Join me in another interview with Michele Meiche on "Awakenings" at the time-space coordinate listed above (now starting 10 min. earlier.) We're going to discuss what's going on and what we can do to navigate this strange time. Definitely will talk about the eclipses. Here's the link to Awakenings on blog talk radio where you can be a part of the party. See you there and Mahalo!
Great interview Robert, as always. Wonderful to hear your voice.
Blessings from rainy Scotland!

Hi Robert
Loved the show! I almost felt like I was part of a crusade of people being led to my truth. From Johannesburg, South Africa

i recently heard this interview, and i was a bit disappointed. i felt like the callers spoke more than robert W, and while listening for some massively profound insight from a really articulate individual with refined communicative skills, the opportunity seemed to be eclipsed (no pun) by anyone and everyone else. the questions asked by the audience were too personal to truly benefit a majority of the eager astrology neophytes. if i had the chance, i would have asked something to like,
"With the mention of Saturn being the nozzle or handle of the bucket pattern, how does the retrograde process effect the energy being distributed to that side of the chart? Was there a reversal of functions from the reverse to the forward motion that took place in mid-june?"
i think knowing the answer to that question would benefit a lot of people.

Enjoyed the meltdown into life skills. Found that very interesting, the flexibility and all. The best jobs I had were the ones where the hirer had the insight to consider my skill set and experiences and what that could bring to them. This would be opposed to the hirer who wants the same title and responsibilites I did somewhere else.
I am particularly interested in what you said about needing to learn something new every 2-3 years. Do you base that on your astrological findings in relationship to Saturn? Or were you suggesting that there are other studies that have been done concerning this commonality in us? If so, I would be interested in any studies that have been done about this, as I find this very true to my own experience.

Hi Tolly and Mary - Thanks for checking in! Always good that the global community unites once in a while.
Hi KC - Well, we've done it with call in questions and done it without. I prefer to get into a discussion with the host since we get to go deeper and farther than merely doing personal questions, but this time she wanted to do it this way. Of course some people love to hear themselves for whatever reason, and usually people just want to know what's up for them on the cheap, as it were. Just remember that if there were a "massively profound insight from a really articulate individual with refined communicative skills" to be had, Michele would probably want to interview them rather than just have them call in on one of my shows. As for your question about Saturn, I would say that we learned the lessons of the RX span the first time Saturn transited that span, then got the RX view between Jan-Jun 2011, and now can practice them "directly," with experience and insight. The RX period gives insights related to but different from the direct periods.
Hi caliban - Well, with so many looking for work and/or something to do to feed their wallets, I try to remind all that it's entirely about skills, not about titles. I learned this back when I was a resume' advisor way back in ancient times. The need to change jobs functions every 2-3 years does relate to Saturn (and Mars and Jupiter as well, applied through different lens), but I originally found that information when I was studying psychology in the early 70s. I read what I could then and over time, and it seems that people burn out with boredom after a certain amount of time repeating what they do over and over. I cannot recall the studies since it was so long ago, but I'm sure that you can find them via the web. And in my experience and observation it does seem to hold true for everyone. Sometimes just a different function within a profession, sometimes an entirely different job that may or may not relate to the profession.
