Saturn Conjunct the Galactic Center 2017-2018

Yes, Saturn is going stationary direct very close to the Galactic Center, and will be conjunct that point for at least the next month! This event only happens once every 29 years, and marks a point of crystallization of the GC energies for another generation. I’ve written about conjunctions to the Galactic Center in the past, and today we revisit some key concepts.

As I gave you last November in Galactic Center Conjunctions by Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto,

Saturn is transiting the Galactic Center, and will make an exact conjunction with the GC around 4 pm PST Nov 24! This marks an incredibly important point in space-time for us all, and begins a restructuring of our global energy relative to the galaxy. Because we’ve already been experiencing it for a while, we’ve had plenty of time to do our dress rehearsals for embracing this new galactic understanding and discipline!

…. Back when I first wrote this, I read that the Galactic Center is said to be a major source of motivation, aspiration, and the "gravitational energy" in our Milky Way Galaxy. I have also read that it accompanies "otherworldly" feelings and galactic experiences, and it is reasonable to infer that any planetary contacts to the GC do resonate with Galactic energy. Still, I believe it only activates those who are consciously aligning with galactic thinking, feeling, and acting, no small feat! So I do believe that this conjunction of Saturn with the GC will have a huge influence on letting energies in, though each individual will respond to the degree they are aware of galactic (transpersonal-spiritual) perspectives.

In that article, I offered a bit about the history of the Galactic Center, and past conjunctions of the outer planets with that important point in our space-time continuum. Those outer planet conjunctions set the seeds of GC energies into collective consciousness, with each conjunction by Saturn re-structuring those energies for a generation, expanded by the Jupiter conjunctions, closing some energies and opening others.

Of course, this will again be set into motion when Jupiter conjuncts the Galactic Center. It will get close in April 2019 when it goes stationary retrograde at 25 Sag, and then blow the doors wide open at the exact conjunction in November and December 2019, when it will also open the promise of this Saturn stationary direct point at 3 Capricorn. All of this will be launched in multiple forms when Mars next conjuncts the GC in February 2020. I’ll be writing more about Saturn’s direct station in a day or two.

Until then, take a look back at 2006-2009 to get a sense of the seeds that began to sprout as a result of the Pluto conjunction to the GC, and see how Saturn’s conjunction with the GC in November 2017 is related to the platform we now stand upon. Also keep in mind that the last time Pluto conjuncted the GC and moved into Capricorn, it was 1760-1763, the time that set many forces related to the American Revolution into motion, especially after the next Jupiter conjunction with the GC in late 1770!

These are vast, long wave cycles linking galactic energies with solar systemic energies, so please understand that most of this is nothing personal to any of us. We are definitely on the threshold of a new era; just remember to temper your yearning with an eye to possible unintended consequences down the road in the house where you have 27 Sagittarius to 3 Capricorn. Pay particular attention to what you became aware of on August 20, or what comes up on September 17 and October 14, when the Moon in late Sagittarius and early Capricorn conjuncts the Galactic Center just before it conjuncts Saturn.

Thanks for the heads up! I'm thinking about the children coming in at this time. Many of them are far more in touch with the galactic energies than we of the older generations. What we have to offer is historical, a way to assist them as they come of age.
