Another Mercury Retrograde Ebola Virus Outbreak

Some years back I wrote the book "A New Look at Mercury Retrograde," the first of its kind about Mercury retrograde. In it I included a chapter on different historical occurrences that happened during Mercury retrograde. Something related to what I included in that chapter has just happened again after many years.

Thanks to MSNBC, we read that The deadly Ebola virus has killed 14 people in western Uganda this month, Ugandan health officials said on Saturday. While I know it was spreading for a while, this is a story that officially confirms it.

Interestingly, in the book (published 1997) I noted that in 1995 when Mercury was stationary RX in Gemini there was an outbreak of Ebola, and again in 1996 when Mercury was RX in Capricorn. I didn't follow events after the book was published, since Weiser never liked that chapter to begin with, and refused to give the book any publicity at all after the initial release.

Still, now Mercury is again retrograde, and there's an outbreak of Ebola in Africa. This is an example of how past patterns may show us the timing on future events.

As an aside, I also found that historically, criminals, oil companies, polluters, and other miscreants usually get busted under Mercury retrograde, though it usually takes some time to bring them to justice, which often occurs in a subsequent Mercury retrograde period. And of course, being Mercury retrograde, even if they're caught, even if they're brought to court, usually they just pay a fine and go right back to doing whatever illegal mischief that got them busted to begin with.

So for students of the craft, follow the breadcrumbs through the forests of time, and you will note that during Mercury retrograde the Cosmic Trickster slows down just enough for all to see how worldly tricksters and criminal minds and enterprises get busted for their shenanigans. This is another example of how the Cosmic Trickster can work for good when Mercury is retrograde!

Very interesting pattern insight! It can be taken into so many fields too.

Hope the whote collar robbers and people abusers do go to justice and that justice is served. We need to clean up their act and bring in reform and changes that are so badly needed.

I have a copy of the book, and enjoy reading the historical facts, gives much insight. A big help also, much of it, with my natal Mercury RX at 3 Leo, conjunct Sun at 7 Leo, House 5. Thanks for writing it Robert, very much gratitude your way! :)

Noticed next years Mercury RX's,(2013) are all in water. I feel its like primordial waters of a new age, much spiritual feeling and psychic for sure. For sure much Feeling with Neptune in Pisces.

The following year,(2014) RX begins in Water, goes direct into Earth signs. Such as building and taking more steps in the New Age.

(2015). All Air Signs, and Much inspiration, ideas,divine mind and compassion, and a totally new way of being. Not so in between!
