In an alarming development, I just found out that if we take pictures with a smartphone and post them on line that we, our loved ones, and our home can be tracked and the info made available to anyone who wants to find us or our loved ones. There's more!
This came via a friend of the site on FB. PLEASE check out this 4 minute video so you know how to shut down the part of your cell phone that allows anyone to track you and your loved ones!

Oh. I'm SOOO happy I have general aversion to most of this. I take pics with my smartphone but they aren't uploaded to the net.

here is a good short report which shows how to deactivate the phone to keep you and your loved ones safe -http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQP4HglNfvI
I think in the light of the Snowden NSA affair this technologie is almost certainly being misused by companies as well as individuals - feels very pluto/uranus
