Right now we have some transits that seem to be associated with important developments in many people’s lives, including moves, job offers, and other major forks in the road of individuals and collectivities. If your life is being thrown into changes, release, acceptance, and breakthroughs, you probably have a planet or Ascendant in one of 7 critical zones.
The configuration going on yesterday, today, and tomorrow show Uranus at 7-9 Aries, Venus at 19-21 Cancer, and Mars at 2-4 Scorpio. This means that Venus is biseptile Mars and biseptile Uranus, with Mars triseptile Uranus. This is a very powerful, non-rationally based “Kite” configuration that indicates a confluence of events leading those of us with planets in any of the 7 zones to critical forks in the road of our lives.
In my case, it’s all very, very good, if somewhat pressured. The planetary areas in a state of shift involve those houses where we have Venus and Mars, with Uranus, the invisible Transpersonal Individualizer, driving the boat.
It indicates that the Cosmic Revolutionizer in Aries is now indicating many of us are awakening to turning points in our lives, especially in areas involving Aries, Taurus, Cancer, Libra, Scorpio, Capricorn, and Aquarius. Those with planets or Ascendants in any of 7 critical zones are now on the threshold of some very good things, even if the process is a bit weird or non-rational.
The 7 zones are 7-9 Aries, 28-30 Taurus, 19-21 Cancer, 11-13 Virgo, 2-4 Scorpio, 24-26 Sagittarius, and 15-17 Aquarius. If you have any of these zones active in your chart, ride the wave of change, and remember that some decisions cannot be postponed, since timing is often the indicator of an endeavor falling short or coming in perfectly, as long as we do our part.
This will pass by Wednesday, so take this short post as a snapshot of a cosmic moment where things may be cooking that will affect your life for a long time to come. If you want to learn more about the septile series aspects, please check out Astrological Aspects - The Septile Series and Destiny, or Fate. Learning more about these non-rational aspects can help us all understand the Grand Irrationality and how to deal with it, so please check it out if you're so inclined.

I never really understood how the septiles series worked until..I calculated my own.
Venus 0-2 Cancer, Moon 3-50 Cancer, Mars 24-20 Leo, Uranus 15-4 and Neptune 2-30 Sag (deg-min) this creates a staggered system from Venus trisept to Neptune and Moon septile Mars and bisept Uranus... So
my hot zones are suppose to be???
0-4 Cancer, 21-26 Leo, 12-16 Libra, 2-6 Sag, 23-27 Cap (North node at 25 Cap) 13-17 Pisces and 4-8 Taurus.
But don't ask me what happens during transits...I never really feel at peace. (And we discussed why.)
thanks for great articles! (Keeps me thinking...)

Hi Robert,
My mid-heaven is at 4 degrees Scorpio, conjunct Neptune at 0 degrees, or 30 degrees libra in your school. I am moving to return to a job that I left almost a year age.

Thanks as always for the heads-up. You are the best.

Hi all - Yes, Jason, you can compute the 7 hot zones from any single planet, or any group of planets that are in a septile series aspect to each other. Interesting overlaps, some void points that relate directly to other planetary configurations in the chart, and so forth. Mary, I'm sure by October you'll have turned a huge corner and are on the way to greater recognition or responsibility for some time to come. Thanks, dcu. Will call you soon. Move is happening as I write this!!

I have Cancer sun, Gemini asc, natal Pluto at 11 Virgo. Pluto transiting H7, Saturn transiting H5. All 4 of my cats have died in past 2 years, 2 died in last 4 weeks. For an animal lover, this is the equivalent of losing one's children. The worst that could have happened to me has happened. My boss died also, giving me the opportunity to become self-employed. It's an interesting time, to say the least...

Hi Robert....
I have a question: my north node is at 7-26' ARIES, but it is retrograde. I looked up moon nodes in your archive to see what is up with a retrograde moon node; but all I could find were about planets. (excellent info on mercury retro!) I am wondering if you can shed a light on the impact of the hot zones on a retrograde north node?

I'm a first decan 4th house Libra with a bunch of headstrong, rebellious sesquisquares natally. And I have to say I've matured and grown dramatically these last 2 1/2 years with the Saturn transit and cardinal T-squares of Uranus and Pluto in my 10th and 7th houses respectively. The Mars transit was remarkably productive for initiating dramatic change in the physical world. I have such respect --no, reverence for especially Saturn; the symbol depicting the student kneeling before the teacher. I studied hard and cooperated to the best of my ability. The payoffs are tremendous.

It is great to know what the planets and the stars have in store for you, do not leave it there, influence your destiny. The stars show you, it is up to you to influence your direction

Today the universe has drew me back to my vision board from long ago which I also updated today with the things I want. On it was something that has stuck with me that I left on tho board. It was the term Septile. After google searching, I came across this page. My sign is aquarius (feb 8)and even though what was written was for late August, why am I now seeing major change in October? I know this year, 2012, is to bring major great and good change so I want to make sure I do my part to make what I want come about and change.
