Mid-July 2009 - A Time for Rebeginnings, Discoveries, and Personality Integration

(Orig. posted July 8, but I'm boosting this again since we're in the middle of it!) We're in an interesting zone right now. We begin with Venus just departing the Gemini zone of the Grand Irrationality biseptile Saturn as Mars enters it, and there are many favorable aspects showing us how to get our lives and personalities working more smoothly. Some things will be very clear by the last week of this month.

Right now, Mars is on a degree of rebeginnings just as Venus is triggering the Grand Irrationality for the next few days. This will become very powerful when the Moon conjuncts Jupiter and Neptune in a major lineup July 10-11 as Venus exactly triseptiles Pluto and biseptiles the stellium in Aquarius (4 planets!). Expect that to be a time where events will affect our future in powerful ways.

Especially in the areas in our charts where Taurus and Libra are prominent, it's time to take a new look at alternative ways of viewing or communicating. It's definitely a turning point in our social-cultural growth and expression, since Venus is at a fork in the road triggering all that is affected by Jupiter, Saturn, Chiron, Neptune, and Pluto.

So today, see how to transcend some form of the past that opens new ideas on how to act on recent discoveries. We're learning to act on our new ideas even as we move through forms of growth in personality integration. Today is about sprouting, tomorrow about learning through imitation, Friday offers us new blood, and this weekend will show us our ability to be festive playing our natural part in things.

This weekend we begin 5 days of socio-cultural integration, followed by 5 days of individual-mental and/or Spiritual integration. Each year at this time we move through Solar growth and empowerment through Personality Integration. Beginning early July, our actions move through emotional or social forms so we can feel and grow into a new "shell of personality."

The forms we discover and incorporate into our lives in Cancer lead to the spontaneous expressions of late July as the Sun fires up upon its return to Leo, the sign it rules. This ends the first third of the Solar year, as we have now moved through Fire, Earth, Air, and Water signs. We now confront the Sun's movement through the second Solar Fire sign, Leo. The next two weeks are a preparation for whatever "conflagrates" in Leo.

The aspects made the next two weeks are very interesting and encouraging, especially those of the third week of July. That's the time when first Mercury and then the Sun are virtually simultaneously quincunx Jupiter, Chiron, and Neptune while trine Uranus and occupying the Cancer zone of the Grand Irrationality. I'll be writing more extensively on the current situation regarding the Grand Irrationality in the next few days.

That time is a period of make physical, emotional, mental, or Spiritual "health adjustments." It's a time to understand how to represent what is expected of us, rise to some occasion, touch our base, see different alternatives, or see our past from a different point of view, and feel deeply whatever is the root of our heritage on whatever level this applies.

Growth during that time is through Divine Discrimination, and accepting a form of practical discipleship willingly and gladly, however large or small. Growth also comes from finding a larger view of what is and is not possible and why, transferring whatever needs transferring, dedication to a greater ideal of service, and expressing true individuality separate from old social or cultural traps.

A special nod must be given to Venus during that period, since it tredeciles Chiron, Jupiter, and Neptune from mid-Gemini. This should bring unique interactive circumstances and opportunities to those who are affected directly by the Aquarius stellium. We can discover techniques for transcending some gap, whether internal on the personal level, or external on the interpersonal or transpersonal level.

All in all, there are some very serendipitous opportunities in the 3rd week of July for very favorable interactions with those with whom we have a spiritual bond, or at least have shared ideals and ideas. Definitely take opportunities to reach out, to interact, or to discover something about how your individuality works in interactive mode.

By the 17th, Mars enters the Gemini zone of the Grand Irrationality (more at this link ) and triggers whatever our light/life powered up in late May. We got signals or information about our Gemini issues in the context of the great weirdness in the time just before the Summer Solstice, and these are what Venus will give value to, or appreciation of, right now (July 8-13). There really are a host of very favorable aspects going on these next two weeks, with only Venus square Saturn the day of the coming 30 degree Cancer Solar Eclipse on July 21, 7:35 pm PDT, July 22 east of ADT. More on that to come soon as well. Still, the trines from Cancer to Pisces with the tredeciles from Gemini to Aquarius should make for a fairly smooth ride. At the very least, there will be clear understandings about what works and what doesn't work in terms of our feelings, needs, desires, and motives.

So please take advantage of the very favorable aspects coming the next two weeks, since they'll give way to Venus in the Mutable T-square at the same time Mercury opposes the Aquarius stellium, producing entirely different results in the atmosphere than what we're going to experience the next two weeks plus a few. And that's the way it is in the heart of July 2009.

it seems that these past 9 months were about dismantling, and now the energies begin to turn toward reformation and new identities.. its good to hear that some ease is imminent.

Dear Robert,

Just read your posting and was reminded that my Mercury return was coming up. Decided to look at the return chart and guess what, it has Mercury conjoining the Sun exactly conjunct the ascendant and trine Uranus conjunct the Midheaven! Literally spot-on! Will I still be able to keep my mouth shut or does something else spring to your mind as regards to how to interpret this ;-)

I will come back amd comment on this more thoroughly (no time right now) but how about the next SOLAR ECLIPSE? It is supposed to be the longuest of the 21st Century...

I have been following with attention tectonic activity, seismic and volcanic as well. All seems already to be in a hasting pace... Since the end of June there are numberless earthquakes every day, one on the North Pole itself!!! Now, if this was around a "mild" moon ecllipse, what will it become aroung a potent solar eclipse, the longuest of this starting century?

Do write about that? PLease?

Some things will be very clear by the last week of this month.

The first thought that popped into my mind was: my apartment situation better be! The hunt is in full swing this weekend with the goal to have it settled by Monday. I pray these Venus aspects are assisting me in picking a great place to move (blessedly there is good supply; also, the Aquarius stellium is within orb of my Venus to boot - and forming an out-of-sign trine with my Cancer moon); my intuitive antennae are up and sensing the energy nuances of each place I view! A fork in the road indeed.

Hi Robert

Appreciate the repost because I can certainly use a "boost" at the moment. The last 2 weeks have been very "unusual" for me...I am at a turning point for sure. I have spent the last 4 years building a business for myself as a yoga teacher and it has not been easy and financial success can't be measured the way I would have expected to in my corporate career. AKA...I am poor.

This week brought the "postponement" of a class (until Oct) because of light attendance and I had to "bow out" of a weekly yoga and kayaking program that I love because I have a back injury that won't seem to heal despite a variety of treatments and patience. Oh yes...this back injury also affects my ability to practice yoga...something that is deeply important to my well being. :(

On top of all of this my beloved dog...my child...cut her paw and underwent surgery. This is the same paw she cut and had surgery on two years ago (within 2 weeks). The injury occurred at the same beach. ummmmmmmm? Thankfully she is doing well...$500 later.

OK...I think that is enough whining...I will hope for some transformational messages from all of this...I guess that is all I can do...
