Mars has now begun its week long run setting the Grand Irrationality into play. Today through Sept 5, it’s triseptile Pluto, the transpersonal transformer, while quincunx Neptune.
Due to the distance between Neptune and Pluto, transits that make a triseptile to one quincunx the other. This will change a few months down the road, but for now it indicates the very beginning of the end of the Grand Irrationality, at least for part of the year.
So for the next few days, Mars is triseptile Pluto and quincunx Neptune, setting the Pluto leg of the Grand Irrationality into activity. However, by Sept 5 Mars will begin to triseptile Neptune, affecting the outer transpersonal unified field. So for Sept 2-5, since Pluto is triggered, expect some critical turning points in how power is being used, with cooperative collective action favored over going it alone.
This is an “actional” turning point in how Mars and Pluto are expressing their energies in our world. So far it has coincided with deliberations by several groups of nations on what type of action to take in the Middle East, new revelations that something MUST be done to stop the hemorrhage of radiation from Fukushima, new revelations that the NSA lifted personal emails from the Presidents of Brazil and Mexico, and debates on broadening Presidential war powers in the US. All these involve choices about the use of force and hold the seeds of extreme future events (Pluto).
The Mars-Pluto active zones are focused specifically on 9-11 Capricorn, 1-3 Pisces, 22-24 Aries, 13-15 Gemini, 4-6 Leo, 25-27 Virgo, and 17-19 Scorpio. The inner planet transits of early July, late July, and the second week of August now have come to a point of focus through this Mars transit. That activating force now has put the immediacy of some form of direct action to the forks in the road of our lives that developed between early July and early August.
The Mars waning triseptile Pluto coinciding with Mars waxing quincunx Neptune adds a note of sacrifice and hard adjustment to the collective mindset symbolized by Neptune. Here something in the collective atmosphere must change (in the case of Fukushima, literally!) Neptune rules the oceans, and all of the latest horrific revelations have come during the time this quincunx has been forming.
Growth comes from “getting away from the known and familiar” to see what hangs together and functions efficiently, or not. We are learning techniques of taking responsibility through some form of organized or planned action. Growth also comes through returning to source, getting out of the rational mind and feeling the inward way to new discoveries.
The period between Sept 5-11 is when Mars will make a waxing triseptile to Neptune while also making a waning quincunx to Pluto reverses the sequence of aspect unfoldment. During that time, the Grand Irrationality is focused specifically via these zones of influence: 3-5 Pisces, 24-26 Aries, 15-17 Gemini, 6-8 Leo, 27-29 Virgo, and 19-21 Scorpio.
That triseptile is a fork in the road of the collective mindset, and rather than how to use power, it should feature how to manifest ideals. The quincunx to Pluto shows that exercising forms of power must be adjusted, and some things sacrificed, to attain the ideal. However, the transfigurations promised by the quincunx will bring many a sense of relief.
Growth comes from demonstrating some form of synthesis of dedication, renewal, and quickening that leads to a form of mastery freeing us for higher things and greater responsibilities. This culminates some sense of larger purpose and leads to greater effectiveness. Growth also comes through seeing how to take command of the momentum or trajectory of events, using a measure of self control and a willingness to sacrifice some views and attitudes, to pull out of collapsing situations gracefully.
Also, as noted in a recent article, Mars in Leo has now begun its square to Saturn that will be exact on September 9 from 8 Leo to 8 Scorpio, and stay “hot” through September 11. This square occurs just after Mars triseptiles Neptune and just before it quincunxes Pluto. That makes September 9 through 11 a very complicated period, with conflicting cross currents throwing an element of gear-grinding unpredictability into the mix.
The Mars square Saturn is bringing those with a planet or angle near 6-10 Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, or Aquarius a point of decision and reorientation. This is also true to a lesser degree for those with a planet or angle near 21-25 Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, or Pisces. If you have a planet or angle anywhere near these degree spans, move slowly and thoughtfully over the next 11 days, keep it simple and easy, and be a little detached, focusing on the big picture.
So from now through September 12 be cautious and thoughtful in what you agree to, since there may be a fundamental flaw in a plan or idea. Don’t keep pushing when it’s time to back down, learn how to move in a different direction when things seem to be on the wrong track, and beware of activities that assume more than they should. Grant Lewi believed this to be an aspect of “bad judgment,” where we learn to go just so far and no farther, and quickly find ways to reverse course or move in a new direction if we’re getting overextended in some way.
As I recently pointed out, Jupiter enters Leo in mid-July 2014 and moves forward until it goes retrograde at 23 Leo in December 2014. With Mars now transiting Leo through mid-October, we’re getting the front end action on things, or initiating processes, that Jupiter will impact, expand, or bless during the second half of 2014 and first half of 2015.

For anyone interested:
Pope Francis has called for a Global Day of Prayer next Saturday, Sept. 7th, to help seek a peaceful resolution to the situation in Syria and other conflict zones. There will be a public event in St. Peter's Square at 19.00h (1pm ET) which will be televised on The Vatican Channel on YouTube.
If nothing else, such focusing of collective energy is a positive way to raise public awareness about this dangerous situation. It's a cheap date with a bunch of good people for an unimpeachable cause.
Please share this, if you care to.
Thanks, friends !

makes alot of sense regarding what I have been sensing, what has been coming at me etc. Natal neptune 8Scorpio44 1st house, MC 5Leo30, no more doubts, time for faith that I will be seen as the good person I have worked to heal and be. that this time I will not suffer the consequences that I was taught would happen as a child thus that came into being once I began living true to my"self" as that suffering is no longer my belief, instead to know myself and anticpate being able to give my good self and recieve my basic needs in order to serve well.
The doubts hit big time yesterday as I began to sense a power surge and some big opportunity that I need to be seen to be able to accept, while having faith in my beliefs. I worked through it, acknowledge some who didnt realise they were helping by what they were saying or giving and although "thomas" is still niggling a little, he didnt get the power he was after and I am feeling much more at ease, even enthused about a new adventure.
What you have shared in your writing here, regardless of who you may think I am or really any of us are aids clarity and some sense of reason to where our own minds were trained to be illogical or irrational, Thank YOU!

ps, the mistakes in my past where i suffered more than I or my loved ones needed to, were when I trusted my fear driven thoughts and ignored my intution or what I was sensing, for all the "reasons" we are told we have to or our "duty" to, thus through the healing I saw this clearly and took responsibility for those choices I am committed to honouring my intuition, the voice of my inner self's teacher :)

Surrendering and accepting unpredicatability is really keeping me on my toes and in the moment. Conversations this weekend about the energy it takes to be present all the time without losing focus on the bigger picture. Another challenge. Was surprised how aware the younger folks in the group are of this.

hahaha Caliban, that reminds me of a reply my 20 year old son gave the other day to a member of the "older generation" who had basically mocked him saying "oh sorry yeah I forgot you're young so you know everything". My son replied "actually, I am young and dont know what i know yet and with all due respect I understand that you think you do know, however what you are telling me I have to do because that is how your generation have done it based on what those prior to you told you has to be done has in fact ended up with a world like it is now, not only crap but unfair and often cruel, its not rocket science, if it doesnt change it stays the same!" needless to say I left the room trying to hide the laughter :)

Hi all - Am posting this on two different comment streams since it is relevant to these aspects: Radiation level spikes further near toxic water tanks at Japan's Fukushima plant
"Radiation readings near tanks holding toxic water at Japan's crippled nuclear power plant have jumped to a new high, the plant operator said Wednesday."
"Tokyo Electric Power Company, which has been struggling to deal with a series of leaks at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant, said it detected a radiation level of 2,200 millisieverts near the tanks on Tuesday. That's up from a previous high of 1,800 millisieverts on Saturday."
"Those levels, detected around the same tank, are strong enough to kill an unprotected person within hours."

It sounds like in extreme dosage there is dizziness, headaches, and loss of conciousness. In lower dosage there is severe abdominal pain and vomiting. No time for vomiting with the high doses. But I am not a fan of headaches.

why not put the posting date at the TOP of the page so that we don't have to scroll down to see when you've written? Just a thought...

Hi whynot - Because that's the way the blogware assigns the time and day. It's always at the bottom of the article, even on the front page.
