Another Aquarius Papers Milestone – 4.7 Million Visits, 11 Million Page Views!

On February 25, 2005, I first installed a counter to monitor total hits and page views. Even with recent service outages taking the site down, and Sitemeter being a ripoff with frequent malfunctions, in the past 113 months the Aquarius Papers just passed 4.7 million unique visits with 11 million page views. These numbers don't count the numerous times the counter was down or the site was hacked, so we can probably add another two hundred thousand visits and a half million more page views to the official count. Thanks for being here, and "onward through the fog!" This community is really the best!

One of the greatest leading men in Hollyweird history just died. James Garner (Apr 7, 1928 - Jul 19, 2014) was one of my favorites. A star of both television and movies, he had rare chemistry and always played himself. Clint Eastwood called him “the Fred Astaire of tough guys, making it all look so effortless.” Having loved his work since I was very young, he's another one I will miss. Tell Rocky we miss him too.....
