Right now Jupiter is exactly trine Neptune, Venus is exactly opposed Saturn, and Mercury’s trine Pluto. What does this mean?
As the title implies, Jupiter trine Neptune is a generally benign influence, with harmony between these very similar planets. They’re similar because they both rule the same signs; Jupiter is the worldly ruler of Sag and Pisces; Neptune is the spiritual ruler of these signs. The trine is stabilizing, so this exact trine from 17 Scorpio to 17 Pisces shows “good seas” of understanding between the general atmosphere and the expansive principle.
This opens 17 Cancer, a degree of growth in the sector of personality integration via real world actions. So we can now “go to the god within,” feeling how we are in a process of collective rebirth with others. This is a “good tide” for all with planets anywhere near the middle of Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn, and Pisces.
It’s also good for planets and points the early and last degrees of Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn. This trine will last for several months, so learn to read the tides and you’ll make good progress! We’re finishing a period of letting inspiring teachings transform our everyday lives, and entering a period of needing to build lines of communication.
”Troubled sailing” is shown by Venus opposed Saturn from 9 Cancer to 9 Capricorn. While productive of realizations in the social realm, it’s also a bit of a hard relationship, since Venus in Cancer can be sensitive, and Saturn in Capricorn isn’t. Whether Venus or Saturn or both are functioning in a healthy or unhealthy way is shown by the dynamics in any polarized situation. I just found myself in one such polarization, with some unhealthy people not having any sense of what is ethically right and wrong.
This friction affects all with planets or points near 7-11 Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn. For some, hard realizations about the nature of something or someone. For others, a spur to understand the nature of tribe, and who you belong with. Beware of those who don’t follow the rules, or who make them up on the spot. Beware of those who don’t know the rules, or who disdain them when they’re brought up.
These realizations and polarizations will prove productive to those with planets or points near 7-11 Taurus, Virgo, Scorpio, and Pisces, 19-23 Virgo and Pisces, and 25-29 Aries and Libra. If the friction leads you to a realization of “mission,” or opportunities to advance your sense of purpose, then you win the prize!
The “Clear Insight” is Mercury trine Pluto showing we can get to the truth of any matter if we look. This is a penetrating insight that understands the core of things, and can examine any hidden thing from an impersonal angle. This trine falls from 22 Taurus to 22 Capricorn, opening the creative harmonic void at 22 Virgo. This can help us get clear about the new life that’s been presenting itself for several weeks, surrendering with dignity in one realm to claim spiritual victory in another realm.
This helps us get clear about the “venerable standards” we chose to uphold beginning 2009 (whether it was conscious or not.) This is another opportunity to get clear about your spiritual heritage and what noble standards you are willing to uphold. Again, these were issues in my recent social-interactive revelation.
Of course, this affects everyone with planets or points near 20-24 Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn, and Pisces, harmonizing the understanding and stabilizing the information in simple, practical terms. This is great for grounded understanding of the core of things. It’s also favorable for those with active degrees around 8-12 of Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces, as well as 2-6 Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius.
The “wild card” is shown by the Moon in Libra and Scorpio. Libra squares Pluto and opposes Uranus, throwing the void into Cancer. Again, what do you care about and why? What are you defending and why? What are you clutching at and why? If you really care, hold on for dear life and protect what nurtures you. Find the balance, the perspective, and sense of proportion, repair what needs repairing, and regard the rest as dues well paid.
Remember too that when a planet opposes Uranus, it also sesquisquares Neptune, creating 3 points of a "Rhombus Diamond" octile configuration, with the void in mid-Virgo. This will demonstrates as a "cutting, grinding, and polishing" type of friction on whatever planet or points you have active in the middle degrees of Pisces, Sagittarius, Gemini, and of course, Virgo. Also the final degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn, and very early degrees of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius.
The Moon in early Scorpio squares Mars and opposes Uranus. Oh joy! Generate heart strength, creativity, and a playful focus. Refuse to be annoyed, because this T-square is good for integrating the personality.
Just after the T, we see a sextile to Saturn, a trine to Venus, a conjunction with Jupiter, and a trine to Neptune, reinforcing the Jupiter trine Neptune! Yes, after the polarization of Venus opposition Saturn releases through the T, the residue is harmonized by the Moon. This throws a very favorable void into 9-11 Taurus, which is good for getting clear about something in very simple and straightforward ways.
After that, the Full Moon Christ Fest at 9 Sagittarius/Gemini, sure to launch a “focused widespread learning” energy for the rest of the year. See you soon with more about this coming Full Moon!
