As you read a couple of days ago, we’re in the thick of TWO powerful Yod evolutionary configurations. These are a powerful “Kite” evolutionary configuration which expresses productively via “expansion through sacrifice” energies focused through the nozzle of the “Finger of God.”
If you are unfamiliar with what a quincunx or Yod is and how they operate, please consult pt. 1 in this series as I included links to articles on the aspect and the configuration. I explained in that article how we’ve had Mars quincunx Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto, creating a Martian personal-social expression for the spiritual productivity of those 3 outer planets. We now turn to the other Yod which interlocks with the one we just had.
The second Finger of God marks a major shift, as the Sun is conjunct Jupiter and both are sextile Mars with all quincunx Pluto, making Pluto the nozzle for the Yod “expansion through sacrifice” focus.
The Sun conjunct Jupiter is a very powerful fusion which sets the “Light of Expansive Caution” for the next year. This conjunction brings power to both the Mars sextile Jupiter and Sun sextile Mars.
As they are all quincunx Pluto in Aquarius, it sets up those “seed forms” into motion as the nozzle, or focus, for the energies of the Cancer/Virgo sextile. It seems we’re going to be sacrificing some seeds so that others can sprout, or thinning our gardens of those sprouts which aren’t doing so well.
These interlocking Yods show a lot of “expansion through sacrifice” energy forcing hard adjustments to further productivity involving a wide variety of planets. Interestingly, Sun, Mars, and Jupiter are all personality planets focused through Transpersonal Pluto; Spiritual heavyweights Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto are all Transpersonal planets focused through the personal-social Mars.
With Pluto at 4 Aquarius, expect tremendous intensity as the world tries to sprout the seeds of the new Aquarian period with other things being extinguished forever. Pluto is ruled by Saturn on a degree of finding objectivity through humor, making this Summer a time of the beginning of the appearance of new leaders, new avatars, and entirely new ways of acting to meet collective needs.
As Saturn is ruled by Mars and both are in the Yod, the new spiritual beginnings indicated by the Aries sextile to Aquarius will have to adjust to find expression in Virgo. This will be aided by the Sun and Jupiter showing us a change in direction, change in allegiances, and a need for resilience as we move into the unknown.
The future is on the way at high speed as Saturn and Neptune in Aries shows a new collective atmosphere. Given these interlocking Yods are a huge feature of the Solstice chart, it’s safe to say this is a visionary and forward looking season where there will be many adjustments and sacrifices as we turn a corner in world history.
As per the Solstice chart, our task is to enjoy the process as we move into new directions and new relationships. The next 90 days can bring a greater adventure in both inner and outer space, as well as a deep calm and gentle enjoyment of life thanks to the Taurus stellium at the Solstice.. The Yods will help us make needed adjustments in many areas so we’re prepared for the new world of 2026.
The biggest grind, both now and over the next season, is from Sun/Jupiter square Saturn/Neptune challenging us to be clear about our role to play, master discouraging tendencies, and see how the adventure will be worth its price when the positives are as clear as the negatives. New visions, new archetypes, new humor, new objectivity, new worlds, and new power players are all on the table these next 13 weeks. See how to express your individual Light in your own way, embracing the dance of Spirit and matter.
This season compels us to mobilize on our own behalf and secure what we need to do what we have to do in the future. All in all, this should be a highly productive Summer of mobilization, where we can use spiritual force with precision and good humor, and can let go of old rules, duties, and obligations.
For now, be cautious, move in a different direction, see how the past is feeding the future, and temper your urge for new experiences by evaluating the end results. Be the ideal you want the world to see! We are touching the creative process, and there is “invisible help when human efforts seem to fail.”
It’s a wild ride through June 25, and the coming New Moon promises wreckage for those who recklessly pursue a destructive path without heeding that the lights are flashing, the gates are down, and the train is coming through at a high rate of speed. I’ll write more about that soon.
