The Sun of our Sun Lit By the Sun – The Sun at 14 Cancer

This is a unique moment in cosmic time each year that illuminates all of us in some vast way. The Sun is now conjunct the star Sirius.

The Sun began its transit of 14 Cancer around 6:30 pm PDT July 4, 2:30 am BST July 5. It will occupy that degree until around 7:40 pm PDT July 5.

This is a great moment each year when we can experience the Light and Wisdom of the Source of the Source. While it may or may not be registered by your 5 senses and your mind, it is still happening anyway. Why not ask what that Mystery means for you? You could find a type of wisdom.

What have you been doing or thinking of during this 25+ hour span? We are told in the Sabian Symbols that 14 Cancer is about a timeless, ageless Wisdom, and fearlessness in facing and embracing a “permanent Truth.” That’s because that degree is where the star Sirius has occupied for a long time.

It has been said that Sirius is where the ageless Wisdom came from so that infant humanity might learn its Divine Estate. It is the source of ALL the world’s “wisdom traditions,” as revealed through Avatars, World Teachers, and all the Prophets, Sages, and other Holy Beings ever to walk our Earth.

Anyway, please take a moment to reflect on your experience, both obvious and subtle, at this particular time. You may find a timeless wisdom and a direct Truth.
