The May 2019 Wesak Festival Full Moon of 28 Scorpio-Taurus Pt. 3 – Aspects, Configurations, and More - Aquarius Papers

The next two weeks, emblematic of the Wisdom coming forth for the world in the next year, puts us all at a major turning point. This is a time of renewal, regeneration, and preparing for a brand new world coming forth in 2020 and after! The aspects show a high amount of irrational choices and changes ahead, so consider this a practicum for rewards to be received and powers to be demonstrated over the next 12 months!

We are offered a deeper connection to the One which will result in an elevated view of a bigger picture. There is a tremendous amount of unique or specialized interactivity, and those who have the right attitude will find themselves “welcomed into a new nation” by November.

The First High Moon of Spring offered us new freedom and a larger life and purpose. This renewed and revitalized the Northern Hemisphere in preparation for this Full Moon in Taurus/Scorpio, also known as the Wesak Festival, where the “Buddha Wisdom” comes forth which will be distributed to the world at the next Full Moon, known as “the Christfest.”

Remember we still have a lot shutting down due to past Solar Eclipses at 16 Capricorn, 21 Cancer and 19 Leo. These are helping us get organized, question what success really means, and let go of old “social rigidities” to be happier.

Those Solar Eclipses, along with other ones still in play, are allowing us to “shed skins” wherever we have 9, 19, and 30 Pisces, 28 Aquarius, along with 29 Leo, 10 Virgo, and 21 Virgo. As you can see, that involves a large part of our charts! Add various Lunar Eclipses in play for several months after they happened (including the recent one at 1 Leo/Aquarius!) and you can see areas where we’ve been eliminating things we no longer need. All our losses associated with these signs have left voids which will attract life contents more appropriate to who we are now.

Major Aspects and Configurations

We have a very mixed bag of aspects in play at this Full Moon, with only one primary frictional configuration created by Venus conjunct Uranus with both semisquare Neptune and both sesquisquare Jupiter which is square Neptune. This gives us three points in a “Great Octile,” in play via the Rhombus Diamond energy anchored by Uranus and Neptune.

I’ve explained some of the frictional configurations related to the Rhombus Diamond in action at this Lunation in earlier parts of this series. As usual, there are some barely separating partile aspects, indicating a lot has been going on in the immediate past and NOW.

Besides the aspects mentioned above, major inner planet aspects in play involve the Moon triseptile Venus, biquintile Mars, quindecile Jupiter, septile Saturn, triseptile Uranus, and tredecile Neptune; Mercury is conjunct the Sun, decile Mars, triseptile Jupiter, bielftile Neptune, trine Pluto, and septile Chiron; Venus is quindecile the Sun, biseptile Saturn, and biseptile Pluto; and the Sun is triseptile Jupiter, quindecile Uranus, quintile Neptune, and septile Chiron.

Outer planet forming and partile separating aspects include Mars quadranovile Saturn, sextile Uranus, biseptile Neptune, quadranovile Pluto, and square Chiron; Jupiter is semisextile Saturn and Pluto, and biseptile Chiron; Saturn is biseptile Uranus and sextile Neptune, in a “frustrated conjunction” with Pluto; Uranus is semisquare Neptune and biseptile Pluto; and Pluto is in an off-again, on-again quintile with Chiron. Obviously the aspects made from Jupiter out are long term influences.

In this chart, we are moving into a new era of more oppositions than in many months. This one has two forming oppositions with Sun conjunct Mercury opposed the Moon. This makes the main “Tension of Opposites” specific to late Scorpio, though as Mars moves through Cancer it will make for a long term impending tension Cancer and Capricorn. Wherever oppositions happen in your chart will give you many realizations about natural roles to play with others who share your energies. You’re preparing for a larger life and purpose involving anticipating powers to be developed to use in a form of “planned group behavior.”

All oppositions provide us an opportunity for genuine spiritual breakthroughs through the need to resolve and transcend “the Tension of Opposites.” Where oppositions fall, the signs they’re in and the houses ruled by the planets in opposition are subject to profound tensional awareness, leading to realizations and healthy polarizations in many areas of our lives. The task is always to find the appropriate third and fourth energies and approaches to achieve healthy productive movement with maximum awareness.

This month, as I mentioned earlier, the oppositional awareness is providing a high specialization via Neptune making a quintile and tredecile to the Lunation. This will yield unique gifts and circumstances involving areas around 1-2 Gemini/Sagittarius, 3-8 Cancer/Capricorn, 9-14 Leo/Aquarius, 15-20 Virgo/Pisces, 21-26 Libra/Aries, and 27-30 Scorpio/Taurus. If you have a planet or angle in any of these zones, be open to some very special wisdom which will help you free your inner power, break up old complexes, take inner guidance, intensifying your striving, and get ready for a new life adventure coming later this year!

Now that the very powerful Uranus biseptile Pluto is coming back into orb, it signals that how we handled the now separating Saturn biseptile Uranus will determine which “awakenings” will occur in our lives, since Saturn gave us the structure for the unique beginning Uranus always signifies. The biseptile is an irrational aspect of the 7th harmonic series. Saturn gave us the beginnings of the structure which will now be infused with Uranian awakenings, which in turn will affect the group activity to come when Saturn again biseptiles Uranus this December.

This biseptile between the planet of “Spiritual Mastery and Spiritual Friendship” and the planet symbolizing the Divine Revolutionary who follows their own path to their Higher Destiny will dominate the landscape for a long time to come, so expect some major choices and changes which will help you shape your destiny and live your higher purpose. I have termed the evolutionary pattern created by the biseptile “the Grand Irrationality V.2”, and it most affects planets and points near 20-24 Capricorn, 11-15 Pisces, 2-6 Taurus, 24-28 Gemini, 16-20 Leo, 7-11 Libra, and 28 Scorpio-2 Sagittarius.

Now that Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto have all gone SRX, it indicates recent weeks are a threshold and we are now looking back, retracing steps, relearning lessons, and preparing for forward movement in these planetary areas of our lives later this year. We now sprout the seeds to “transcendent security,” remember a deep wisdom by feeling Neptune’s subtle signals, and Uranus encourages us to awaken to the value of universal things, preparing to let go of all that would obstruct a new quality of life coming to us all this Summer, rendering many old things obsolete. We will “return to Source” and draw power and vision from ancient standards. Show strong Love!

Even though Uranus is now in Taurus, what we substantiate and confirm in coming years is directed related to what we learned when Uranus was in late Aries in Summer 2016 through early 2019. We now know what corner of the universe we’re supposed to be in, and are clear about our part to sing in “the Cosmic Choir.” The coming period is one of major choices and changes on a global level related to these planets helping humanity’s metamorphosis. Those who learn how to use these dynamic invisible spiritual energies will become effective Spiritual units of Consciousness in the body of Humanity in the future.

There are quite a few spiritual aspects in play among the traditional planets at this Full Moon. Of the series related to destiny and “fate,” we have an extraordinary number, including 3 septiles, SIX biseptiles and FOUR triseptiles. That’s a jaw-dropping number of 7th harmonic, irrational “destiny producing” aspects! Other spiritual aspects this month show 2 quadranoviles and only one bielftile, but also an higher number of specializing aspects than usual, including 3 quindeciles, 1 decile, 1 quintile, 1 tredecile, and 1 biquintile.

For those new to the craft, quintiles and biquintiles are 5th harmonic aspects, septiles and triseptiles are 7th harmonic aspects, noviles are 9th harmonic aspects, deciles (semi-quintiles) and tredeciles are 10th harmonic aspects, the elftile series are 11th harmonic aspects, the quindecile is a 15th harmonic aspect, and the vigintile is a 20th harmonic aspect. Each of these has a unique function in the phase relationship of the two planets in aspect.

The 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th harmonic aspects are specializing and bring forth partially or fully developed quintessential elements of the planets involved. The 7th harmonic aspects help us make choices to fulfill our destiny, and the novile series aspects (9th harmonic) represent entry or exit points of periods of gestation which can bring forth possible spiritual developments. The 11th harmonic aspects involve situations where there is a need to transcend and master some form of duality by making a leap of faith.

The various aspects in all these different harmonic series indicate points where the theme of the Whole Cycle becomes clear, whether through major developments or minor refinements in the process. Each aspect shows a phase relationship, specific to the special and unique circumstances of that particular Whole Cycle. It's how we can know when to work, when to play, when to create, when to imagine, when to have faith, and when to mobilize!

Element Balance

We have now returned to a radically imbalanced element distribution. Of the traditional 10 planets, there is 1 planet in Fire signs, 3 in Water, 6 in Earth, and return to no planets in Air. This shows a major emphasis on Earth (Practicality and Grounding) and Water (Feelings and Experiencing Life on Deep Levels), with the only Fire (Inspiration and Light) provided by Jupiter, and with Air (Relatedness and Communications), these qualities will have to come from within us.

Air and Earth are “cool” elements, while Fire and Water are “hot” elements. With this distribution, things are very out of balance, even though there’s almost a balance between cool and hot. Still, remember that with so much Earth and Water, this combo makes either mud or bricks, depending on how you work with the material. So while some will find a sensitivity as they organize things so they further an “enlightened self-interest,” others will find themselves “stuck in the mud” of defensive calculations.

The current sequence at present of Deciding, Feeling, and Thinking

We’ve been through several different sequences over the past few months. There are six patterns, and each has their strengths and weaknesses. This Lunation continues the current pattern. As a process of moving through events, the most effective “firing sequence” for approaching life and experience over the next 4 weeks involves leading with our feelings, then thinking, and then making decisions to do what we must.

This pattern leads with feelings, and then seeks ideas and understanding based in those feelings. This pattern leads with its instincts, and then seeks information to confirm or deny those feeling impressions. Rather than move back into a feeling reference after we get new information, we have to make a decision and then act on the basis of what will move us toward that vision.

This pattern feels its way into ideas, visions, interactions, and understanding. After that, rather than go back to feelings to try to verify the idea or vision, it’s important to make a decision and act on it. Once we’ve moved everything forward that one step, then a new feeling-experience will naturally arise that points the way to the next view or information needed to again move it forward one step.

So feel, flow, experience, since these will lead you to information and understanding. When your understanding leads to a clear vision, then see the fundamental fact, or act that must be done to move it all one step forward. Let your feeling and experience follow your actions, and let your mind follow your feelings into new views and understanding that can help you make decisions that you’ll act on.

Go with the flow while opening to deep and vast feeling experiences, since these will lead you to a different of understanding of how to achieve what you are trying to achieve. Then when you’re gotten clear in your view, then you’ll know what decisions and actions to take. When you’ve done what you needed to do, a new experience will be felt, which will lead to new understanding, and then the next action to take.

Saturn: Spiritual Master, Spiritual Friend

Because Saturn is in its home sign of Capricorn, it is the final dispositor of all planets transiting Capricorn and Aquarius from now through 2023. We are past the dominant “co-equal rulerships” between Jupiter and Saturn, since the yearly transits from Sag to Pisces are now pretty much over. Still, even as standalone influences they exert a powerful influence on all affairs ruled by either of them.

Because Mars was in a Saturn-ruled sign from March 17 through November 15, 2018, Saturn was a very powerful influence on all Mars-related events of that time, which of course meant Saturn was the backdrop to Jupiter in Scorpio for that entire time. Everything governed by Mars and Jupiter ultimately had Saturn as the background to what was happening!

2017 and 2018 were an extraordinary period, due to Saturn trine Uranus dominating most of those years. Their 2017 Fire trines stabilized Electric Fire and distributive “Fire by Friction,” which led naturally to the 2018 Earth trine helping us ground our efforts in practical ways. These helped us blend the past and future, the established with the innovative, and make the structure of our lives unique.

This Full Moon finds “the Light of Saturn” front and center due to the aspects in play! It is a powerful force determining destiny with three biseptiles from the Moon and Venus and to Uranus, and Mars’ quadranovile has been an acceptance of some fundamental realignment we’ve all been through wherever we have early Cancer in our charts. The Saturn/Pluto combination biseptile with Uranus puts us all at a major fork in the road of destiny where we’re rehearsing new roles for the future. The biseptile to Uranus makes this a crucial point of “choice and change” in the Saturn-Uranus “dance of individualization” in our lives.

Summing it Up

This Full Moon will continue to open us to excellent opportunities to balance how we express our Higher Self through the mindful choices and changes we’ll make these next two weeks, as well as the entire year. This Wesak marks a major renewal for many, a surrender for others, an anticipation of a new future and new work for others, and a burying of the past for others. The World Teaching of this Wesak will begin to spread on a global level at the next Full Moon at 26 Gemini/Sagittarius. Clearly many will find a cause or a mission, or become a “standard bearer” of some sort. Extraordinary things are promised to those who use this year to train for group work, practice using power in skillful ways, and are able to “think in the future,” which will arrive by 2020!

We are still finishing humanity’s “liberating ordeal,” when we can use the inner strengths and powers we tapped in past months, and can find assistance from Devas and Angels who bring “divine help when human efforts seem to fail.” Again, learn the power of forgiveness to create space for Grace to enter your Life. When new adventures beckon, embrace them with warmth, since you might find Spiritual Brothers and Sisters from past lives along the way!

As I reminded you earlier, we are still within the effects of Eclipses from the past. These are shutting down major things wherever they fell. Jupiter has now finished a year of expanding our opportunities based in the voids created by the Eclipses in Scorpio, and is now expanding opportunities left by the voids of past Eclipses in Gemini and Sag. We’ve had a year of eliminating all that would hold us back, and as the Eclipses continue to remove some people and considerations from our lives, it will create space to “join together with the band!”

The past two years have led us all to blend the old with the new, the traditional with the innovative, throwing us into an adventure in higher awareness where we can demonstrate confidence and heart strength. We now are living a new identity, a new love, a new spiritual awareness, and a new spiritual expression in grounded ways, so keep your mind and heart open and keep coordinating your body, feelings, and mind to demonstrate a stable and harmonized Soul energy.

Two Meditations

Because life seems to be a never-ending experience of out-breathing elements of the past and in-breathing elements of the new, it is useful to remember that when we are moving through major changes, and something new is introduced into our lives, it means that something else must leave, or has already left, to provide space for the new to be embraced. And lesser wisdom must give way to greater wisdom, and old forms give way to newer realities.

While sometimes having to say goodbye to older, lesser ways of life can be a drag, it is important to remember that even though life can occasionally be painful, we do not have to suffer. And as we learn to break the link between pain and suffering, we heal our part of humanity and the world.

For your contemplation, a final meditation I offer each month at the end of our Full Moon journey of exploration.

We are Light. All things are composed of Light in various frequencies that express as limitless forms. Some light frequencies are of greater density than others.

All shadows result from light hitting a dense object. Psychological shadows too. Therefore, it’s good to become as translucent and translucid as possible to dispel lurking shadows.

If you must look at and/or deal with shadows, whether your own or another’s, then refocus your Light on the object being illuminated, since that form is the source of the shadow.

Find the correct 4 angles of illuminating whatever you want to focus on, and all shadows will be dispelled. Then you’re seeing things with an illuminated mind, and can act accordingly.

The Great Invocation

From the point of Light within the mind of God
Let Light stream forth into the minds of All,
Let Light descend on Earth

From the point of Love within the heart of God
Let Love stream forth into the hearts of All
May Christ return to Earth

From the center where the Will of God is known
Let Purpose guide the little Wills of All
The Purpose which the Masters know and serve

From the center which we call the Human Race
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out
And may it seal the door where evil dwells.

Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.
