Been having a hard time today. 40 years ago in Los Angeles, we had a political assassination that killed whatever dream might have been. RIP, Bobby. You were one for the ages. Aum and blessings.

I remember well. Last night I watched Emilio's BOBBY. And while the film was well done, clever and perfect in many ways... it was the authentic sound clips of his voice that held me. Many things in life are seemingly timeless, like smells and sounds.
I remember June 4, 1968 very well. I was 19

Dear Robert, you are so lovingly patriotic to your country, which is admirable. I suppose we watch distantly in Aust. at the political situations in the States yet we will be affected in some way as well. You all will be caught in the feelings and memories, may you support each others dreams of freedom and liberation.Hoping your load is light.
Have a good trip to L.A. Drive safely! Throwing lots of sapphire blue your way and to your fellow Americans.
Aum Shanti Felita
p.s Sapphire blue (same color as Dec.11th) quite vivid.

Hi all - I was 17 in April 1968, about to graduate high school and staring the specters of Nixon and the draft straight in the face. I didn't want to kill anyone, and Bobby seemed to be a voice of clarity, sanity, and compassion in the middle of a huge angry mess all across the US. Within 8 weeks both Martin and Bobby were dead, thanks to bullets launched by those who live in the shadows who bribe lesser men to do the dirty work. It was a sad time for the US and the world. I pray I live to see saner, better times for our world. May the times of violence be gone as soon as possible with least harm to the good.

Robert -
I too had a very hard time this year on the anniversary of Bobby's death. Along with my father he is one of my two "heroes" in this earthly life. I have grieved his death all these years much as one would grieve a family member's. He gave us all hope and courage and the belief in a better world. RIP RFK.
And I've missed you, your blog - been in a swirl of new things (not surprising with three of the angles lit up with outer planet transits).
You ARE a dear, caring, wise man.
Blessings,
Diane
