Astrology in Late July 2016 – The Sun Enters Leo and All’s Bright With the World!

Cancer energies are officially over for the year, and it’s flame on with the Sun, Mercury, and Venus all in the fire sign of Leo!

As you know, Mercury and Venus have both been in Leo for a little while, and trine Saturn, which should have stabilized the fire sectors in our charts. They now move into their trines with Uranus, which will happen very close to the times they tredecile Saturn, making for serendipitous times ahead. As Mercury and Venus have been heralds for the Sun, expect things to open in grand style these next few weeks.

We’re in for a great run of aspects over the next few days, so make the most of them! Very favorable for anything ruled by planets we have in fire and air signs, and as the earth and water signs also have transiting planets showing productivity, figure out what to do and go for it!

Make the most of the coming few days, since by July 28-29 we’ll be in an interesting time of the Moon making a Fixed T-square with Mercury square Mars, putting pressure wherever we have late Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius. Since it’s a transit to transit aspect set, the tension indicated by Mercury square Mars will be in the air as a generic energy. Slow down, take it easy, try to avoid belligerent, agitated, impatient, and impulsive people.

Still, the Sun will be trine Saturn these next 10 days, and as it gets close, will also make tredeciles to Mars and Uranus, which will be in biquintile at the end of this month into early August. Should be a very blessed time for those impacted. The tredeciles/biquintile will most affect those with planets or angles near 1-3 Sagittarius/Gemini, 5-9 Capricorn/Cancer, 11-15 Aquarius/Leo, 17-21 Pisces/Virgo, 23-27 Aries/Libra, and 29-30 Taurus/Scorpio. If you have something in these zones, magic will touch you in late July or early August!

Great to know, right on time :). Thanks! My solar return occurs tomorrow when the sun enters the first degree of Leo, 13 hours before my birthday. The moon will be squeezed between Neptune and Chiron and I thought last weeks that it might be time to slow down this year, avoid the few Pisces related to chiron matters, apply the lessons I learned and use it as opportunity to heal the wounds from the last years. Close the chapter, forgive, forget, transform and move on. Feels good, relieving, peaceful. I'm going to try the SR meditation.

I see one astrology page using the phrase "Mercury retrograde pre-shadow intensified". Suffice it to say electronics are already acting "presnickity" and attempted communications with certain corporate organizations via web (those sites are not functioning as well) is difficult and frustrating at best. Oh boy!
So this is certainly sage advice for the upcoming mercury square and station.
