Today we re-examine a technique that ALWAYS works perfectly, simply, and efficiently to give us the power to change negative feelings, habits, and behavior to better ones.
Though I wrote on this last September, I figured it was a good time to refresh you on a very simple way to move beyond unhelpful responses. This technique can be applied in any number of situations, and helps us stay focused on what we really want to be thinking, feeling, and doing in the moment.

Dear Robert,
I have been experimenting with similar techniques for a long while and YES, you are right! As long as we are MINDFULL, negativies can be spotted almost before they occur and therefore we may become freer in an easy way. The only catch is that one MUST KEEP AWARE AND MINDFULL! But that should be a basic attitude with spiritual minded people.
Great to publish it here again, and still VERY INTERESTING to read many of the comments back when you posted it last year...

Hi Robert
I hover between stages 1 and 2 and so am very grateful for this reminder. I can't think of anything more appropriate for the current Jupiter-Neptune-Chiron conjunction!

Hi all - Yes, simple to see, harder to execute consistently, and mindfulness is the reward! Dispassion helps, as does seeing what's happening as though it were to a thing you are apart from, but can influence.
