When it rains it pours. Lauren Bacall (September 16, 1924 - August 12, 2014) has just died. At least she gets to rejoin the love of her life, Humphrey Bogart. Thanks for all the great roles, Betty. You were one of the best of all time.

Every man I have spoken to today was in mourning. I think she was every thinking man's dream. I wanted to be just like her. Sinatra...Bogart. Robards was no slouch! Betty, can I have your clothes?

"You know you don't have to act with me, Steve. You don't have to say anything and you don't have to do anything. Not a thing. Oh, maybe just whistle. You know how to whistle, don't you, Steve? You just put your lips together and blow," Bacall as Marie Browning in "To Have and Have Not."
Namaste Lauren and Robin, thank you both for everything.
