Jupiter in Aries Showing New Grand Irrationality Directives

A short reminder of a huge thing that's happening right now through early May. Yes, Jupiter is now cruising through the heart of the Aries zone of the Grand Irrationality!

This is a big deal, since this sets "destiny producing choices and changes" into motion for a long time to come. Via Jupiter's vision, conscience, compassion, abundant view, wide knowledge, and sense of adventure, we will see that we stand at a Jupiterian "fork in the road of destiny" these next few weeks which determines our long range futures.

I mentioned the various trigger points in time when we'll see the process activated, re-coordiniated, and re-valued in the article Astrology in March, April, and May of 2011 - Mercury and the Other Planets Activating the Grand Irrationality. Obviously the Moon triggers the entire configuration, as well as corresponding effects in our charts, each time it moves through the 7 zones of this configuration. Anyway, if you're wondering why things have a bit harder edge right now, or why compulsive or nonrational responses are in the air, or why people are taking things as drastically, extremely, or radically as they are, remember Jupiter is now bringing its expansive, at times exaggerating, influence to the collective atmosphere in the agitating sign of Aries. Balance the zeal and directness of Aries using Saturn in Libra's gentle balance, bring things back from the edge, and find a reasonable view of what's possible.

Basically, though some things seem very weird, radical, and extreme, things are actually better than they may seem. We should all hold off final judgments to some degree while Mercury is retrograde, and remember there are many ways to approach any given situation, circumstance, person, and truth. When in doubt, be a good sport, don't take things personally, and face forward, since things are in motion that can bring many of us to new thresholds of happiness, effectiveness, and community.

Since Mars will soon join the Grand Irrationality party, I'll be composing more in a few days. For now, get above the strife and "ugliness," and get ready to embrace a more timeless, compassionate, unifying set of actions that will lead to a focused potency. Things are quickening, but we don't have to play to the extreme weirdness, irrationality, and impulsive expanded ideas.

From a song I wrote long ago that seems to apply to what's happening, "There's no other time but now, there's no other question but how....."

wow you hit the nail on the head with your comment about harder edge, non-rational response, etc. I am being clobbered. I would like to check in to a hospital, get some morphine and come out when you tell me it is over. But of course I can't do that.
