The man who made "Lawrence of Arabia" come alive has just left the stage of life. A leading man of prodigious talents and appetites, he was one of the greatest actors of the 20th century. He played the full range of darkness to light, and could be VERY funny. RIP.
I am so sorry to hear that. I like him so much!!!!

Even in "Venus," his last starring role, he brought disturbance and danger. And he nearly stole "Ratatouille" out from under Pixar's visual geniuses, with a voice performance! "If I don't like it, I DON'T SWALLOW." Brrrrr! <3 you, Hellraiser!

Always had a soft spot for those classy rogues. Art personified. Had to learn not to date them, but they are fun to know. Sir Peter, you rocked.

He was one of my favorites. May he find the greatest theater in the cosmos to share his talent. Bless his heart.
