As I promised you at the beginning of this journey, I gave you the music as it unfolded, and what the network news offered us then about what happened at Max Yasgur’s farm in Bethel, NY in August 1969. I wanted to keep the vibe as light as possible, which is why I’m putting this commentary last. Today is my take on the times before and after Woodstock, since that’s what we who lived in those times were experiencing then.

Today we have news reports from all of the "Big 3" network outlets, including the link to the CBS Evening News with Walter Cronkite on Monday, August 18, 1969 reporting on what happened at Woodstock. That one has an interesting commentary that’s profound, given mainstream media limitations and what was happening in the US that Summer! I also found the ABC and NBC reports on the events, and they take it in two entirely different directions, not bad, but out there!

This marks a shift in Venus' speed and relationship to the Sun, and so if you're feeling spun around, hung around, turned around, or had the past come to revisit you in recent weeks, this marks the end of that phase and a slow turning to a new fusion of heart fire and creative-expressive energies.
