action. No unnecessary action is also the best way to handle the release of the intensity after April 21. Wu wei is the Taoist notion of action without effort or control. It’s action that exemplifies the way of water, which yields naturally to obstacles, and neither argues, pushes, nor opposes, but rather adapts its course around obstacles or simply wears them away. There is nothing passive about water; for the Taoist, it is the strongest substance—all one has to do is look at the Colorado River and the path it cuts through the Grand Canyon to get the point. Wu wei is not motivated by ego and its array of negative behavior—greed, fear, anger, and so forth, all of which can be seen as unnecessary action; wu wei, through its effortless action, simply exemplifies the Tao, the ineffable, primordial essence of the universe.

As the coming weeks unfold, pay attention to where you are tightening your grip and then be determined to release it. It will do no good to push against this river of astral intensity; the only thing to do is to let it transform you. That doesn’t mean letting go of what matters to you; it means trusting that because it matters it will withstand without your constant grip. And when possible, avoid angry confrontations, lines in the sand, and ultimatums. Words spoken in haste are likely to beget regret. Lines tend to change, particularly when they are drawn in sand. Ultimatums are often more fluster and bluster than they are accurate assessments of reality. Finding a way to flow with the intensity will lessen everyone’s suffering, including and especially your own."
