Around 8:15 pm PDT on March 18, 4:15 am BST March 19, the Sun enters the last degree of Pisces, marking the final phase of the 360 steps (degrees) of transformation. This is the Omega point, the end of the end of the old year where we prepare for the beginning of the new, as symbolized by the first degree of Aries, the Northern Hemispheric Vernal entry point into Spring. This year, take clear aim in the midst of swirling crosscurrents.
In the Northern Hemisphere, this marks the end of Winter and begins a time of an explosion of life in Nature, where we will begin to work to bring forth whatever harvest the coming seasons will yield. The Southern Hemisphere experiences this seasonal phase exactly 6 months from now. Still, since the Sun is at the 30th degree of Pisces, today is the time to be as clear as possible about the form of what you would see made manifest in the future, since 30 Pisces is said to be a degree of "Archetypalization."
The Astrology of Personality states in the short notes on the Sabian Symbols taken from the original Marc Jones class that this is a degree of the "Eventual concrete manifestation of all higher poetic images and enduring truths of the race. Sure culmination of effort." Referencing the original Jones' work on the symbols, we find the symbol for the 30th degree of Pisces is "The Great Stone Face," taken from a Nathaniel Hawthorne tale.
Dr. Jones says this degree "is a symbol of human responsibility as an immortality of the soul, and of a way of living which has become a continual manifestation of its ideal..." He states this dramatizes our “self-discovery to others as an encouragement to them in their own alignment to eternal reality.”
He continues "Each individual selects the image within himself to which he would shape himself outwardly, and this he comes to resemble..." He reminds us that "Character is destiny," in the sense that as you shape your character you make your Destiny.
The keyword for the symbol is "Discernment," and we are told that when operating positively, "the degree is self-integrity in its irresistible impact on the course of events." So this degree is a challenge to articulate an effective self-realization in a continual manifestation of some ideal, and “self-discovery” to encourage others to align with an eternal reality.
In his masterwork, An Astrological Mandala, Dane Rudhyar offers this degree is about "the power of clearly visualized ideals to mold the life of the visualizer," which addresses our power of self-transformation expressed through our thought form building capacities. This degree falls in the Span of Protection, Scene of Perpetuation, and is the ultimate degree on the Individual-Mental level in the Act of Capitalization.
In that work, Rudhyar brings up one of the most important spiritual qualities of this degree: This power can be developed through visualization, when the emotions and the will are poured into the visualized mental image. This is one of the powers latent in the human vehicle, called Siddhas, which have been demonstrated by many Higher Beings in many cultures throughout the ages. Rudhyar further compares it to the power in a seed to replicate and provide a pattern for the future growth of the generic plant archetype in its various forms.
This is the energetic principle around and permeating affirmations, meditation, chanting various mantras, the power of "positive thinking," and every principle offered in the not-so-secret "Secret." We do have the power to bring forth a demonstration from Spirit, as long as a) it is true for us, and b) we do not undermine our thought-forms with doubt, negativity, rationalizations, or interfering conscious or unconscious waveforms distracting us from our concentrations. Impatience leading to doubt and/or a lack of focus is one of the killers of our dreams.
The process is one of 1) Concentration, 2) Meditation, and 3) Contemplation yielding A) Force Realization, B) Force Application, and C) Force Utilization. We must first learn to concentrate before we can move into meditating on a thing. Once we have the ability to meditate, then we can contemplate anything from a holistic perspective.
As we do this, we begin to realize we are more aware than we were before. These realizations must be applied as best we are able, to see what works and what needs to be refined. As we apply our realizations, we become skilled at various things which help us serve however we are called to serve.
As we learn various ways to “get out of our own way” and dream a more perfect future, we are able to inspire healing energies on the material, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. When directed wisely, this power to shape and direct energy can be used to heal cancers at great distances or mitigate potential "natural disasters," among other things. It all depends on what is visualized, what is affirmed, and the level of consciousness of the dreamer.
It is said the process of "precipitation" that such adepts as Christ, H.P. Blavatsky, Babaji, Apollonius of Tyana, Sri Yukteswar Giri, and other venerable teachers of antiquity and modernity use to demonstrate "miracles" are just the wise use of Nature to fulfill Her power to bring forth all forms in the right way and time. Nothing miraculous is ever contrary to Nature's laws. Rather, they are the fulfillment of the human potential, a great thing indeed if the chronicles of antiquity are to be believed.
We have the power to create a much greater future for ourselves, but we must organize into thought-form building groups to strengthen the manifestations. Part of the work in bringing forth a better world will come from negating the destructive thought-forms that pervade our psychic atmosphere.
Also, thought-forms must be crafted with great precision if we are to bring forth the desired effect with a minimum of unintended consequences. And of course we must have faith in our power to bring forth desirable manifestations, if we just align our little will with the Divine Will, or Spirit. Works here are the demonstration of our faith.
This is why we must seek our community, near and far, to find those in our Sangha whose faith and thought-form building capacities can harmonize with ours. Then synergy takes over, and the total is always more than the parts.
Open to singing your song, your unique part to play in the completeness of the Whole, in just the right way and time within the larger global harmony. As we embrace our part in concert with others in our Spiritual Group, aka "Ray Group," we can experiment with potential thought-forms we could develop together. The results over time will blow your mind and heal the Earth, as well as all the creatures and anything else in the path of the wave form.
The recognition of our interrelatedness is essential for those of us who care for our world, humanity, the creatures and plants and Gaia Herself. We humans must at some point set aside our differences and create thought-forms that will effect positive change, to whatever degree we are able. This will take 10,000 shapes so don't judge anything too quickly or harshly.
It took a few hundred years to poison this Earth, so it may take a decade or two to reverse the negative exploitive destructive thought-forms that are rampant today. Still, the effort is worth our lives and "our sacred honor," since if we don't, we'll wake up on the other side someday and wonder why we didn't take advantage of our opportunity to create a better world for our children, grandchildren, and all sentient Beings to come.

Mercury is rapidly slowing, preparing to go retrograde soon! Lots of Aries action ahead!
The shadow zone is defined by the span between where a planet goes retrograde, and where it goes direct after the retrograde period. In this case, Mercury goes retrograde at 28 Aries on April 1/2. It will retrograde back to 16 Aries, where it goes stationary direct on April 25, 2024.
That puts the shadow zone between 16 and 28 Aries, and around 6 am PDT on Monday, March 18, Mercury enters 16 Aries, the degree where it’ll go SD on April 25. I’ll be writing quite a few articles about the coming retrograde which will post as it comes closer.
So we now begin an 8 week run of three passes over the span between 16 and 28 Aries. We’ll have returns related to Aries people and events which impacted our lives in the past. This will be “a look back” at past times of dynamic activity and/or impulsive or rushed decisions and activities.
We may get “echoes of memories of perceptions of echoes of memories of perceptions of echoes of…..,” or flashes from the past of times we glimpsed truths which opened new doors of perception and action. Some will be reminded of past times when they turned to new actions, new approaches, new enthusiasms, and new ways of doing their own thing in their own way. This one brings memories of prior Aries experiences so we can get a different angle of understanding.
Mercury retrograde always gives a new take on whatever it’s transiting, and this period is going to reveal what we’ve learned about the new identity we’re living, which may involve facing certain facts and/or busting an illusion, whether our own or another’s. Because the retrograde begins at 28 Aries, we may get echoes of the period from 2014-2019 when Uranus moved through this RX span related to its direct stations at 29 Aries which bookended 2017-2019 and impacted the subsequent year.
Those awakened realizations about our autonomy to sing our own song in our own way in “the Cosmic Choir” has helped us express our genius in some way wherever we have late Aries in our charts. While Mercury will give us a look back at the span from 28 to 16 Aries this year, because sometimes a Mercury retrograde will give us a “roundabout look” at the future, because in 2027-2028 Saturn will move through this span, even going SRX at 28 Aries in August 2027. Clearly the insights and reflections we’ll get from now through late May will give us signals about the lessons of 2027-2028!
During Mercury retrograde, we often see how we dealt with something in the past and come to new insights about how it affected our ways of relating to similar things since then, or we could come to a new way to apply those old insights into life experiences. The sign(s) where Mercury “looks back” opens us to new ways to view those things, giving opportunities to weave, unweave, or re-weave our understanding of how to apply our “second sight” as we are “guided to our Soul.”
Since Mercury last went stationary direct in January, we’ve been in a period of being “immigrants entering a new land,” opening to new ways of living life and crossing a threshold from old perspectives and possibilities into a brand new world of wider potential. We have had new openings to the degree we’ve been willing to risk the lesser self for the sake of greater Selfhood. All of us reoriented in 2023 and now are moving forward, free of the traps of the past.
Aries moves the Fire forward, so open to new ideas and interpretations, new lines of study and investigation, and new ways of simply doing whatever you know needs to be done, doing it in your own way. Of course this has impacted our Gemini and Virgo sectors of our charts and we now have a greater freedom and a wider view of the future in those areas.
The coming Mercury retrograde period will definitely bridge the past, present and future! We’ll take a new look at the near past, and no doubt will see many things in a new light. Be bold and direct in seeing things as they are, making adjustments as needed during the first three weeks of April This retrograde period will allow us to back through the parts of Aries where we’ll revisit the individual mental-spiritual, social/emotional, and actional levels of “Potency.”
Time To Adjust to A Different Pace
The Mercurial data you notice over the next 3+ weeks will be clarified after the Sun crosses the Mercury SRX degree on April 16-17, almost a week after the Inferior Conjunction at 23 Aries on April 11. That begins to quicken the information cycle, since Mercury goes direct on April 25, speeding everything up substantially. So in the coming weeks, adapt to the slowing pace of things, get all your papers in order, finish what you can, and prepare to put some things on hold for a little while.
Take a look at what's been set into motion with an eye to building in delays, rehearsals, or more research before things again begin to move forward in mid-September. The time before Mercury goes retrograde is good for doing what must be done so that other related things can be done later, as well as reconnecting with people and activities from the past that are somehow related to the future.
With Mercury’s retrograde station at 28 Aries, get ready to go inward and review what moves you to act quickly and directly when you feel the urge. This period can help us take a new look at how we use power instinctively, how we can be more direct in our communications, as well as how to see the roles we’re playing in a new light. We’ll be more or less “backing into new views of recent beginnings” as prelude to catching a wave into a new life, a new day, and a new confirmation of our faith in late April when Jupiter conjuncts Uranus. I’ll give you more about Mercury’s SRX degree in a week or so.
if you want to know more about Mercury retrograde and how it operates in Aries and how it affects your chart, please get your copy of the 2nd edition of A New Look at Mercury Retrograde. You’ll find out all you need about this retrograde, as well as past and future retrogrades. Please join us Saturday, March 23, as Astrology Arizona is hosting a Zoom presentation where I will lead a discussion about the three major Solar eclipses in the past 7 years which have cut the North American continent into “fractured segments.”
Yes, the 2017 Leo Solar eclipse, the 2023 Libra Solar eclipse, and the 2024 Aries Solar eclipse have all cut the US like a pizza! We’ll be taking a look at all of these, where the shadow fell, where they fell in our charts, and the themes, timing, and potential trigger points for all three eclipses, with a special focus on the 2024 Aries eclipse which will cross the New Madrid fault line!
As there is a lot of negativity about eclipses, I’ll offer a different view of these “Cosmic Recyclers” which help us release what needs to be eliminated so we may attract newer things in those areas. If there’s time, we’ll cover how eclipses might affect us if they conjunct different planets in our charts.
This should be another excellent discussion, and promises to be a great event, with good fellowship, lively interactions, and a good hang. We hope you will join us for this event at 1 pm PDT, 4 pm EDT on Saturday, March 23, since “what one astrologer misses another catches.”
There is a modest admission charge of $10 for members and $15 for non-members. You can register at our website Astrology Arizona Workshops and click on the Donate button at the bottom of the page.
We hope to see you there!

I recently had a fascinating discussion with a couple of very aware people about the topics in the title. Today I’ll give you that discussion, with edits.
We’ll begin with a comment I made about the nature of Life and why we’re here to begin with. I offered that Life is about breaking the link between pain and suffering. Life is painful. From birth to death. The pains of Life are good for learning detachment, discernment, compassion, and a determination to be positive rather than sink into the swamp.
We incarnate so we can become more aware of our connection to the Life which is all around us. But our ego mind and feelings identify with separateness. Because we all have to learn certain realities related to life and things continually passing, painful life experiences get our attention and force us to understand them and figure out how to deal with them.
Because of the painful experiences we all go through, everybody's got a wound. Sometimes more than one. As we deal with our wounds, we learn we are not alone in suffering that wound. Regardless of our wound, there are countless others who share it. Even when we feel most isolated and alone, we are always as surrounded by Life and Love as a fish by water.
In helping others and being helped by others to learn what we can about the healing path, we are given opportunities to use our wound to serve a greater good. And because we are Love beyond our pain and suffering, we all are living proof that love is stronger than death.
The discussion then turned to the nature of karma, parenting, and reincarnation. “R” offered a gem from Goswami Kriyananda’s Urban Mystic,:
In preparing to be reborn, the soul must find a female body to inhabit so as to fulfill its karma, and in turn a father whose karma matches that of the mother. But the karma of both parents must suit that of the incoming soul. For example, if the child is destined be the first person to walk on the Moon, then the mother’s and the father’s karma must be to have a child who will be the first person on the Moon. Or, if the child is to die at the age of three, the parents must have the karma to lose a child at the age of three. In short, the karma of the three persons must merge and match.
I then offered that I have found there are several "candidates" for our parents, depending on how they choose to live and grow in their lives on Earth before we incarnate. Each must choose to live to a childbearing age, each must choose a path so they find the other prospective parent, and they together must choose to have a child. Along the way each candidate must become the embodiment of some qualities corresponding to the energetic patterns of our parents in our natal chart.
Once our potential parents become the hologram we need to reincarnate with them as parents, then the resonance happens, we are born into the energetic family and cultural matrix we are, and Dharma begins. I offer insights into this in my book Saturn: Spiritual Master, Spiritual Friend, as well as the nature of different types of karma and why we must learn certain lessons related to the “Inner Lights of our Being.”
Another offered they see it as a complex preexisting agreement, also known as a ‘contract’ between all of them, most of whom have shared many past incarnations. In each life they choose different ‘roles’; mother, son, friend, spouse, business associate, etc, as suits the ‘play’ that time around. Some are benevolent, some are not. It’s all about spiritual development: the easy way sometimes, and the hard way others.
Then “TS” entered the conversation by stating he agreed, and that “some of the most fascinating information on this subject is in books that only started appearing as recently as the late 80s by 'past life regression hypnotherapists'. The first I'm aware of was Brian Weiss' Many Lives Many Masters, which dealt with his then-accidental 'discovery' of this based on a single patient.
Since then others have written about countless such cases, such as Michael Newton, and most prolifically (and determinedly outside-the-box) the late Dolores Cannon. Much of my understanding of this larger view comes from her books. If you haven't read any of her work, I'd highly recommend it. You can find more about her and her various books at Amazon: Dolores Cannon
As I’ve read Brian Weiss and Michael Newton, there was synchronicity in the conversation. I loved Brian Weiss' works. They were the first publication by a highly respected psychiatrist on the topic of past life anything. Newton's first work seemed to be more about the entry and exit between the heavenworld and this world rather than past lives. I am not familiar with his subsequent works.
In my own decades' long work in this area, I find that while there is "an agreement" between the Eternal Self and other Eternal Selves, we are only loosely affiliated as Souls with many of our nuclear family. While there is usually one other from our "essential Soul pod," we may or may not stay close, since the growth of the Soul is eternal, and the Law of Magnetic Attraction offers countless other Souls to bond with, especially when a prior bond is damaged on the core level.
What is created in this life sets up the attractions in the next, and if in this life the magnetic bond is severed, it may not ever be restored, since each is their own absolute law giver. Once we learn the lesson, the trajectory of karma moves us forward, often into unknown lands with unknown people and unknown possibilities to become more aware of things unrelated to the bonds of the past.
”TS” replied “That sounds entirely plausible to me. It would follow that the books on the subject offering many cases, upwards of 100 in most of Dolores Cannon's, for example, would be selective to a significant degree where the unusual or most interesting of cases would be featured. She somewhat amusingly reports, numerous times, that about 90% of her subjects' narratives are 'mundane and boring' accounts of peoples' perfectly ordinary lives, and not the makings of an interesting book.
Many of the ones she does choose to report on have complex multi-incarnational 'casts of characters' who recur over and over, usually spouses/children, but many others including major antagonists, such as a person who murdered the subject in a past life, or sometimes even more than one. Really fascinating stuff. And some of DC's accounts go *way* beyond the mundane, in ways far too complex and far-flung to try to briefly summarize here.”
I replied that I understand. When I was doing a lot of past time analysis of people's charts in the 70s it seemed that a relative few in people's lives were really "Soul Mates," in that they brought out a lesson of the Soul. I found that many who thought someone was important at the time found out they were passing phantoms. And yes, in past centuries most people in fact had boring, tedious lives among boring tedious people subject to highly rigid systems and restrictions. Life was not a Renaissance Faire. And it was brutal for the wealthy and powerful.
TS responded “Yes I think it is very common for people to imagine certain others, particularly ones they might arguably be infatuated with romantically, as 'soul mates' or even 'twin flames' (the ultimate soul mate, and at best a true rarity except in the minds of god knows how many thousands of obviously deluded internet forum contributors). Re the 'mundane past lives' narrative, I took it as not necessarily a reference to 'olden times' as it were, but simply the ordinary kind of lives that most people live at any point in history, including the present. Like a person who's not especially engaged in their work/career, who may have married someone out of convenience, has children that they might not be particularly emotionally invested in, etc. The all too common 'life of quiet desperation' Thoreau so famously referred to.”
I answered “Right. I disappointed a lot of people back in the day when I wouldn't confirm that they were the reincarnation of whoever (since they clearly weren't, usually due to a lack of a certain skill set and/or disposition). One cannot be a former president unless you have some executive skills or at least instincts. One cannot have been a famous writer with no ability to write this lifetime. One thought he was a legendary alchemist but kept setting his bathroom on fire.
Part of why I wrote The Magic of Venus: Friendships, Soul Mates, and Twin Flames was to address the widespread delusion that many believe a Soul Mate and a Twin Flame are the same thing. I have found we have many Soul Mates, some will break our hearts, and all will expand our awareness of our desire to love and be loved. Maybe we will meet our TF, maybe not, since they may not be incarnated, and even if they are, we won't know until we've put in a few years on the path of Life. I accept that we won't really know until we're on the other side whether someone is the literal "other half of our Soul."
I have found there are some things we mortals will never know for all kinds of the right reasons. That said, we can know a timeless love and friendship which transcends anything we've ever known, where our hearts are happy and at peace with the one we're with.”
A few things to consider as we cross various intersections of Fate Street and Freewill Street on our way down Eternity Boulevard.

Owsley Stanley, aka "Bear," died 13 years ago in a car accident in Australia. If you turned on in the 60s or early 70s, or if you ever got into the Grateful Dead, then you owe a big one to "the Dancing Bear."
Born 11 days after Elvis Presley, Augustus Owsley Stanley (January 19, 1935 – March 12, 2011) transformed the world as much as Elvis ever did, just in a radically different way! Regardless of personal opinions about psychedelics, Owsley made a difference in millions of lives, as he was the one who manufactured well over a million doses of high grade pure LSD back when it was legal.
A fanatic about quality control, he insisted on the highest standards for his product. Each batch had a specific variety name, the dosages were precisely calibrated, and he insisted that his product brought absolute clarity of consciousness rather than the lesser "trips" that resulted from diluted or impure LSD. From personal experience, that was absolutely true. In a world of variables, he was the gold standard for consistent quality.
Owsley's product created Ken Kesey's famous "Electric Kool-aid Acid Tests." Owsley made 300,000 hits for the Human Be-In, and he gave acid to Jimi Hendrix, Pete Townshend, Brian Jones, and many more at the legendary Monterey Pop Festival of 1967. He effectively made the "Summer of Love" into the cultural phenomenon that swept the world in the months after.
"The Dancing Bear" opened John Lennon's mind and all the psychedelic imagery that followed. And it was Owsley who financed, amplified and kept the Grateful Dead's music going for hours and hours and hours back in those days. In fact, it's safe to say that Owsley had a part in creating the San Francisco "sound," influencing the music of the Jefferson Airplane, Santana, Country Joe and the Fish, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Moby Grape, Janis Joplin, Taj Mahal, the Flying Burrito Brothers, and every other great and not-so-great band in the Bay Area that ever ate a hit of LSD or had a concert recorded with any sound quality.
Due to the enormous amount of wealth generated, Owsley was able to design some of the first modern major league sound systems for the Grateful Dead and other top flight bands. Over time his systems morphed into the legendary "Wall of Sound," a set of speaker stacks that towered over the band that set the standard for all modern stadium and large arena sound systems.
He was also a pioneer in his sound engineering, as he was one of the first to regularly record every performance by the band (in his case usually the Grateful Dead) directly off the sound board, a technique fairly unknown before then. That's why we have so many thousands of great high quality recordings by that all-American band for all time, along with concerts from some of the greats who played the Bay Area back then, including Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Cash, Miles Davis, and the Northern California bands listed above.
He was the Grateful Dead's patron, fan, sound man, co-designer of the Lightning Bolt Skull Logo, aka "Steal Your Face," and the one who administered the doses that kept the band going for hours. In an era of concerts lasting between 45 minutes to 2 hours at most, the Dead's concerts were a happening unto themselves, often lasting 3-6 hours (or more!) with one or two breaks to refresh. That's why they're one of the most loved bands (and legends!) still to this day.
As a huge fan who boogied many dozens of hours at more than a few of their concerts, I assure you those "happenings" were unlike any others before or since. Contrary to the opinions of those who never followed the Dead, the Grateful Dead didn't just noodle around. Sections of their live performances were some fairly transcendent avant-garde experimental music that set the pattern for a lot of what was done with synthesizers afterward.
They did "sonic" before it was fashionable, and created aural tapestries that enveloped entire crowds in multi-textured waves of sound. Whether dancing or just listening, their concerts were unlike any others!
Regarding psychedelics, while there were many who took LSD recreationally, there were even more for whom The Dancing Bear helped open "the doors of perception," as Huxley put it. Owsley made it possible for several generations of seekers, who knew the outer world and ego-controlled perceptions do not hold the answers in our search for meaning in life, to take a trip around the galaxy of inner space and land safely back home a few hours later after exploring the landscape and confronting both the beauty and distortions there.
Nothing here is an endorsement of psychedelic use or misuse. Each substance that alters our consciousness has its own qualities, and thus each is its own experience. Some people do better than others, depending on the dose, regardless of what they use to get into an altered state. Much depends on the level of fear of the one who is altered. And of course, some substances are a bringdown regardless of the dose.
Any time we get beyond ego controls, for every Castaneda, Ram Dass, or John Lennon, there are also more than a few meltdowns. That's why some don't do well at all with any psychedelic (usually due to irrational fears) unless they have a good Captain. In that regard, I gather some progressive psychiatrists have made major advances in bringing schizophrenics back to this "reality" using LSD in recent years. A 100 mic dose has been found to relieve anxiety attacks.
I stopped doing LSD in late 1971 as I had gotten everything I was looking for via that medium. I continued with schrooms (a MUCH different, more organic experience) off and on for about 30 more years, and at present haven't taken a substance induced trip in a long time. I have never regretted my psychedelic days, as they helped me get beyond ego traps and assumptions that may have never vanished any other way. Having done many years of different types of formal therapy, I can state this with certainty.
There are few beings who change the world. Augustus Owsley Stanley III, "the Dancing Bear," was one of them. Thanks for opening the doors, thanks for Kesey and the acid tests, thanks for the realizations that the kid of 1969 had nothing to fear from exploring inner space, and thanks for the music of the Grateful Dead. Aum Namah Shivaya! I'm sure you're having an Atma-Buddhic dose with Shaman Jerry as you both exist as Eternals on those Planes of Inner and Outer space.
In grateful memory of a long ago world and time...

From 12:25 am PST March 10 through 2:50 pm PDT March 11, Venus will transit the last two degrees of Aquarius, giving us a Venusian activation of the Transfiguration Zone. When planets transit this zone, it gives us direct experiences of “the cusp of the Age” and where the larger arc of human evolution is heading this century. This pulse is illuminated each year when the Sun transits this zone around February 17-18. Mercury moved through this zone February 23-24, and Mars will transit this crucial transformational zone March 20-22.
As I offer every year in the first article of a 3-part series, 29 and 30 Aquarius – The Entry to the Aquarian Age, each year when the Sun transits this zone it brings opportunities of “illuminating transfiguration and entrance into a greater realm of Light/Life.” Any planetary transit through this zone gives us glimpses of the Age to come, as well as what’s up for the years between 2050 and 2190. In 2021, due to Jupiter transiting 29 and 30 Aquarius three times, we were all primed to launch within the larger transfiguration pulses of our times!
As I told you back at Jupiter’s first transit of this zone, by our intention our future patterns are created. Jupiter gave us the opening, the vision, or the promise three times in 2021, which represented a triple amplification of the energy of transfiguration into realizing our oneness as Light Beings in a larger field of Light/Life!
The first expansion by Jupiter was between April 28 and May 13 when it occupied 29 and 30 Aquarius in direct motion. It then retrograded through this zone between July 28 and August 13, and then crossed it yet again between December 17 and 28. That opened the door from three different perspectives which are activated each year by the inner planet transits and every other year by Mars, this year around the Vernal Equinox.
So Why is This Zone in Late Aquarius So Important?
As I explained in the article linked above, due to our global precession from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius, we leave Pisces at the beginning of the first degree of that sign, and enter the Age of Aquarius via the last degree of that sign. By my calculations, at this point between Ages we are still at the first degree of Pisces and will enter the Age of Aquarius sometime in the early years of the third quarter of this century.
Since a Great Age is about 2160 years, mas o menos, it means each degree of a great Age equals about 72 years. Thus the transition between Ages runs around 210-360 years. We’re directly in the heart of that transitional era.
As I’ve given you in other articles, I believe the New Age began to “pre-form” some of its seed structures the last time Pluto was in Aquarius in the late 18th century, and many “invisible elements” of the New Age were awakened by each Uranus transit of Aquarius and “dreamed into collective consciousness” by Neptune during its transits of Aquarius. Each pass of Saturn created structures to move the energies into local forms of manifestation these past 220 years.
In the past 30 years, Saturn gave us bridging structures between the old Age and the New Age when it occupied 29 and 30 Aquarius and 1 Pisces between mid-April and early August 1993 and January 1994. We got updated “transfiguration information” in late February and early March 2023 when Saturn last transited the TransfigurationZone.
Jupiter came along and expanded our growth in those late Aquarian themes in late January and early February 1998 and again in January 2010. Then between April and December 2021, Jupiter transited the TZ three times, giving new promise related to those late Aquarian themes. That brought Jupiterian expansive energy to long term forms which will bridge the current Age and the coming Age.
Mars gave new expression to the expanded Transfiguration pulse in 2022 when it transited 29 and 30 Aquarius between April 12-14. The 2022 transit activations crystallized as forms and long term structures via Saturn in late February and early March 2023. Mars will again set new forms of transformation into motion during the coming Equinox. All of this transfiguration energy will be expanded in newer forms at the next Jupiter transit in 2033. Pluto eventually transits this span of degrees in 2041-2044, which will initiate the seeds of the Age of Aquarius sprouting in widespread forms and transfigure the core of humanity.
So this is the next hint about the 140+ era to come at the end of this century into the 22nd. The last two degrees of Aquarius are “Butterfly emerging from chrysalis” and “The field of Ardath in bloom.” The former is a degree of transfiguration and “graduation into a new realm of being,” and the latter is one where “everyone may count on the inherent friendliness of the universe” and find the fruits of their more positive labors as "we all shine on, like the Moon and the Stars and the Sun, and we all shine on, on and on and on and on...."
In these degrees we find our ability to emanate our Light through our lives, find “an uncompromising faith in the promise of existence itself and in the wonders of a continuing creation,” as well as “self-illumination through exceptional service to others.” Here we transform the implications of our Light/Life through our new ability to self-transcend, and can experience ourselves as Lights within a greater field of Light, with infinite particles within waves showing the vaster unified field of existence.
Long Wave Age of Aquarius Evolutionary Points
While I do not believe that we will cross the threshold into the Aquarian Age until sometime between 2050 and 2060, from now on every time there’s a transit across 29/30 Aquarius, we’ll get glimpses of the Age to come, as well as what’s up for the years between 2050 and 2190. By 2163, humanity will be launched into several even more radical long wave Aquarian pulses. That year begins a phenomenal number of conjunctions in Aquarius which lasts through 2171.
Those years launch decades’ long cycles in various areas of Aquarius. February 2163 kicks off the run with Jupiter conjunct Neptune at 3 Aquarius, followed by Mars conjunct Uranus at 2 Aquarius, Mars conjunct Neptune at 5 Aquarius, and Mars conjunct Jupiter at 17. We skip forward to 2164, when Uranus and Neptune are both in Aquarius within about a degree of each other most of the year, hitting stations within 1 degree all year. That grouping finishes in early 2165 with Uranus conjunct Neptune at 7 Aquarius.
2165 also sees Mars conjunct Neptune at 9 Aquarius, and Uranus at 10. It makes conjunctions with both in 2167, and in 2169 is part of a grand cluster, at it joins Saturn and Neptune also conjunct at 16 Aquarius! That triple conjunction will set multiple cycles into motions lasting 36 years! This run of astonishing aspects culminates with Saturn conjunct Uranus at 27 Aquarius in 2170 and the next Mars conjunctions with Neptune and Uranus at 20 and 30 Aquarius respectively.
Imagine this is the future of humanity. This is the activation of another pulse of our transfiguration into becoming our unique Spark of Divine Light in a vast field of Light at this Cosmic Moment in Time.
The Magic of Venus: Friendships, Soul Mates, and Twin Flames
Because we now dance with Venus through the TZ, it’s a perfect time to remind you that my book The Magic of Venus: Friendships, Soul Mates, and Twin Flames is available for all those who want to create better friendships and Soul Mates in the future. It’s the most comprehensive book ever written on how our inner Venus plays out in our life relationships, and is a blend of astrology, psychology, spirituality and practical “real world” experience in ways that will help all those who read it to come to more fulfilling relationships with self, others, and Source.
This book offers insights about universal factors in healthy relationships, and is both a guidebook for life as well as an astrological reference book. It has chapters of Venus in the signs, the qualities of each sign’s archetypal mate, how we attract who we meet, the value of friendship, how to know if someone is right for us, how changing our patterns changes who we attract, and how our family and culture influences our likes when we’ve young. For astrologers, there are chapters on important astrological factors in compatibility, marriage charts, and the timing on who we meet and what that means as well as Venus retrograde.
I believe a special feature of The Magic of Venus: Friendships, Soul Mates, and Twin Flames is the chapter explaining the difference between Soul Mates and Twin Flames which is sure to help everyone understand that just because someone breaks your heart, it could still point the way to the most incredibly fulfilling relationship you ever imagined in the future! There is also a chapter with affirmations for each Sun/Venus sign combination, so that everyone can center on attracting their perfect life relationships.
The book was written for both astrologers and non-astrologers. Even those with little or no understanding of astrology will benefit from what’s offered. It’s more than I ever thought or intended, and I have no doubt it will open the door to your imagination and ability to find perfect friendships, make the most of the Soul Mates you’ve met or will meet, and help you understand how to shape your heart’s desire.
