My schedule in New York is now set. For the many who have inquired when I'll be doing personal chart sessions and what I'll be speaking on and when, including upcoming talks in Santa Monica, read on.
I'll be in Sag Harbor enjoying Autumn in that part of the world and doing charts by Sunday. I may or may not be able to answer some comments that week, though I will ban spam that shows up. Some great articles are already composed and in queue to automatically post throughout the week, so enjoy!
If I'm really lucky, my friend the incredible trumpet master Matt Schulmann will be playing somewhere in the area and I'll be able to make the gig. If you ever have the opportunity to check out his music, you should grab the chance, as in my opinion it's some of the best jazz being made right now.
My talk at Canio's in Sag Harbor will be on Thursday October 11 at 6pm. It's free, and the title is "Making Sense of the Chaos," so if you want to hear some ways to view and deal with the on-going craziness, please attend if you can, as I always love to see my friends and fans of the site.
I'll be in NY doing sessions through October 19, and then return to Los Angeles for two talks in Santa Monica on October 21. I'll be discussing the influence of the upcoming Full Moon of 3 Taurus and Scorpio at 10 am Sunday at the New Age Bible and Philosophy Center, with another talk at the 11am service on "the Three Refuges and the Dalai Lama" where I'll share whatever gems of wisdom I pick up from the Dalai Lama when I attend his classes October 12-14 in NY.
And there you have it. I try to keep scheduling charts as quickly as I can despite being on the road, so if you've emailed me and haven't gotten a response in the past few days, I'll try to answer your request as soon as I possibly can before hitting the bricks.
Mahalo, and I hope to see you at one of the talks if you're anywhere near the Hamptons or Santa Monica.
Good luck and Godspeed on your next endeavor. I am sure that you are forever a comfort to the nonviolent and a true thorn in the side for the violent. (That's a small joke in case it does not carry well in email.Referencing your Ghandi posts.

If you are ever in Denver, I will come listen!

Hi all - Well, maybe someday I'll have created the virtual center and I can internet-cast from my "spaceship" so we can all do video together! It would be a whole lot easier than flying and dealing with moronic Homeland Security apparatchiks who keep insisting my sandals could hold a bomb and they're my government friends who want to "help" me be more secure.

Speaking of Airport security - if you ever fly out of Denver be prepared for alot of that kind of stuff when you go through security. I understand the reasons for it but it almost goes over board. At DIA they still do random searches of people's car's trunks as they drive in to leave their cars in parking, be it long or short term. It's a trip.

Oh - would everyone say a prayer for my friend Norma Bell who has West Nile disease? Thanks!
Posted by: Lori | October 03, 2007 at 12:34 PM
Hi Lori - I assume this Norma Bell lives in Denver and is not a rolfer.
Posted by: Robert | October 03, 2007 at 04:03 PM
Hi Robert :)
Norma lives near Boulder CO. and recently married into the last name of Bell. Her husband is an engineer. They were both bit by misquitos while on vacation in South Dakota last summer and both have West Nile.
There are Rolfers in Boulder. (I live not far from Boulder myself, I'm in North Denver). The energy in Boulder is great, very positive and health oriented. Just about anything holistic, natural health oriented, alternative that you can imagine etc can be found in Boulder. I like the energy there.
Nope Norma's not a rolfer. Her husband is getting better but Norma is stil very sick. Her mom also recently passed over. We used to work together.
Thanks for good thoughts and prayers for her.
Boulder is near the mountain foothills and recently a Moose was seen walking around near the University of CO (C.U.) and not long before, bear sightings. Not unusual. The bears are getting ready for winter and looking for food. Colorado Winters can be on the rough side.
Blessings,
Lori

Hi Robert,
You comment reminding me of a letter I read last year when air travlers were forced to ditch their liquid containers in their carry ons. I was involved with that mess when I flew to Chicago for my solar return. The letter states in part:
"It was a good thing that idiot who tried to blow up that plane with the bomb in his shoe didn't have the bomb
in his pants. Then we all would be forced to take off our pants before we boarded the plane."
LOL
Peace,
Helen

P.S. I have the perfect solution. Let's all fly naked!
Peace,

Roberto:
Can you please elaborate a little more on the virtual center. Your vision, its purpose, services/information it will provide, what's needed to set it up and keep it going, etc. I'd like to assist you in making this a reality.
Bendiciones,
Felipe

Hi Felipe - I'm still contemplating the structure of it. You and Moonflower Enterprises are already assisting the work through your on-going financial contributions to this site. In Dec-Jan I'll be modifying the look of this site somewhat and figuring out how to do it with maximum effectiveness and minimum waste of time as a bridge place to the future.
In a nutshell, for years I've believed we need a "one stop shop" for progressive solutions and ways to connect with others who share an interest in higher things, from fair trade orgs and goods to legit meditation practice to technology breakthroughs to learning about Nature Herself through programs that bring forth the "sacred connection" we share with the Earth. The short term task is for us is to build social-cultural works for the future which hopefully will outlive and outlast the period of upheaval in front of us, and provide us with what we need to be and do well.
This site, while a great gathering ground, is mainly astrological/metaphysical, while the virtual center would be more about social solutions and connections, much more of a group effort, more "practical" and interactive for those whose focus is spiritual-responsible. I see it as a global hub with many different spokes extending into many different and important areas of human reality and necessity where committed people can find other committed people and organizations and fit in wherever and however they can.
