I'm in Sag Harbor, NY, to do talks, a workshop, a radio interview, and have some fun with one of my oldest Spiritual Brothers! Details follow.
On Thursday, June 20, I'm speaking at Canio's Bookstore on "The Endings of 2011-2012 - Opening New Doors This Summer." On June 21, I'm speaking on "Healing our bodies and minds to enjoy life" at Mikal Gohring's acupuncture and oriental medical clinic. That is also where I'm doing the June 22 morning workshop on "Solving Problems Using Practical Astrology." And yes, in all of these I'll touch on information about the many important celestial events happening now and in the next weeks.
I'm also doing a radio interview June 25 on Christiana McMahon's show Second Sight on Peconic Public Broadcasting, which should be interesting, given how many major events there are to discuss! Of course, I'll be talking about the Solstice, Mercury retrograde, and Jupiter's entry into Cancer along with other topics, so if you can make it, I would love you see you out at the East End for one or more of the events in Sag Harbor.
For friends and fans who live in NYC, the Hampton Jitney provides direct service to Sag Harbor, but you need to make reservations as early as you can, given the number of people moving in and out of the Hamptons these days! It's quicker, easier, and more comfortable than the train, and you can make reservations on line.
I'll be recording all of the events and if they come out okay, I'll edit them and make them available for a reasonable price. And there you have it!
Happy Trails!

I'd be interested in taking the Hampton Jitney and going to Sag Harbor maybe on 1 of the days to attend a talk and go back to NYC. However, do you if the city is so small that it can be walked, or how to get from the Jitney to your events? Since I'm not familiar with whether this is a large, spread out city or not, I'm not sure what to do. Any information or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi dcu - Thanks. Seeing Brother Mikal. Just to whet your appetite, Full Moon article pt 1 posts Friday, part 2 Saturday, Mercury RX pt 1 posts Sunday, Full Moon part 3 Monday. And since you do monthly Full Moon gatherings, it occurred to me that you may want to do brief reflections/recap of previous Full Moon theme before moving into the following Full Moon gathering for seeing continuity/different themes. I'm sure some of the community and most of your students might like a brief flash on what the recent past has been about. Oh yes - HAPPY SOLSTICE! Article will publish early tomorrow.
Hi Josie - Sag Harbor is a very small town, but the site of the Fri talk and Sat workshop is about 5 miles west of town on Noyac Road at Mikal's Healing Center. Thursday night at Canio's is about a half mile from the town center on the SW side and is definitely a nice stroll from the jitney stop.
For those coming from the city to the workshop a cab from the jitney stop to the site would probably be the thing. If anyone else from the city is driving out here and lets me know, then carpooling is a possibility. And you would have to get up very early on Sat to get the jitney out here. I just need to set up something in the city for the next time I'm up here. If the demand is there, I am always happy to do an event or two in New York.
