I just saw the movie Rosewater by Jon Stewart, and it's fantastic! A great effort that is both serious and at times so ironic in the absurdity of what actually happened that it's funny as only Jon could write it. While it brings attention to the thousands of journalists imprisoned and tortured around the world simply for reporting oppressive regimes, the story of this Newsweek reporter shows that often what we think is "the banality of evil" is actually just bored bureaucrats trying not to piss off their superiors. Rosewater's hangup on New Jersey is worth the price of admission! Go see it!!
Love Jon Stewart, will definitely see it!
