There's A Grand Cardinal Cross Right Now, September 20-21 2011!

Today and tomorrow, September 20-21, are very important in shifting directions and momentum related to the on-going Venus-driven Cardinal T-square with Mars triggering the Grand Irrationality. Expect some things to get focused and/or break wide open, for good or ill, directly related to these larger T-square energies in play through September 29.

Though Venus is now past its opposition to Uranus and square to Pluto, since the Moon enters Cancer today at 11:53 am PDT, 7:53 pm Greenwich, it will make its square to Uranus and opposition to Pluto over the next few hours, finishing with the square to Venus at 2:38 am PDT, 10:38 am Greenwich Sept. 21. The Moon forming all these aspects over the next 15 hours makes this an exceptionally dynamic period! Expect that some important decisions will have to be made, since we're reorienting our "future destiny" at this time. Just curb recklessness while demonstrating some form of your "greatness."

Besides the general friction, certain groups will be more influenced than others. As I told you there, if you have any planet or sensitive point in the first 6 degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra, or Capricorn, expect some fairly important events and experiences. This one affects many groups of people across the decades, so please check it out if you haven't already.

There's more to come soon, since this T-square is also featured in the Autumnal Equinox chart (23 September at 2:05 am PDT, 10:05 am Greenwich) showing us what we can expect between September 23 and December 21-22. It also figures in the coming New Moon at 4 Libra occurring at 4:09 am PDT, 12:09 pm Greenwich on September 27.

Therefore we can assume that we've just experienced the "opening act" (via Venus) helping some things to integrate or fracture, with today and tomorrow filling in some gaps and precipitating some major shifts in direction thanks to the Moon in early Cancer while Mars triggers the Grand Irrationality. This weekend the Sun and Mercury enter the T-square, making it key to understanding the Autumn and its larger lessons, as well as the seeds to be set into motion at the coming New Moon which will affect the end of September through most of October.

Hi Donna - Yes, it's been a bit disconcerting in vague ways. I suppose it's a good time to balance sensitivity with pragmatic understanding, grace of style with dynamic initiative. It's just it's hard juggling 4 things at once!

Hi Jean - Well, the express bus only comes along once in a while on Eternity Boulevard, and when it does, it moves us a far distance in a very short time. The schedule does indicate those in charge have increased the number of express buses for the next 15 months due to abnormal traffic. This stop on the route will post their arrival just before they get here. Please enjoy the Jelly Roll Morton background music as you wait. Riders should remember that as they ride the bus, "you can check out any time you like but you can never leave...."

Speaking of venus.....last evening round a piano bar I rocked out the song Moon Dance against my better judgement as I'm sorely out of vocal shape, yet never sang it better.....I wondered, "Gee where did that come from?" Hi Robert,
inane comments aside (I guess that's just my way of dealing with these very intense times), mid July to late August was indeed a very difficult time for me personally (accidentally almost bought the farm), as you said it would be. I just think that it was the combination of my own personal "growth" issue combined with just a boat load of strange and bizarre behavior from those adjacent-it was just "off the hook" a real "liberating ordeal". Thanks for your article at the time from the Spiritual Warrior in Japan, and the quote from Omar Kayam. I did indeed find myself in a darker place than anticipated at this time and said a few things which could not be taken back but were fortunately able to be remidied. It is easy at times like these to forget, when the mind becomes so narrowly focused and we think we are the "only ones in the barrel", that there are always those who are worse off. In this case comparing ones life to another is needed I think.
