A long time ago I was a singer-songwriter. Though I had to quit performing in 1984 due to a catastrophic accident that put my life on a new trajectory, I still remember the words to more than a few of them. They were mainly metaphysical, social protest, or love songs. I quoted a line from one on FB recently and was asked to post some of my song lyrics. Today is one of my favorites.
