A comedic genius just died. He was a pioneer, with "Your Show of Shows" a brilliant laughfest in the golden era of television. One of the originals, when asked how he wanted to be remembered, he replied "I brought laughter to the world." And he did, in a huge and fantastic way. RIP funny man. You were literally one of the last of the first and best.
